Not a great spa environment. Should be called Camden Salon, not Camden Spa. They’ve placed a nail salon directly in the middle of the massage therapy rooms. The chatter is so loud and obnoxious that it’s impossible to relax. I could hear every word and all the laughter outside the therapy room for a full hour. OH WOW! NO WAY! CORAL! HAHA! TAYLOR SWIFT! YEA TOTALLY! This is especially unfortunate because the RMT therapist, Wei, is remarkable and I would highly recommend him... but he does work at Hand & Stone on Kingston Rd as well. I feel bad that Wei and other therapists have to work in that environment. They can’t control those factors. And it affects their practice and probably their repeat clients. If you book a massage here, I would recommend asking if there are any nail appointments booked at the same time.

I worked at the spa in 2017 for one treatment and never went back. Months later my license number was being flagged and I had to check up on it. This morning the new owners emailed me a very inappropriate email insulting me over 2 years later. We cannot confirm the service if it did not happen at Camden Spa. We have met our share of arrogant RMTs, lazy, no work ethic, and illegally soliciting clients. It is wrong and unprofessional of you to accuse us, when it is you clients, lying, telling insurance companies they had a service with you, Irma Romano, here at Camden Spa. Perhaps you are part of that scam? I highly recommend you seek massages in a safe ethical place where the owners don't harass and bully their staff. I notified the Toronto Police to check on this business as it seems fraudulent and also the CMTO.

I took my friend for her birthday! We had the facial and 60 minutes full body massage. The facial was great but NOT worth the price. I had the exact same facial for $ 60. The massage is more for athletes or people with certain pain. I wanted something to relax and rejuvenate (which the girl on the phone said was my package) but I got lessons on how to stretch and areas that maybe be troublesome to me. ... Honestly I would not recommend because of thr pricing and the service BUT the people are great...

First visit to this spa. Tsering, my pedicurist, was lovely to talk to and did a great job. The receptionist was a bit off-putting over the phone but perfectly pleasant in-person. The place has a nice atmosphere and aesthetic. I'd go back and also recommend the spa.

Did the Rejuvenate package and it was great. Left feeling very relaxed. Make sure you confirm your treatments with your esthetician understands your schedule for the day. Selene is a great masseuse. My hot oil scalp massage was incredible. The facial made me break out, the first time that has ever happened. I will continue to go to Camden.

The vibe is very professional and welcoming. No pretension, just warm friendly service from the start. The massage therapist who worked on me (Stephanie) was great. She was very aware of tension in my muscles without me having to mention sore spots and she made the entire experience very enjoyable. I will be going back for sure.

My boyfriend and I got a couples massage at Camden Spa and it was wonderful. The environment was very warm and friendly. Both massage therapists focused on the areas we asked them to/the areas that needed the most attention and we left feeling happy and relaxed.

Disgusting place. Went here a few weeks ago for extractions and skin treatment. Place needs dusting, esthetician has zero knowledge or technique. I felt afraid for my life the whole time because I thought I was in some shady place. I paid a couple of hundred dollars for a horrible experience. It’s a scam. I got ripped off. Save your money, go literally anywhere else. I will be complaining about this business because they need to shut down. Yuck.

🫤 I had a truly disappointing experience with this company. At first glance, they appeared to offer enticing discounts, but it quickly became apparent that these deals were anything but transparent. 🫤 I paid $100 (incl. tax + tip) for gel manicure just for it to peel off less than 7 days in. Completely unacceptable. Literally every other gel manicure I’ve ever done withstood all the activities I do (swimming, gardening, rock climbing, etc) and still lasted around 3 weeks. That’s why it’s even mo...

🫤 Best? More like the most DISAPPOINTING Russian Manicure in Toronto. The girls on the front desk were miserable and literally had preppy attitude. Tatyana did my nails and was super friendly and chatty. Her cuticle work was great. My issue was with 1. One of the aestheticians and her client chose to...
