Adam did an amazing job resizing my gold wedding ring as we chatted. It took about 45 minutes and he cleaned and polished it afterwards. It looks like new and I no longer get panicky that I can't get it off. He really knows his stuff and was great about answering my questions along the way. We had a wide-ranging discussion as he worked and I'd recommend him in a second. And have. It was affordable and he's centrally based downtown in a funky old building on College at Yonge across from Winners. My advice, don't overthink it, just go meet Adam and relax. He'll take good care of you and your jewelry.

I had a great time working with Aram to design a unique antique-style sapphire engagement ring. He stuck to a tight timeline and offered a reasonable price - I never felt like I was being "sold" to, and he made sure I was fully happy with the product at every step. He provided excellent advice during the design phase and did a wonderful job honouring my ideas while keeping the ring feasible and durable in its design. He kept me closely in the loop throughout designing and production. I couldn't be happier with the final product and my partner adores it too. Update: after a great experience with the engagement ring, we went back for wedding bands, and couldn't be happier with the result. It's so wonderful to be able to design rings practically custom at a good price with a pretty fast timeline. Aram really knows his stuff. He has so much experience he can tell you immediately what is and isn't possible, and is amazing at translating a vision into reality.

I found my engagement ring on Etsy as I was looking for something simple and unique, and I fell in love with the design. It was supposed to be diamonds, but unfortunately I got scammed and they weren't. In general, the overall quality was horrendous - the product image showed a milgrain detail which was barely visible if at all there, and the straight edges were not straight at all. I went to Aram to get my wedding band resized and I also asked if he could re-make my engagement ring with real diamonds and proper design. Aram definitely delivered, my new ring is absolutely gorgeous!! It feels substantial and the quality is incomparable to the previous one. I'm extremely pleased with his detailed craftsmanship, not to mention his friendly service and reasonable pricing. I'm confident this ring will last and I'm so glad he was able to bring the true design to life. 😍 I would definitely recommend his services, you can tell he truly loves what he does and the effort he puts in is demonstrated in the result. My husband took my ring to Mr. Aram who did a PHENOMENAL job in changing the diamond which was originally not set straight and it was tilted with a very simple setting. He then changed the diamond from that ring onto a brand new one custom-made with the band beneath it. It’s now straight with beautiful diamond detailing on both the ring(statement) band and the stackable band that curves perfectly around it (as seen in photo). Excellent service - we need to size down a platinum engagement ring. (From 5.5 to 4.75) We bought our ring online from James Allen shipped from US, while they would resize/ship for free, Canadian custom could charge us sales tax again. We were unsure where we can get a ring resize locally in Toronto, then we found this place on Google. Unlike many other place where you need to put your ring into an envelope and wait 2 weeks for it to come back, and hope it's the same ring. At Strada, the service took ~45 min, and the technician thoroughly explained the process, option, and we witnessed the whole process. Job well done !

Fiancé went to get my engagement ring changed from 4 prongs to 6 prongs and to also get it resized. After getting it done I didn't feel 100% about it so we went back to Aram and he patiently listened to all my concerns/requests and explained the whole process! I got engaged this past November and was nervous that I wouldn't be able to find somebody reliable during these pandemic times to resize my ring. I called in the morning and even though he told me he was slammed with orders he was still very happy to squeeze me in that same day. I rushed over there, so excited. Upon arrival you can just feel his amazing energy. When we were trying to find my size I couldn't decide between 4 or 4.5, so he decided to make me a custom size which I thought was absolutely amazing. It was done within an hour or so, we chatted for a bit when I returned for pick up and I couldn't be more happy. He even returned the gold that he had to cut off. And his pricing is extremely reasonable for what he does. I am currently working on receiving my wedding band, which I will definitely bring in if I need any changes. Don't even hesitate. Amazing experience! Resized my ring in less than 30 minutes for such a reasonable price considering the more complex band. He invited me to sit and explained everything as he resized it. I needed to get my engagement ring resized from a size 11 to a size 7 (something went VERY wrong when measuring my size!). My ring has a very thin band and multiple side stones, so the first jeweller I took it to said it would be impossible and that I'd need to buy a new band. I was heartbroken. I called Strada Jewelry a few minutes after this happened, and Aram assured me that he would be able to resize it just fine. He scheduled me in for an appointment the next day and had it done in a little over an hour. It fits perfectly! My wife and I needed our rings sized, 3 rings all together. We called Strada Jewelry early Saturday morning and inquired if it would be possible to get all 3 rings the same day. He said he could if we make to his unit by 1:00 pm..we got there at 11:30 AM. Ladies&Gentleman this wonderful craftsman had all 3 rings done,buffed and ready to pickup by 2:00PM. Price was good.There is paid parking outside his Unit didn't have any trouble finding a spot. Also his location is ideal for waiting around and hanging out till I was able to pick up my items. Across the street is College Park food court and winners with Tim Hortons, down the street is the Eaton Center. Awsome I am really really Really happy with our rings.
