Worked with Rishab closely in purchasing an engagement ring - after narrowing down my criteria for the diamond cut, carot, etc., Rishab provided constant updates of the various options that were available to me. Rishab was constantly in communication with me throughout the process, offering his advice and expertise until we found the perfect stone. Very easy process as well for having the ring made - simply sent a design to Rishab and he had a mock-up created within 24 hours. The entire experience was incredibly straightforward, and at no point was I worried about the end product I would be receiving. While this will be the last engagement ring I purchase, I would recommend House of Jewellery to anyone who is embarking on the journey!

It seems my experience might be the exception, as they have high reviews, but I haven't had the greatest experience with them. From the start, we received our package missing 4 items. When we contacted them they told us (after waiting 11 days for a response) that those items were on backorder (we weren't aware of this when we ordered them). We then were provided at ETA of April 26, and on May 4 we had to inquire again where the product was. For two of the products, they broke as soon as we took them out of the packaging. We had real gold earrings that only lasted 3 months before breaking. This one was the most disappointing as you pay more for solid gold and expect it to last way longer.Very disappointed in the product. I must say though, that they were very friendly in their emails.

So far really good. Received my order fast and their prices are extremely fair.
