I recently visited Splitsville in Richmond Hill and had an amazing time! The facilities were top-notch, featuring more than 20 lanes for bowling. I appreciated that they offered flexible options for playing, such as hourly or two-hour increments. They also provided rental bowling shoes, which was a nice touch. Not only is this a fantastic spot for a night of bowling, but they also have a small arcade area for kids to enjoy and a snack and bar counter for refreshments. The atmosphere was lively and fun, making it the perfect spot for a night out with friends or family. Overall, I highly recommend this Splitsville for anyone looking for a great time in Richmond Hill.

I’m beyond excited to give this establishment a five star rating. It was our first time visiting and we were celebrating a friends birthday so we made group reservations. The management and staff were all amazing and couldn’t have done more to ensure we were well taken care of. All the lanes worked well and the bowling alley was clean and well kept. We also ordered tons of food and we were all happy with the food quality. As a group we’ve collectively agreed to return in the future to have a great night out on those comfortable couches.

They have many slots open to book in advance. Their points system was great and accurate. They also provide a big arcade gaming area for kids. came and grabbed this coupon a few weeks ago was told it was valid all days of the week, including weekends. so we planned a get together with some friends, ready to play same arcade games and bowl. show up at the place and the workers say the coupon is only valid for weekdays. pls note it doesnt say that ANYWHERE on the coupon. one of the workers directs us to the front desk, where the man REFUSES to acknowledge that it's even a coupon. pls note it says COUPON ON THE COUPON. i would think twice before giving ur money to a place like this

My friends and I wanted to use this coupon that one of us won at work. So we called two weeks ahead of the day we plan to go to ensure we can use the coupon and have everything sorted out before we go here. They told us everything was good to go and made a reservation for two lanes for 2 hours with six people's shoes for free. When we went, the manager told us we couldn't use the coupon for two lanes 2 hours even though it said it was for 2 hours for six people. They told us that we could get one lane for 2 hours or two lanes for 2 hours, but we had six people, and each lane could only hold up to five people. So we were forced to choose the option with less time. Since all the lanes were full, they had to give us the VIP lanes, which were broken because it kept tracking the wrong score, and had the audacity to say that they wouldn't charge us for the VIP fee. This place is so cheap that they wouldn't give us two lanes for 2 hours even though one lane costs $78.99 for 2 hours, and the coupon value is worth $130. Do not go here because they are expensive, and there are better places out there that are cheaper and have friendlier employees. Edit: The owner replied saying to email them to discuss further and I still haven't heard back from them. They clearly don't care for their customers.

I had a pretty great experience at this bowling location. I came on a Tuesday afternoon since it was raining and I was looking for an indoor activity. It wasn’t too busy when I came and there were still a few empty lanes. There’s also an arcade next to the bowling area. This location is pretty clean & tidy with 40 bowling lanes. The food is also pretty good tbh for a bowling meal, especially the fries. There are couches & a coffee table at each lane and also large fans overhead so it doesn’t get too sweaty. The service is friendly & welcoming. The also washrooms are pretty clean. Parking shouldn’t be an issue as there’s a huge parking lot.

Pretty good overall. No issues with the bowling, but the food and service left a little to be desired. I ordered the wings and nachos, and the wings were awesome. Like as a wing man, these BBQ wings certainly met the mark. But the nachos so unfortunately were a mega letdown. I have never received such a cold plate of nachos in my life! :( It was almost impossible to pull the nachos apart that's how much the cheese stuck everything together, like super glue! But the wings and bowling were good and that's what matters most, so 4/5 feels very fair :)

wow, the place has new management and did some great renovations. There is an area of arcade and miniature golf. There are lot of lanes. Great bowling place. Great for birthday parties, company events and family fun. There is a cafe to buy food.

Only place I know where you can go bowling in this area. There isn’t much to complain about. It’s maintained reasonably and fairly clean. A little outdated. I know they are looking to renovate. Maybe then it will be deserving of the 5 stars. But really not much to complain about especially given it’s the only bowling place I know in the area.

I don't feel safe. They need to hire extra staff or designate someone to enforce mask wearing. For the rest of the hour we were playing, the lane beside us never wore masks, and even after I requested staff to enforce mask wearing - he left before he made sure they wore them. (Not entirely his fault, they seemed to not have anyone manage this). Hence half the people in this lane didn't even put them on, or had it under their chin. To make matters worse, one of them was obviously sick and coughing.

Cool place. One of the days in winter, I just felt like somewhere to chill and have some fun. All equipment is well managed, and many enjoyable arcade games are available.

Had a great time here today. Did VIP bowling experience and it was nice. Fun games setup for bowling and atmosphere was nice. I would say go with a group of friends so that you can have two lanes and not share with anyone. I’m not against sharing but when the ball choices are limited and then another group decides to use your bowling balls instead of the ones they picked, you wait a bit to bowl in your lane. Wish they had more options for ball sizes and where you place your fingers though. I didn’t try any of the food items but the prices seem to be restaurant type prices. However, they do have an on-site restaurant for you to eat at after bowling. Overall great time and experience and may go back with friends.

The place has been updated with a cleaner refreshed look. There's a lot of bowling lanes, an arcade area, mini golf and restaurant/bar area. Service is pretty good but the drinks aren't mixed well but expected for the price (~$9 cocktails). No technical issues during our time there and the shoes were in relatively good condition.

We had a birthday party here for my son playing mini golf and the arcade. Our table was set in the arcade where our hostess served us drinks and food and we sang happy birthday and cut the cake. Not the quietest place but none of the kids cared. The 12-hole mini golf was a bit bare/under-decorated, maybe because it's new- all were only the basic patches. Still the kids had a good time. Hostess was great and we had a fun time.

I took my g6 son and a friend with me. The parking lot is very spacious and convenient. This is a place where you can play bowling alleys and games. It consists only of things that children will like. There is a table next to the bowling alley where you can order coffee, drinks, etc. This is a necessary space for parents waiting for their children.

Nice bowling place since the renovation from the old world bowl. System has been upgraded. Though not without its kinks as with many bowling systems. Team bowling score is nice. Good selection of different weight balls. There is a VIP area which is an extra charge though worth it for the extra space. They also have an arcade which we’ve been to with the kids before. They have half price games on Wednesday which the kids enjoy.

Great bowling spot to casual bowl with friends or competitively. The atmosphere is very lively and can be loud. Social distancing measures in effect. Vaccination passport is required. However, face enforcement is non existent which is sad. For busy days or prime time, I would suggest making reservations.

Such a wonderful place to bring the young kids, and also for adults too. Had a great time with my mentee in playing bowling game. It was my first time playing bowling and I took my time to learn my best. They also had other games spots in the front. A very good customer service and great food. Thank you so much:)

I went here with a group for bowling and we did the $5 per game option. But there is an arcade area and a VIP bowling area if that's your thing. I was on lane 26 and felt it was a bit slower loading up the pins for my next strike! Otherwise, it was an excellent experience.

Very disappointing. We asked at the counter for a bowling lane lady asked us to wait for 15 mins and set us on waiting list. We ordered food and beer till the lane was free. after 30 mints I went over to check again and she said we had other customers come in so you have to wait another hour. I checked previous reviews and I can see that it’s not the first time. As a customer I felt cheated . Poor service

Came here during March break and thought we were gonna have a bad experience with the amount of people waiting, BUT SUPER IMPRESSED! The staff were all helpful to customers and to each other. Looks like they had some new staff and they were helped within seconds to figure everything out when problems or uncertainties arose The person who looked like a manager was communicative with the staff and finding solutions on the go for his team They informed us it would be about 30 mins wait, so we went to the arcade, which the kids loved cuz they could earn tickets to try and redeem for some toys The staff in the arcade would have a little down time, but as soon as a customer walked up, they stopped what they were doing / talking with each other and helped every customer out We got our lane in less than the time that was told to us and the kids had a blast bowling. The lanes had ample space and the computers used to operate the screens and lanes worked perfectly Will definitely be back for another outing with the kids knowing that during a busy time, all went smoothly! Great arcade experience! There were tons of bowling alleys and so much fun. Food was great and customer service was excellent.

It was our first time visiting the Richmond Hill location, a great place for fun with friends and families, amazing bowling spot, floor and lanes are maintained very well. Since I called in to reserve, Cindy who answered my call was very nice and answered all my questions, then I was contacted by Emma the event sales manager who really took care of us, made all the required arrangement, follow up, even after we arrive, she make sure all works fine. She was way above my expectations, with high level of professionalism. Once we finish, and about to leave one of the staff starts to sanitize the balls, chairs, everything we touched, which shows how the management cares about their guest. It was such an excellent experience, all staff were amazing and couldn’t have done more to ensure we were well taken care of.

Management & staff were wonderful & attentive. Clean, served great pizza (for an establishment like this), fries, & the fruit platter tasted fresh. My daughter had a blast celebrating w/ her friends. Highly recommend, would go there again!

First visiting this place in years. Disco bowling hours are so much fun. A little pricey, about $38.88 per lane per hour and $4 to rent shoes.

World bowl is quite a popular place. Lots of people come both for recreational and for league. Their lanes are maintained quite well with fair amount of oil. They have decent amount of lanes so the rotation is somewhat fast. One downside is that it’s a bit steep on the price, and some of the employees there are quite dry. Not rude per se, but rather just no hint of friendliness, as if they dont really want to work. Overall, it is still a good bowling so I would go back here if I go bowling.

Phenomenal place to enjoy time with your friends. Lively atmosphere, great customer service and plenty of activities within this establishment. I highly recommend this place to unwind and spend time with your friends.

It's has Pong! What else do you need? Kidding aside this business went through a big Reno and was pleasantly surprised. Maybe new owners? The bowling alleys looking fun, clean and functional. They added a mini arcade with lots of selection and good games. What was surprising and a positive note was the level of service and amount of staff. You could always ask someone a question and they were friendly and happy to help. I didn't have any food but the mini food area was pumping out hot pizzas and finger foods. We were there for a kids party and all the kids had big smiles. We now plan on putting this place on our list to visit to have some family fun. Parking seemed to be more than enough too and relatively easy to drive through.

Best Bowling in Richmond Hill close to HWY7. There are a big arcade and mini golf. You can automatically get bumpers for kids and free parking. Amazing place to enjoy with your family.

This place has changed so much since it was a world bowl. It's now a full entertainment center with a bar, mini putt and a large arcade! Service was clean and efficient.

Awesome place! Very clean, too (covid-19 protocols taken seriously). Can’t wait to come back.

Had a good time. Was quick and easy to get started. Staff were polite on the phone and in person. Friendly and professional. Went out of their way to advise and setup game so it was more friendly for our young players when we didn't even know they could accommodate. People were spread out for pandemic reasons. This is 10 pin and not 5 pin. Staff were moving around and wiping down bowling balls after each group. Cost was reasonable. Does we got were clean and in good condition. We didn't try the food. Washrooms were clean. Lots of free parking out front in the lot. Was a good experience overall.

Man I hate to give a bowling place a bad review, but this place needs some work. During our hour and a half of playing, almost 15 minutes were spent waiting for fixes of issues. First lane kept getting stuck, and computing incorrect hits ex. Hit 8 pins, it counts 9. They then switched us to the lane next to us and seemingly the same issues occured. The picture below shows it, player hit 7 pins and only 2 pins came down for second throw. And even if you were to miss the second throw, it would count you hit 1. The place is a decent price in comparison to other bowling places in GTA, but unless fixes are made, we will not be returning

Rental charges are a bit high. No.2 lane had some maintenance issues and we had to repeatedly request support. The disco was good. Ample parking spots. Food was ‘Okay’. Lighting was good. No ‘wow’ factor. You can expect bare minimum. Rates vary based on time and day.
