The food:  Had a weekend late veg breakfast.  It was tasty and the portions were generous. I'm not a big eater so I couldn't finish it as it had (almost) two of everything: sausages, eggs, hash browns, toast, beans, a veg fritter (black pudding alternative), half a tomato and mushrooms. The smaller breakfast has one of each and would have been a better choice for me.  The price difference is around £1- £1.50 and hence easily tempting even if you're not hungry! I had a flat white with my food but it appeared to be extremely foamy like cappuccino. I reluctantly mentioned this to the girl at the till - who wasn't the same girl that had taken our order initially.  She willingly made a fresh coffee without a fuss. The staff:  Friendly and efficient. The cafe:  The cafe and the farm shop are within one building; the decor is charmingly reminiscent of a barn. Bonus: The friendly farm cat was pleasantly surprising, weaving in & out under tables, generally hanging out and even allowing a couple of pets!

I just adored this place. I took my mum to have a little look around the shop but we seen the food and decided to eat aswel. I had the cheesy cow burger, wow what a burger, delicious, whilst my mum had the soup of the day which was yummy. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the cafe and shop. A great selection of produce and all reasonably priced. We grabbed a icecream on the way out which was lovely. Can't recommend this place enough. We shall be back.

Seen a review of Albion cafe. So thought I'd go and visit for myself someday and so on my way from Sheffield bk home to Manchester I seen this has a opportunity to visit and me and my partner were hungry anyway so even tho it took us a little out of the way we would normally come home we called in and I have to say the food we had was definitely worth it. I had the small breakfast 🍳. Which was enough for me and my partner had the eggs Benedict which she enjoyed. Worth the visit and worth the price paid. Thanks. 😁👍

Lovely farm shop! We had milkshakes which were to die for and then I went into the farm shop to ‘look around’ and came out with a massive bag full of goodies! The freshly baked sausage roll was also delicious! Can’t wait to try the sausages

We had a group of 8 including 2 kids. All of us devoured our breakfasts. The shop was absolutely magnificent with so many great cheeses and breads and pastries and veggies. And yes, ice cream cones were marvelous.

Pies and suet pudding looked great. Balcony can sit out great view. Large car park. Farm shop, goats, flowers and plants. Local ice cream stall. Lack of attention to detail, ended up keep getting up for cutlery, sweeteners. Waitress put trainer up on seat to tie laces. Asked if it would be alright to wait for hot drinks. Said if I have to. She meant wait at counter until ready. Would have been a long wait. Breakfasts, reuben sandwich, soup. Fresh mini loaf with soup - could do with at least 2 (and butter)...

This place has gone down hill, the service is slow and bad, it feels dirty, no big choice of food left on menu and staff just seems to walk around doing nothing, know body wants to clear the tables and you have to find your own menus, also the toilets could do with being reviewed periodically.

I just wish those frozen meals were more reasonably priced as they looked yummy. But the fresh rump steak burgers looked too good to not buy. Will be cooking them later.

I walked down from the carpark and I wasn't quite sure how one was to get into the café or shop There was an open area which I walked into and from here it was quite unclear how to enter the main shop. Be careful though it's quite uneven and I tripped over a step as I went through the door after I found the way in. The staff seem to have had better days Not helpful and not happy I made my way to the till and I had to ask how to get into the cafe as help wasn't being offered. I would give food in the farm shop a 5 star it did look good The staff 1 star The appearance of the shop and signage 1 star This shop just needs a good retail manager Went into the café and it was much the same Unhappy staff Not helpful The latte was great I had the scrambled egg on toast It was quite bland with little flavour Probably the worst I've ever had The soup was good I understand and a big portion. The highlight was watching the owner walk in and ignored customers and staff. He walked straight behind the cold meat counter, grabbed a pie and started to eat it . Yep the sort of puts in frame of this business Lead by example The owner really should be engaging with everyone and if he wants something to eat. Go to the cafe Only a 1 star as there is a lot of work to do here

Nice farm shop cafe with an added shop to purchase farm produced meat, fresh produce, and gifts. The seating is rustic, and there is ample space for wheelchairs and buggies. Staff were friendly and the food was tasty but the menu was limited. I would definitely recommend it and will go again.

Love the area, very good spot. It’s our first breakfast at the cafe and I would say, we are not returning. Customer service was disappointing. Couldn’t bother to smile or say “hi, hello”. Food, well…for the lighter farmers breakfast I ordered and for the price I paid ‘twas hilarious! It’s because, first of all, the presentation was bad. Can’t be bothered to put the beans in tiny bowl?, the bacon was so dry, tomato was cold and most of all, there’s no toast and hash brown! The waiter said they run out of it and will be serve in no time. But, the waiter kept passing by our table for more than 10 times, and not even bothered to remember or update us. Will you pay for £10 breakfast like this? -Half cold tomato -1 sausage -1 fried egg -1 too dry bacon - 2-3 spoons of beans ( I think) NO hash brown and slice of toast!!! 🤯

Have previously been here many times and usually fine and food good, but today was different. To provide context, my son is disabled and in a wheelchair and we have a very large Wheelchair Adapted Van with ramp access. The disabled parking at Albion Farm is limited but usually ok... except today we turn up to find that they have decided to add extra food vendor and outside seating ACROSS 3 of the 4 disabled parking spaces!!! The only remaining space is off to one side and far too small for our van (if we'd parked there we would have been blocking the entry/exit, so we had no other choice but to leave It's nice that Albion Farm hold food festivals, but why do it at the expense of Disabled people???

Fantastic farm shop, great selection of local produce. The butcher's is especially good. I'd recommend the final destination sausage if you're into spicy food, be warned though. Also there's an on site micro brewery with its own bar. The cafe was very popular with outside seating if you fancied it. The views across the valley were stunning. All in all a great place to visit.

Lovely spot to eat and relax. Friendly and attentive staff. Excellent Food offering full of local produce. The food we ordered was amazing. Generous portions, well presented and full of flavour. The Coffee was delicious and made with love. I can't recommend this establishment and the attached Farm Shop enough. Superb.

A lovely place, out in the country, with beautiful views from the café. The staff were lovely and, despite not having a chef, they provided some very tasty sandwiches and cakes. We had very generously filled beef sandwich, chicken/bacon mayo sandwich & a teacake, tea & coffee. Lots of side salad & some mayo. It must be a very lovely place to sit out on the balcony in the evening with the lights shining. Lots of kids around, enjoying the food. Prams not allowed in the cafe. Plenty of parking. Toilets outside. Farm shop - lots of choice but not cheap. Some Slatterys items, books, cards, gifts, fresh fruit & veg, jams, sauces, fresh meat, local milk, cheeses, bread. We bought scones which were delicious. Well worth a visit.

Read the reviews online and was a little concerned, so thought give it a try for ourselves. Glad we did, breakfast was lovely and hot. Ordered and all food and drinks were there in 15 minutes. Great service and we will be going back.

Come for the views, stay for the burger. We went for lunch on a nice Saturday. The views are amazing and the food was even better. We ordered the cheesy cow burger and it was outstanding. The cheese and onion fritter just oozed melted cheese. The beef is top quality. Absolutely stuffed. Had some superb ice cream after. Rum & Raisin and espresso for me, chocolate for my wife. Will definitely be back.
