Management is messed up, they pull illegal shady stuff all the time, they're rude to tenants, don't upkeep grounds properly, the buildings are maintained at the bare minimum, I currently know 2 different tenants who rent washer dryers, that have gone bad, and it taking them over 2 months to fix/ replace. and they still had to pay for the washer dryer bc it's baked into the mo lease. Avoid this place like the plague. No matter how desperate you are for somewhere.

I just want to recognize the office staff here at Courtside, they're not just property management, they're friends and family to me. One of the office staff members Max, goes above and beyond for me and has helped me so much when he didn't need to. He is always friendly and offers help anytime he sees someone in need, and everyone here loves him. Thank you Courtside for being for than an apartment complex but a community of friends and family that always do their best!

I love Courtside staff they are amazing. I really like that they do community activities with the residents. Sometimes neighbors can be a little much but what apartment don’t. Overall it’s a good place to live.

Every single problem this complex has is caused by the corporate landlords that refuse to use our rents for proper maintenance and staffing. There are over 200 units here but only 5 full time staff. Staff does an incredible job with the resources they are allowed but it's insufficient for the numerous issues they are forced to deal with.

I have lived here almost 9 years and I don't have a problem with this apartment complex at all except my neighbors above me they're very noisy very rude but that's what happens when housing put you on a ground floor because of your disability other than that corpse side is awesome I have a little Rose Garden planted out back and I just went out there and messed around in the Roses not that there's much left now got to pick the two and get them into face out here so I enjoyed that Courtside lets us do that put us a little garden together

Courtside is amazing!! They’re understanding and make you feel like you’re heard and listened to. I’ve lived in a few different apartments and never got the treatment from other places that I and my daughter have gotten from Courtside. We feel very welcomed and feel like they’re just like family!! Would definitely recommend renting from them 100% 10 out of 10 from me and my family!!!

I have to say that maintenance did a really good job and redoing my bathroom they were kind and respectful and didn't leave a mess and did what they had to do to get it fixed

The staff is extremely helpful in any issues I have in the complex. Maintenance is always on top of any work order I put in for. Very good response time in repairing any problems I have in my unit. The complex overall is clean and very welcoming, having the pool open for the season is a wonderful touch just in time for the summer temperatures.

These apartments are great! They have an event going on today for the pool opening and it's a lot of fun and they always do fun stuff like this for the kids and residents. The staff is the best I've ever had and the maintenance team is very very good and always fix any problem!

Apartment are absolutely great and the office staff is extremely nice. Max, Zack, and Allison are awesome. Lots of kids , and can be loud sometimes but at nights it’s always calm and quiet. Weekly community giveaways are always nice and it helps out to see how friendly commuted we are as apartments. I absolutely love these apartments for first time starting out or also long term.

Whereas there may be a general necessity pertaining to increased safety precautions as reputed by others; management does the absolute best they can within the perimeters of the rules they themselves must follow to ensure discrimination or presumptive claims are kept to a minimum. I have never once experienced anything intentionally negative or nefarious with management; and, they are more than willing to help any resident who may be struggling when altruism and effort is shown, they return in kind. Thank you.

I moved in here recently and i appreciated the staff here were very nice and welcoming. you can tell they care and want to help you! I really like living here have not had any problems. also love the location it is close to everything in west oly. i would recommend to others
