Lived here for about 4 years, and like it for the most part. Apartments are pretty nice, and the maintenance guys are always cool and say hi. Front desk lady is super rude though, always seems to be in a bad mood that she takes out on you. I understand some things rules are rules but that lady has seriously made me debate moving out. Not how management should treat their tenants.

The positive reviews on here are not representative of what life is like living here. Reviews are intended to give perspective renters an idea of what life would be like here but management picking and choosing who to butter-up and ask to do reviews is not that. I know this happens because I and several other residents I know have been asked to do this. I myself wrote a five star review, years ago, before my eyes were open. People can only pretend so long before their true colors show through. Pay attention to the negative reviews. Those things happen here. If you have ever seen Evergreen Vista or Courtside, that is where these are headed. Good luck getting your deposit back. Not one person I know who has lived here and moved has. When I transferred to a larger apartment, I was charged for my carpets to be replaced and they weren’t. During walkthrough I was told my apartment was immaculate and my deposit would be applied towards my deposit at the new apartment but all of a sudden the carpets needed replace. I was charged and it was never replaced. The carpeting the builder put in was commercial carpet squares but replacement carpeting is regular carpeting. I asked the maintenance what the problem was with the carpet and was told it wasn’t replaced. I knocked on the door to my old apartment and I saw it with my own eyes. I still had to pay it. I have lived here since just after they opened and the office staff we have now are the most catty, rude, gossiping group of them all. I have had residents and even a staff person come to me and tell me they heard them gossiping about me in the office and have had details to prove it. Completely unprofessional. They have a problem with being reminded what their job is and they will not only lie to cover their wrongs but gaslight. When proof of this is presented, they gaslight more and say what they said was “misconstrued” even though I specifically asked several times to clarify, they repeated it several times and it was recorded. That staff person had no recourse. The office doesn’t address issues in a timely matter and many times not at all. I can email them again and again with absolutely no reply. I wish I could post recordings here. The neighbors above me make noise all day long with no recourse to the point where I have gone out to sleep in my car many times. They bang so hard, repetitively, that the sound pressure has damaged my security cameras, blown out lightbulbs, make my picture frames rattle and my bedroom fan even moves. I can’t move due to my health and living here can be miserable so this review is to help others know the truth so at least they have the option not to end up miserable, too. You might get lucky; you might have considerate neighbors around you. When that was the case for me, the rude staff who act exaggeratingly put-out to have to work was less of an issue because I wasn’t asking of them and since not doing anything is their goal, everything was good.

The apartment itself is nice and spacious, but the office staff and lousy maintenance completely ruined my experience living here. When i showed them how horrible the rug was, they told me i should buy a coffee table to hide it (no joke). Every single time i ask for help or i need to hear back from them about the paperwork I turned in, it takes at least 3 weeks to hear back. And Shauna is the most unprofessional, discourteous and offensive woman i have ever had to deal with out of any of the apartments i have lived in ever. Also this is not a great neighborhood as most of the people who live in this complex are either dead beat criminals who might break into your car or poor students/young adults trying to find an affordable place to live while being taken advantage of by the office staff.

We’ve lived in these apartments for about 6 months now. The apartment it’s self is nice. I love the look of the outside. We have a 2 bedroom. Our kitchen could definitely use some more storage space! As for the pricing goes the fees are a bit outrageous. I’ve never had to pay such a high deposit. (I have good credit and rental history). I’ve also never in my life had such whiny neighbors. We are probably quite people we don’t have party’s or people over and we only have a child part of the time. But our neighbors seem to be able to find things to complain about. In my opinion it apartment life your going to hear your neighbors from time to time I sure do!

I’m giving two starts because these apartments are in the perfect location, and they are very spacious and nice on the inside. The lack of three stars are for multiple other reasons. One being the response time on issued complaints. I know that there probably is a set process that they have to go through, but when we had tenants move in below us with their FOUR dogs (the limit is suppose to be 2 or 3) that would bark at ALL hours of the day ALL the time, it was months before that even started to get a little better. Another reason, and this one is big for me as I work overnights and sometimes don’t get home until around 3 in the morning, is the people who are hired to do their yard maintenance. The apartments always look phenomenal, but the problem is the time they start their work. Does it make sense that the apartment quiet time ends at 9am, but maintenance will start as early as SEVEN AM to mow the yard in addition to doing several other tasks that require loud power tools? And this is 2-3 days a week. Completely contradicts the apartment quiet time rule. I might as well be able to blare music that early. I’m always trying to sleep through all the noise and feel that I shouldn’t have too. We resigned our lease because issues eased up towards the end, but this situation has me regretting it.

I love it here :) the apartments themselves are absolutely beautiful and such a great deal for the price. I’ve lived here for 4 years now and they always helped me out and are so kind. I’ve never had a problem with them at all and they’ve always been so courteous. I want to stay here forever unless I get a house, the appliances are all great, the Maintinence workers are attentive, and there’s a washer and dryer, that’s pretty important to me lol. I feel really lucky to live here and have worked hard to keep it.

Alexis has been so wonderful the entire process, it is income restricted, she walked us through the entire process and kept us up to date on everything. She was even so accommodating when we booked a last minute showing of an apartment. I will say that she is very upfront about everything which put my mind at ease when worrying about the paperwork. Give this place a try if and when they have units available and be understanding that it is first come first serve.

Living on fixed income had made it almost impossible to find a suitable place to live for my kid and I, moving here was made simple and they worked with me on a plan to make moving in affordable as well. The apartment is spacious and the maintenance men are super friendly and a pleasure to see

I've lived here for a little less than a year and have nothing but wonderful things to say about the management and staff at Copper Trail. From maintance to the community director we have always been treated with kindness and understanding, our concerns are always promptly addressed and fixed. My experience with this property from the first call with Je'anna as a prospective resident to our lease signing, and renewal have always been pleasant. Copper trail is like no other apartment I've lived in and we have no plans to leave anytime soon. If you get the chance to rent at Copper Trail jump on it, this place and staff are truly one of a kind.

9/2/2021 We recently moved into Copper Trail Apartments and couldn't be happier. They are roomy, clean, well maintained and friendly. Alexis, the Assistant Community Director, worked closely with us to assure that our transition went smoothly. Alexis was very professional, helpful and forthright. Our apartment was move in ready and absolutely beautiful. The entire staff worked very hard to get us exactly what we needed. We truly had a wonderful experience. If you are looking for a great apartment community, contact Alexis with Copper Trail, she is the best.

After having a horrendous experience at my prior place of residency, it feels amazing to be back at Copper Trail. Je'anna and her team are absolutely delightful and treat you like an actual person, not just some random faceless tenant occupying a room they work at. All matters are addressed in a timely manner and if issues do arise, they work with you to discover a proper solution; I've never felt as though they left me on 'read'. Kind, courteous, and highly personable, the staff here at Copper Trail never fail at making my day just a little bit better.

The perfect place to move if you’re looking for the loudest possible place to live, a new reason to call the cops every week, and the biggest scam artists in the business.
