This place has consistently given me incorrect information regarding my children’s treatments. They are generally over scheduled and rushed to get to everyone. There’s only one dr who seems at all trustworthy. I would definitely not recommend this place. It’s sad because it’s one of the places that accepts state insurance, so if you’re not affluent you get poor service. Disappointing to say the least.

I have been taking my daughters here for about three years and have never had a problem. I especially appreciate their reminder texts so I don’t forget about upcoming appointments! Very child friendly and positive environment! Thank you Smiles 4 Kids!

Very quick in and out I’m not so sure if that’s a good or bad thing. The dentist and assistants are very sweet however there is a receptionist can come across dry and a little rude. I had an appointment booked months in advance only to drive 40 minutes and read on the door that due to an unexpected situation all appointments were canceled. No call or text was received as a heads up. The receptionist were in but the note said to call to reschedule. When I called I was on hold, not long like 5 minutes and then the call dropped. When I called back they picked up immediately and I got to reschedule my appointment. Overall I’ve been here a couple times and I like it just wish they had better communication.

I had an excellent experience at this office for care for my grandniece. The staff, doctor, and anesthesiologist where communicative, caring, and put my little one at ease. She had significant work and all went well.

Made an appointment for my daughter over a month in advance, they call me the day before to cancel because “they’re short staffed”. Super unprofessional & really inconsiderate they waited until the day before the appointment to let me know when I scheduled it the beginning of September.

I came in today for a filling and they did a good job on it also the place is always clean same with the restrooms there clean and the doctors and nurses are friendly

My son was very nervous about getting fillings done for his cavities. He’s been talking about it all week! Dr. Sun and his assistant were both extremely patient and answered all his questions to help put him at ease. Thank you!

The front desk staff are friendly, polite, and very fast at getting you checked in. We've never waited more than 10 minutes after our appointment time to be taken back to a room. The dental hygienists are WONDERFUL. Every one we've had has been so kind and patient with my kids, and very understanding of pain and fear. The dentist is gentle, quick, fun, and - according to my kids - very cool. When we've had to get treatment done, he makes sure my kids are comfortable, fully numbed, understand what he's doing and are okay with it. And he encourages and praises them the whole time. I am very picky about dentists, especially in regards to my kids. I've dropped a dentist on the first visit before, but I'm more than happy to drive almost an hour to have my children seen here.
