DON’T RENT HERE !!! We lived here for almost 3 years.. NEVER late paying rent. Due to the military We had to move to a month to month. We were told that our rent will go up ( never discussed how much it would go up) I paid rent through a website portal (THEY PROVIDED) in full every time. We moved across country 3 weeks ago Today I get a call from this office telling me that I had a balance and how I would like to resolve this. I informed her that I paid the amount I saw on their site. First she said there was a glitch in their system. When I said it’s their problem She admitted she made a mistake and she’s in charge of so many other units and she’s only human Sounds like she’s she can’t handle everything without dropping the ball somewhere If you love money hungry people who don’t do their job until 3 weeks later this place is for you

Property itself is very nice. Company misprinted lease rates and, in general, rates are a high for some of the apartments.

Maintenance requests are handled fast, in a nice neighborhood, lawn work is done almost every week, and property managers are responsive. Very safe area with lots of dog walkers and kids.

I lived here for over a year. The apartment is fine. However, the moving out process was a NIGHTMARE. They did not follow the the Washington State tenant rights and required me threatening to take them to small claims court just to follow the state law. I feel bad for any tenant that doesn't have the time and resources as I believe they do this knowing that most people can't fight back even if they have been wronged.
