I
like
the
relative
openness
of
exercising
at
Plum
St.;
it
is
hardly
ever
over-crowded
(though
it
was
close
last
night,
11-20).
The
facility
is
kept
clean,
including
the
locker
rooms.
And,
lastly,
the
equipment
is
almost
always
kept
in
good
working
order.
*See
below
for
exceptions.
The
staff
at
Plum
St.
is
friendly,
knowledgeable
and
responsive.
*While
most/all
exercise
machines
have
been
in
good
working
order
in
the
past
two
years
I've
been
a
member;
but
there
are
now
two
exceptions.*
1.)
The
leg
extension
machine
has
two
significant
horizontal
tears
in
the
pad
that
one
rests
one's
legs
on.
When
I
flex
to
lift
the
bar
the
splits
in
the
pad
grab
my
skin/hair
and
pull
as
I
extend
my
legs.
It
is
painful.
I
have
pointed
this
serious
flaw
to
staff
4-5
times
over
the
past
2-3
months.
Nothing
has
been
done.
2.)
ALL
the
TV
screens
on
the
treadmill
and
stationary
bikes
are
set
at
an
incorrect
resolution,
this
shrinks
the
size
of
the
visible
screen
and
cuts
off
about
1/4
of
the
height
&
width
of
what's
shown
on
the
screen.
This
is
most
noticeable
when
watching
a
news
program
or
sports
event,
where
text
on
the
screen
is
cut
off,
and
significantly
impairs
what's
shown.
As
in
the
pad
on
the
leg
extension
machine,
I've
pointed
this
flaw
out
to
staff
4-5
times
over
the
past
2-3
months.
PLEASE
FIX
THESE
FLAWS!!
Thanks
from
all
the
members.
