Very impressed with Gloss Salon. I was greeted promptly and courteously. Alli was wonderful! I was donating my hair and she spent time ensuring all the donation guidelines were followed. Then she provided a terrific cut and style. And the cost was very reasonable, especially considering the extra work and time involved. I would highly recommend Gloss Salon and Alli.

Two stars bc the person who did the lash lift was great to talk to and super pleasant to be around, otherwise would be one. Second time getting a lash lift here and will not be going back. Thought the first one not being very good was a fluke so I tried again, it looks like nothing was done to my lashes at all. I’ve had around ten lash lifts , so I know that it is not my lashes that won’t curl. Maybe it is the product they use? Idk. But I feel ripped off.

Amazing experience! This was my first massage ever (I know, I know) and Shiloh was fantastic. She was incredibly accommodating and walked me through the process step by step making sure I was comfortable and relaxed. I cannot recommend her enough and will definitely be back!

We got massages and blow outs. The massages were amazing, loved it! The blow outs were slightly disappointing because it wasn’t what we asked for. We were going for a 90s big swoop curls and we left with spiral waves. It wasn’t ugly but it just wasn’t what we had hoped for.

The entire experience was wonderful. From the front desk ladies who were super helpful and sweet. To Bella who gave the best massage and had me feeling like a new person. I already scheduled my next service and will be telling everyone about Gloss. Thanks ladies!

My daughter and I did a winter special. Massage and facial. Shiloh did massage and it was simple the best I’ve ever had and I have massages regularly! Morgan was esthetician and she also did a fabulous service. Highly recommended. It was a great experience.

Katelyn is amazing!! I had a hydrafacial that left my skin feeling refreshed and revitalized. Katelyn was very professional and informative. And she’s just the sweetest person ever! She listened to my concerns and requests. This isn’t the typical relaxing facial but I loved it!! Highly recommended.

I had such a wonderful experience here! Holly did my first ever facial, and she went above and beyond. She made sure to explain what everything was to me, and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire process. She even recommended some products for me to use at home on my skin. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I will definitely be going back! Very clean and professional place.

I have severe anxiety when it comes to trying a new stylist but Morgan really listened and cared about my imput. I have a very unique style and she nailed it 100%. Also wanted a bright red copper dye for fall and it turned out beautiful and vibrant. Thank you Morgan! Loving my new look!

I really enjoyed the services. However, when I was done my face and hair, it looks like I should not be seen in public, and yet I was walked out into the lobby, and everybody, I felt, was staring at me. It really pretty much ruined all of my good vibes. This was my first time Doing anything like this, so I was not prepared with a comb, make up and hairspray to counteract the treatment effects. There was no one available to help as they were all busy. All I asked for was a comb and spray.

My experience from the time I checked in until I walked out was exceptional. Hailey was a dream! She asked questions, offered advice and was very helpful. I am in love with the style and color we settled on. Already scheduled my next appt!

I had an amazing experience here. I had my hair colored and cut by Hailey and she did an amazing job helping me figure out what I wanted. She also referred me to get my brows done and that was equally a great experience. The aesthetician helped me set up an appointment to get a facial and discuss my skincare needs. My hair and brows look amazing and I would 10/10 go back.

I went in for a facial with Beck and it was amazing!! She was so kind and was very considerate with my skin. It was super relaxing and overall a great experience, one of the best facials I’ve had. I don’t live in the area, but if I did I would definitely go back and see her. If you’re interested in getting a facial, I would highly recommend having Beck do it. ◡̈

Gloss is a wonderful salon. Everyone is friendly and professional. I see Stacy every month for a pedicure. I always enjoy seeing her. She's a warm and caring person, and my feet always look and feel great after my pedicure.

I’ve gone here for years for dif services. Most have been great. However my most recent one was awful. The lady that usually does my lashes is amazing. This time I got a diff one. It was just for a fill, so i assumed no big deal since it had been two week since my last one . She insulted the lashes I had on (done at gloss by her co-worker) took them all off with several of my real lashes then told me because they were so awful she would only have time to replace part of them. I had to have them redone 5 days later by someone else. One of the most painful, insulting, waste of money experiences I’ve had. Unfortunately lost all my business for all services due to it. Giving three starts since all my previous experiences there had been good, othwise it would be zero stars.

Our annual spa trip took me to Omaha and I was not disappointed. My facial with Beck was my favorite facial experience. Katrina was amazing on my massage. I highly recommend this spa. If I lived close this would be me go to monthly spa.❤️

I received a deep tissue massage from Belle which relived some pain in my shoulders, lower back and hips. She was extremely professional and attentive to my concerns. Definitely will return for more massages. Thanks Belle!

I had a lash lift and color and the eyelashes hardly look any different immediately after the service. I have seen much better results on friends who went other places. See before and after below. If anything, they look worse now since some are sticking straight up. The tech was great, I just think the product failed

My operator was fantastic. She went thru my hair and ask questions. I have gone to other salons and have never experienced anyone really feeling my hair and asking questions about my concerns. My hair was damaged and so very dry. She suggested a product to put protein back in my hair. The product worked fantastic. I highly recommend this salon. I will go back when I need another service done.

Love the atmosphere, and the ladies at the front desk were awesome. I had henna eyebrows done for the first time yesterday. I love the color but they’re not even. I have an appointment for classic eyelash extension tomorrow. Hopefully I can get my eyebrows corrected. I would love to have a place where I can do my hair, manicure, pedicure and massages all at one place.

I have been to Gloss several times. This was the worst pedicure experience I have had. My appointment was for the luxury pedicure. Basically no massage, the technician barely used the hot stones. Also did not wipe the wax off my feet and wiped polish on my flip flops.

I booked Holly on a whim for a sugaring session after seeing the salon recommended in a FB group… she was exceptional!!! She explained everything since I’d never sugared before and made the whole process easy and as comfortable as it could be! I didn’t feel rushed whatsoever. The salon is beautiful and clean! I would definitely recommend and have already booked my next appointment.

I’ve gone to Sarah many times over the years and I’ve always loved my hair. She does such a great job taking you through what you want and delivering on that. Gloss always has fun deals or promos too! A great place to get all your services done.

First time I felt like the stylist didn't want to be there. She missed a couple pieces when my hair was cut, that are noticeably longer. Just found them this morning. But the person who did my wax went above and beyond! Was very attentive, super friendly and did an amazing job!

Just go see them. I use them for my facials, massages, and lash lifts. They do an AMAZING job! This is definitely my go to place for any self care needs that I need. They are very professional and make sure that you are taken care of. I expressed my concerns with my face and what I was having problems with and the lady that did my facial knew exactly what to do to help my face get back it’s glow. Same thing with the massages I get, I have bad tension in my neck and shoulders and they always make sure to work out all the pain and discomfort I feel. As for my lash lift, IM IN LOVE WITH THEM!!!! I have not had to wear mascara or curl them(which is bad for your lashes) since! I’m so happy and they just make my appearance look so much better.

the services at Gloss are second to none. I especially love their online booking where I can line up everything at once and book. every experience I've had there has been great, from pedi's to massage, hair to facials. it's a full service shop with great people.

Been going here since Aprin 2022, and I love going! Had my hair died 3 different times, on top of my regular trims/hair cuts.

It was my first time coming here. I came to get my eyebrows henna. It was my first time doing henna on my eyebrows. I wanted to have a fuller look and it did give me that. The only downside is it barely lasted me a week. It does say results may vary and it'll last anywhere from 6 days to 6 weeks. I forgot the girl's name but she was really informative and asked for my opinion after she was done stenciling out my eyebrows. She was very sweet.

I’ve been going to Gloss for 10 to 15 years. I always have a great experience with anyone who provides a spa service for me. The front desk gals always know my name are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Gloss Salon.

My wonderful boyfriend treated me to a holiday spa package – which I just redeemed, 8 months later... This is the first time I have done a full "self care" morning for myself and I had the Calm Body and CBD Facial treatment, plus an added pedicure. My esthetician was AMAZING! She is knowledgeable, cares deeply about finding skin solutions, and just so kind and personable.

I took my mother and sister to Gloss to celebrate their birthdays. The women in my family don't spend a lot of time or money on our looks or our relaxation, but Mom has wanted a "spa day" for a long time. The staff at Gloss were fabulous. Such a great experience! The staff made me feel comfortable and welcome, the salon was so clean, and the services were perfect! I've had appointments with Jenie, Beck, Sarah, and Holly now for sugar waxing, nails, hair dye and cut, and lashes and brows respectively, and they were all fantastic!
