TLDR:
They
care
about
your
money,
not
your
experience.
They
care
about
time
more
than
the
quality
of
their
service.
They
DEFINITELY
do
not
care
about
the
health
of
your
nails.
I
came
in
initially
to
have
acrylics
removed
and
my
natural
nail
cleaned
up.
When
I
arrived
the
front
desk
woman
asked
if
I
wanted
nail
art
and
I
asked
if
they
would
be
able
to
do
a
marble
design.
She
said
yes
and
they
moved
a
woman
who
had
started
with
a
male
nail
tech
to
put
me
with
him
instead.
From
the
moment
I
sat
down
he
didn’t
really
acknowledge
anything
I
said.
At
one
point
he
hurt
me
with
the
nail
dremel
and
I
jumped
and
said
ow.
He
said
“what
happened?”
And
I
told
him,
even
though
he
should
have
been
aware
of
what
he
was
doing,
and
he
never
even
said
so
much
as
“sorry”.
Even
if
you
don’t
mean
it,
it’s
the
least
you
can
do.
He
was
very
rough
with
my
nails
and
skin,
how
he
handled
my
hands
and
bent
my
fingers
in
directions
they
aren’t
meant
to
bend
with
a
vice
grip.
He
said
“does
this
look
okay?”
One
time
on
the
very
beginning
of
the
first
nail,
then
continued
to
work
on
it,
and
did
not
ask
me
any
more
questions
or
allow
my
input.
The
nails
looked
bad.
It
looks
like
a
home
DIY
attempt
at
marble,
not
like
I
paid
a
professional.
The
nails
are
different
shapes
and
lengths,
and
there
was
a
giant
lump
from
leftover
acrylic
that
wasn’t
fully
removed
on
one
of
them.
Even
with
the
poor
quality
of
the
work
and
the
fact
that
their
employee
hurt
me,
I
was
told
they
can’t
offer
me
any
kind
of
discount,
they
can
just
have
someone
else
fix
it.
I
made
an
appointment
for
the
next
time
I
had
off
of
work
a
few
days
later.
Something
came
up
and
I
needed
to
change
the
time,
and
I
was
told
my
appointment
had
been
cancelled
when
I
called
to
see
about
rescheduling.
There
was
a
back
and
forth
over
hours
trying
to
get
clarification
on
what
was
happening.
I
arrived
like
two
minutes
late
to
my
appointment
because
I
hadn’t
anticipated
parking
to
be
so
bad
in
the
morning,
but
that
wasn’t
an
issue
because
they
weren’t
ready
for
me
for
another
15
minutes
after
that.
I
explained
what
I
wanted
to
the
woman
they
sat
me
with
and
she
put
acetone
in
a
sandwich
bag
for
me
to
soak
my
fingers.
She
soaked
them
for
only
a
few
minutes
before
taking
a
nail
dremel
to
it
(also
going
over
my
skin
and
cuticle
with
it,
but
not
as
hard
as
the
man
did)…..
I
asked
if
that
was
removing
my
nail
density
as
well
as
the
shellac
and
she
said
no,
which
just
isn’t
true.
I
pointed
out
one
of
the
nails
was
about
to
break
and
she
said
“that’s
because
you
have
weak
nails”.
After
using
multiple
attachments
on
the
entirety
of
each
nail,
she
moved
everything
for
the
shellac
light.
I
asked
if
we
could
fix
the
shapes
and
make
the
length
uniform
like
I’d
initially
requested.
She
said
she
was
going
to
paint
them
first
to
make
them
stronger.
One
nail
had
a
crease
in
it
with
a
Knick
out
the
side
of
it,
about
to
tear
off.
I
said
that
I
didn’t
want
to
have
it
tear
off
after
they
were
done.
I
just
wanted
to
have
that
end
trimmed
off
and
then
reshaped.
She
was
like
no
I’m
going
to
paint
them
first
and
that
will
make
them
stronger.
With
how
thin
my
nails
are
after
how
many
times
they
got
ground
down
instead
of
removing
the
shellac
in
a
way
that
is
safe
for
the
nail,
shellac
is
never
going
to
make
them
strong
enough
to
not
rip
off
in
a
situation
like
that.
I
was
so
uncomfortable
with
the
way
she
was
treating
me
and
the
experience
overall
and
said
I
might
just
finish
them
myself
at
home.
She
argued
back
with
me
until
I
said
fine
then
do
what
you
wanted
to
do
that
you
think
will
work
and
she
said
“what
now
you
want
to
keep
going?”
Like,
wasn’t
that
what
you
were
just
trying
to
talk
me
into,
or
were
you
just
being
indignant
and
argumentative?
At
that
point
I
left.
I
will
never
go
back.
When
you
indulge
in
a
luxury
service
the
LEAST
they
can
do
is
just
be
polite.
