🚨🚨AVOID AT ALL COSTS 🚨🚨 They completely butchered my wife's nails. First with the first polish that they were doing was old with thick pieces of old dried polish and was drying matte. Obviously this isn't what you want so she had to select a different polish and they started over. The old polish was not even properly removed, and it was rushed through and done very poorly. When she showed how bad they were, the lady said she would have the manager call her later because she was too busy. It's been 5 days now, she has called 2 times and and been told the same thing. Now today when she tried to call for a third time, it didn't work because they blocked her number. If you call the place, they don't know when the manager is available or will be in, can't answer any questions on her whereabouts. No accountability. Look at the pictures below, this looks like a kid tried to paint her nails with white-out. Again, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They offer no refunds even when they look like this when they are done. The pictures speak for themselves. The person below is lying to you outright, I was there when the phone calls were placed. She called 2 times when nobody called her Saturday (she called Monday and Tuesday). Both times she was told the manager was not available would need to call her. Absolutely 1000% dishonest business with poor standards.

Went for the first time yesterday with a friend from work. She got a manicure which she loved! I did a pedicure which was perfection. Relaxing and turned out wonderfully 😌 The staff was friendly and uplifting. I love the flower wall they have too (perfect for a selfie or striking a pose with your new nails 💅

Five star shout out to Daisy at Minabella Spa!!! I came in with a hot mess on my hands (literally) I had an older set of acrylics and one nail was about to fall off the other day and I didn’t have any glue. I was about to go to work so in desperation I just used some dip to do an at home “fill” and painted over them to get me by a few days till I found a new salon. I was pretty embarrassed to go in because my old salon I went to never made me feel very welcome, or welcomed creative inspiration. I didn’t really have a picture with me when I came to Daisy either. But holy cow was I impressed with Daisy’s innovation! I told her I wanted acrylic ombré with sparkles and she came up with several creative options, she was so patient and so fun to work with! She has such a happy demeanor! We talked and laughed the entire visit! And my nails turned out incredible! I went a lot longer than I normally would but i love them!

Probably the best manicure and pedicure I've ever gotten in my life. Super sweet staff members, drinks offered while you're there and my nail techs did fantastic jobs! I was never hurt, they always made sure everything was ok and I'm pretty positive that my nails look better than the photo I showed them. They are pricey, but if it's something you can afford, I highly recommend you go to them.

I’ve been here a few times since last year and everyone has been so nice, but I wanted to give a shoutout to Lori who did my fill in! I just got engaged and went to get a fill after work, and she did an incredible job, she was gentle and the finished look is so smooth at the cuticle and really comfortable!! Thank you so much Lori! 🥰

I really did not like the place. It was weird because it definitely felt like they are more worried about what they can up charge you over your overall experience. We were supposed to be able to pick out smells they did not bother to ask. I believe the pedicure supposed to be an hour long I look over at my husband who is getting his done and the lady got it done in about 30 minutes. It was his first pedicure and I was like “that was fast“ which I don’t think it’s a good thing I feel like they should take their time giving you your massage hot stones, and everything. I came in with acrylic on my toes. He charged me $55 for a fill on my toes and then told me “I’m just gonna go get the gel to put on top of them so they don’t get messed up“ and then charge me an extra $10 somehow our two pedicures came out to almost $200 when the pedicures themselves are typically 57. I understand acrylic is more expensive but it was definitely crazy how I feel like they didn’t communicate and very much tried to rush through the entire experience to get you out the door. But what’s worse is they rush through doing the actual pedicure but then left both of us sitting in the chair with towels, wrapped around our feet and disappeared for almost 30 minutes. I ended up having to ask someone else to go find the person who was doing mine to come back so I can get my ticket and leave. It just overall wasn’t a very good experience. Nothing crazy happened. I paid my ticket and left because I didn’t feel like putting up the argument. All the comments about them being more worried about money than your experience I completely agree with.

TLDR: They care about your money, not your experience. They care about time more than the quality of their service. They DEFINITELY do not care about the health of your nails. I came in initially to have acrylics removed and my natural nail cleaned up. When I arrived the front desk woman asked if I wanted nail art and I asked if they would be able to do a marble design. She said yes and they moved a woman who had started with a male nail tech to put me with him instead. From the moment I sat down he didn’t really acknowledge anything I said. At one point he hurt me with the nail dremel and I jumped and said ow. He said “what happened?” And I told him, even though he should have been aware of what he was doing, and he never even said so much as “sorry”. Even if you don’t mean it, it’s the least you can do. He was very rough with my nails and skin, how he handled my hands and bent my fingers in directions they aren’t meant to bend with a vice grip. He said “does this look okay?” One time on the very beginning of the first nail, then continued to work on it, and did not ask me any more questions or allow my input. The nails looked bad. It looks like a home DIY attempt at marble, not like I paid a professional. The nails are different shapes and lengths, and there was a giant lump from leftover acrylic that wasn’t fully removed on one of them. Even with the poor quality of the work and the fact that their employee hurt me, I was told they can’t offer me any kind of discount, they can just have someone else fix it. I made an appointment for the next time I had off of work a few days later. Something came up and I needed to change the time, and I was told my appointment had been cancelled when I called to see about rescheduling. There was a back and forth over hours trying to get clarification on what was happening. I arrived like two minutes late to my appointment because I hadn’t anticipated parking to be so bad in the morning, but that wasn’t an issue because they weren’t ready for me for another 15 minutes after that. I explained what I wanted to the woman they sat me with and she put acetone in a sandwich bag for me to soak my fingers. She soaked them for only a few minutes before taking a nail dremel to it (also going over my skin and cuticle with it, but not as hard as the man did)….. I asked if that was removing my nail density as well as the shellac and she said no, which just isn’t true. I pointed out one of the nails was about to break and she said “that’s because you have weak nails”. After using multiple attachments on the entirety of each nail, she moved everything for the shellac light. I asked if we could fix the shapes and make the length uniform like I’d initially requested. She said she was going to paint them first to make them stronger. One nail had a crease in it with a Knick out the side of it, about to tear off. I said that I didn’t want to have it tear off after they were done. I just wanted to have that end trimmed off and then reshaped. She was like no I’m going to paint them first and that will make them stronger. With how thin my nails are after how many times they got ground down instead of removing the shellac in a way that is safe for the nail, shellac is never going to make them strong enough to not rip off in a situation like that. I was so uncomfortable with the way she was treating me and the experience overall and said I might just finish them myself at home. She argued back with me until I said fine then do what you wanted to do that you think will work and she said “what now you want to keep going?” Like, wasn’t that what you were just trying to talk me into, or were you just being indignant and argumentative? At that point I left. I will never go back. When you indulge in a luxury service the LEAST they can do is just be polite.

Raz did such an amazing job on my nails! Not only did she perfectly replicate what I asked for, but she added in her own artistic creativity and added some sparkles for me which I absolutely love!!! Definitely coming back and highly recommend her work!

Took my 12yo daughter for a nail dip for her birthday. Iris had same day avail, was kind to my child, and made her feel comfortable the entire time of her svc. Iris was careful and gentle with her nails and listened to what was requested. My daughter was thrilled with her nails as they looked exactly like the pic we brought in. Iris your kindness and quality are appreciated!

😠 Being that I was a first time customer, I specifically asked for someone with more experience. I had a conditioning treatment and bought some products. My bill was about 500 with tip. I was unable to go back and get my hair fixed, bc I was in town for a short period of time. When you pay good money...
