    I've been a Member at this location since 2006. They have always had a first class positive staff and have always taken good care of me. Theyve given me an occasional upgrade. That's just good business. It's always clean and sanitary. I would never tan anywhere else and highly recommend them. Ray Powers The Mattress Peddler Omaha Ne

    This location is the best one I’ve been to as far as customer service and cleanliness. The only thing I would say it needs is an upgrade on the tanning beds. I like the P90 Diamond level bed and have to drive across the city to use it and 9/10 times the level of customer service does NOT come close to the Cass location.

    Refused to put me in contact with regional manager regarding them making a mistake and not freezing my account. They didn’t complete the original freeze and when I followed up later in the month (on the 7th when things post) I was told that it was handled since I was out of town most of this month. My American Express was STILL charged the full amount and we originally had come to an agreement.and they were supposed to refund part of it. This never happened and nobody communicated with me that it wasn’t going to as I was told!! I had called back and they told me the notes say that they are not going to refund my money as agreed and therefore there was nothing they would do. I asked that they be accountable for their mistake and use this as a coachable moment for a learning opportunity and they said they do what corporate says and when I asked for their store leaders managers, managers number they refused to connect me with Emily or reach out to her on my behalf. I could go on but you get the point. So I have a full month charged to my American Express and was waiting for it to be refunded as I was told and then it never happened.

    I walked into the cass street location to reactivate my account. I walked in at 7:45 and it was still open. The girl working Brooke says she’s not going to tan me because she has things do to. By this time she has already taken my money and still telling me she’s not going to tan me. Of course I said something back. The amount of unprofessionalism was absurd. So then I tan the next day having to drive back to another location on the 28th. Dealt with a very nice girl named shay at 42nd. Went on with my day. June 1st a letter comes in the mail from Jill Koob saying I’m barred and banned. Didn’t mention giving me my money back or anything. Just banned me. I am so glad to no longer be a customer at this place. But I would like my money back considering they charged me June 2nd and they banned me the 1st. Very fraudulent and very wrong. Not to mention the notes they put on your account talking badly about you. I don’t think this was fair nor did I deserve it. Wouldn’t give it a 0 star even. Don’t waste your money or time.

    The service I received at this location from the "manager" Amanda was horrendous! From the moment I called to make an appointment for my wrap, I knew customer service was not a priority for these folks. I called and was asked to hold. After 11 minutes on hold, I gave up and called back several hours later. When someone finally answered the phone, I made my appointment for two days later and was asked to provide my Living Social certificate number, which I provided. As a frequent Groupon, Living Social and Amazon Local buyer, I understand these certificates are redeemed electronically and the merchant does not have to provide a printed certificate for reimbursement. As I was asked for the number upon scheduling, and I was not asked to bring the certificate either on paper or electronically to the appointment, I felt assured billing was taken care of. I arrived for my appointment, a pleasant wrap delivered with care. I stopped at the front desk to leave the therapist a tip and Amanda asked me to provide my Living Social certificate. I explained I had given the certificate number over the phone and as it was a gift to me, it did not appear on my Living Social mobile application. Amanda insisted that I present the certificate. I pointed to the schedule where my certificate number was written. I also offered to bring the paper certificate in the next day, as that location is a block away from my office. Amanda refused and insisted I present the certificate. I tried to call my elderly mother who purchased the certificate, but was unable to reach her. Amanda indicated Ashley Lynn obtains more information from the certificate than the number itself, which is preposterous. At this point, any benefit I received from the therapeutic procedure evaporated due to my escalating stress level. I again told Amanda that I could not get access to the certificate at that moment, reminded her she had the certificate number, as well as my name, address and phone number, because I have purchased other services at that location. I told her I would bring the certificate in the next day at lunch. She told me she could not let me do that and if I left the salon, she would call the police. I told her to call her district manager and get further direction on how to proceed. In the meantime, I was able to get my mother on the phone. This was her first Living Social purchase. She was flustered with the situation, so flustered she had to reset her Living Social password to access her account. Amanda returned from the back of the salon and finally offered a reasonable alternative to the threat of police involvement. She said she would allow me to return the next day if I left a credit card number to charge in the event I skipped out on the bill (and the Living Social number I had provided was fictitious?) Eventually I was able to present the gifted certificate electronically to Amanda. I have never been so disappointed with the quality of customer service I received! I purchase these types of promotions on a weekly basis, but never again for Ashley Lynn's! I am a professional who gets massages frequently and could have been a loyal, long-term customer for this business if I had been treated with kindness and respect. I have never been so humiliated in all my life. Other customers and employees were staring and were shocked by the way I was treated by Amanda. Don't waste your time.

    I am very picky about where I tan and I've never been disappointed in this salon. The staff is super friendly and patient. They are always prepared to answer my questions about packages and lotions, and they don't PUSH their deals on you like so many other places do. (They always offer but aren't annoying about it). The beds and rooms are always clean and working properly. Their Diamond level beds are amazinggg, and they offer more budget friendly levels too. I highly suggest this tanning salon to anyone looking for an affordable yet quality tan. - Charity

    I suggest using another location if you have to use Ashley Lynns at all. Manager 'Amanda' is rude, inconsiderate and just plan horrible at any type of problem solving. Having screwed up an appointment that was gifted to me and now trying to make it something I owe for is fustrating and impossible to deal with. Amanda the 'manager' needs more training in puplic contact and trouble shooting to keep clients coming back. Because of her I will never use Ashley Lynns for tanning or massages. There are far to many pleasant places in Omaha to go to instead! I hope to hear from Katrina D. the actual manager listed on the wed site to clear up this mess Amanda has made!!

    They'll tell you they will pro rate your account if you join in the middle of a month and then charge you for the full month anyway and then won't cancel your account when you ask them to. They just keep charging and charging and refuse to cancel your membership. BUYER BEWARE! SCAMMERS!

    Every time I tan, I’m always kindly greeted and the service is FAST. If I’m ever in a hurry and indeed of a last minute tan, I know that the staff at palm beach will get me in and out. Also, when I’m in need of a product, the employees are well educated on the products. I love PBT!

    I visited this location around 5 today and had never been to a professional tanning salon before. The two women working there were both extremely helpful and friendly by answering any questions I had. The whole place was clean and inviting.
