The price is great! I don't do more than cardio 90% if the time, and they have all that I want. They recently added stationary bikes with SPD pedal and vitual routes you can ride. So I can ride up mountain passes from the Tour de France or ride in Hawaii. My wife started coming last spring and felt comfortable at PF. That is a major plus in my book. Oh and my daughter enjoys the free membership in the summer.

I have been a member at this location for 2 months now. The facility is nice and new, and there is lots of equipment. It’s a great deal for the price. I sadly had an uncomfortable encounter with an employee at night while I was working out. I reported it to a manager, but no one reached out to me about it. I don’t feel safe there anymore.

Moved to a "bigger" location. Still only 4 smith machines. At the old and new location, you always have to wait to use smith machine. Anyone who actually uses the gym would know that you need more than 4. Free weights area is tiny. If you don't have a bench in the dumbbell area, there's no room to do any exercises. There's a bunch of unused space in the abs/stretching area. Whoever designed the layout was not thinking. I'd rather work out in a dumpy gym with room to move around than a new one that's crowded, and you have to wait forever to use equipment. Good gym to run on a treadmill, that's about it.

I'm very disappointed after reading the reviews of this location. I've been a black card member in California since before the pandemic. I've recently moved to Omaha, so I am shopping around to move my "home club" for membership. I'm not even going to check out this location. There's an obvious problem when there are this many members in a consistent span of time having negative experiences. One member reported an associate making them feel unsafe and was never reached out to? The front desk staff can't be bothered to greet members? Non-stop plumbing issues –this one I can give a pass on, because that's on the leasing management/agency of the building, but there are serious issues here and it's clear that the franchisee or management of this location needs to be reconsidered.

The 36th and Q location had extremely POOR management. I believe her name is Anna, while there I have heard her down talking other employees to the people on duty. On one visit another lady came in starting issues with the young lady on duty and before leaving she loudly stated she was looking for the manager Anna because Anna is sleeping with this woman's boyfriend. While the girl on duty did call the manager nothing was done to help the girl on duty. The Manger did not give permission to call the police nor did she come down to make sure things were OK. I have also been in on a over night and the person working was sleeping in the lounge.

Love going there to relieve stress and slow down the aging process. There's plenty of equipment to get a great workout and vary your workouts as well. Can't beat the friendliness of the staff, especially the management. I'll probably keep my membership there till I croak.( 65 years old, going on 35)! Can't beat the price and love the way they keep it so clean and maintain the equipment. Think management deserves a raise!

I’ve gone a few times to this location and those few times have lead me to believe that the workers don’t care about sanitizing the machines or enforcing people to do so. I watched numerous amounts of people get off machines and walk away without coming back to wipe them down. Within 2 hours of being there and doing my routine, no workers were going around to clean, when I walked in nobody was at the desk when I checked in. I’ll definitely be taking my workouts to a more sanitary planet fitness.

Great environment, only problem is restrooms and showers smell amazing but what is it any good when they are not properly clean, toilets don't look Like they get even touched that goes the same with the shower due to me almost slipping the first time and the other times we'll I just give it a good old rinse and wipe out before hopping in, this should not be my job and obviously employees are not doing it so looks like planet fitness should hire a professional to do it the right way. And no the slippery shower floor is not build up from soap it is the cleaning chemical with my curiosity I needed to find out.

New location is crowded. For every bad review, the management will create a new google account to post a 5 start review.

This place is a scam. They won’t train their staff to cancel gym membership so you keep constantly having to come back or call ahead. But every time you call there no one on staff that can do it. I’ve been trying to cancel my gym membership for over a month. But I guess the only way to do it. Is report it as fraud with your bank.

If you’re serious about being consistent at the gym and about your physical health I’d avoid this gym. Every two months they have plumbing issues and are closed for a week and a half. Their drinking fountain never works, so if you forget to fill up on water before getting to the gym you have to pay for their overpriced water that they are never have in stock. Avoid this gym. The current night time staff guy keeps this place clean consistently. We’ll see how long he lasts. Their wifi also sucks. The equipment is good.

I just got started back to working out after a year of illness and death. Really, I don't want to comment at this time. But the location is good and the CLEANINISS(sp) IS FANTASTIC!

The place isnt bad but this is the first planet fitness that I been to where the staff are not friendly at all. No “hello” or “goodbye”. Idk maybe I got spoiled at the other PF, and I travel nationally a lot so I frequent different locations. Also. The patrons just don't care about others. They will carry weights with them throughout their workout so no one else can use them, they will stand in front of the weights, just chilling, not working out so you have to always ask them to move so you can get around them, they will put their belongings on machines they aren't using so you cant use. Just no consideration for the other person working out. This usually happens around 7-8am. I just switched to working out in the afternoons to avoid the issue.

Many times there is nothing in the spray bottle to clean the machines ,Which is uncalled for!!!!!

I enjoy this facility. The staff are friendly and there is a diversity of people at this facility so you don’t have to feel like you have to be perfect to come work out. Everyone is welcome. The only thing I don’t like about planet fitness is the fact that they charge a $52 annual maintenance fee on top of the monthly $10 fee for the classic membership. That reason alone is why this review has 4 stars rather than 5. Nothing against this particular facility just planet fitness as a whole.

Worst place due to staff! Why hire those who do not like providing customer service. Supposedly there is no manager that comes in only an assistant manager what is even that!? Why title someone an assistant manager if they can’t at least try to come up with a solution to your problem. I have been charged twice and do not even own a membership. Blue moon fitness has somewhat of a better customer service than this place. Don’t even try to call this place they never answer! Corporate was way helpful!

I have been a member since may, I am in a wheelchair and I had a big fear of going back to the gym because of my self conscious issues. Brady has been super helpful at accommodating with what I need and making me feel welcome. I met Rianna as well. She is a go getter when it comes to fitness. She is amazing, she has helped me with many of my workout routines even with being in a wheelchair. This girl is on fire, she should be a trainer hands down!! With this being said, it is employees like this that make Planet Fitness a great environment to workout at. Thanks again guys!

Good location right off 36th and L. This facility is newer and better organized than their old one down the street. It wasn’t too busy, but I went on a late Saturday afternoon so it will be interesting to see if it’s more crowded on weekdays.

Verbal notification at the of the fee up front, and a notification via e-mail, or by regular mail would have been courteous. Maybe you should look into that, it might stop all the wasted time of your employees explaining the mysterious fee occurring every june 1st.

This location has all the machines and amenities. The staff are friendly and attentive. The space is kept very clean, even with all this snow and dirt, the employees are cleaning more often so we can have a great experience.

I've been a member. My home location is in Council Bluffs but my family lives close to this location. My first visit after it relocated. I like the new facilities. The staff is friendly, inviting, helpful and accommodating to me and my guest. I really appreciate the attentiveness. Other members were friendly as well. I'm obese and there were other members who gave me encouragement. Minor issue for me is the automated purified water dispenser was out of order but that's temporary just a minor inconvenience but I brought a bottle of water with me. Again just a minor inconvenience until it's available again just make sure to bring your own water in case you're used to filling your water there.

Best gym. Period. I've been a member at other Omaha gyms. None of them are better maintained, cleaner, or managed better. And they're all more expensive than Planet Fitness. I would not go anywhere else.

Very clean, well place equipment. I was very impressed with the amount of different equipment there is. The locker rooms were also in prestine condition.

Gym is always clean. But please get more weight machines it would be so much better.

It is becoming harder to workout because equipment is missing parts or just don't work. And since when have we allowed members to sing at the top of their voice while working out. I'm about ready to go back to the Bellevue location.

The new facility is really nice. It's always clean and when equipment breaks, it gets fixed quickly. My only complaint is that it can get a little over busy, but I also love that more people are using the new building and equipment.

Cable crossovers are spaced to far apart to use correctly. Everything is very cramped. Lack og attachments for cable machines. Dumbell area is to small.

I love working out here. It is amazing and I don't feel judged .

Every time me and my girlfriend go in there to tan it's the tanning boots are always filthy this is becoming reoccurring event I got to drive all the way to Bellevue just a tan and a clean and a boot

It's a great place to work out. The staff is very knowledgeable and nice. We enjoy our workouts now it's a peaceful place 36th and L is our favorite.

As far as a gym goes they're great. I like the don't show off or be judgemental message they promote. There's always cleaning supplies and stay available. Plenty of equipment for whatever workout you're into. The only down side is they are impossible to cancel. They'll pull every trick they can to keep your monthly payment. So be cautious! This is the only reason they aren't 5 stars.

The manager on n90th street is very unprofessional and just a rude individual, and the company stands behind that type of behavior, I was terminated for being out of work for a long stretch with Covid the flew months and pneumonia, years of service washed, due to respiratory issues, and a doctors note on file for every absence, thanks PF, that took class!

Most people spend more time on their phones sitting on the equipment, very unconsidered. I never get to complete a full workout routine at this place.

Pretty good gym for the price of $10 dollars a month for a normal membership, People here are friendly and sometimes member will help each other. If you looking to get in shape this place would be great! If your looking for more than just getting in shape you should go somewhere else instead of writing a bad review.

Planet Fitness is an absolutely perfect place to work out. The club is so clean and organized and that's really important especially at a time like this. The staff is friendly, attentive and welcoming. If I could give higher than 5 stars I would! Kudos!!!!!

The #1 I loved was the teen summer challenge they had throughout the summer. I went almost every day, and it helped me as an athlete. I hope they do this again this summer
