Had my dog Charlie groomed today and the main lady incharge there did an awsome job!

We love this store! The camp and the grooming salon and all the people we encounter throughout the store are very friendly and helpful! My dog gets so excited when she sees the store!!! She gets more excited upon seeing the staff throughout the building! They work really hard - are so professionally accommodating and honestly love the pets! It’s a great place!!! (Been using PS for over a decade!!!)

Everyone is so helpful! I do wish their hamsters had more substrate for burrowing, but then people probably wouldn't be able to see them as they'd be in their nest. Great products and my favorite store to buy food, treats, and supplies!

I used to shop here all the time for my fussy cat. I lost him a few years ago but am now pet sitting for another fussy cat. Great variety like no other store.

I can't say enough good things about this clinic. I recently move here from out of state and was unfamiliar with Omaha, traveling from Lincoln. I was running late (20min) and they were so kind to still see my baby girl and take their time with her. Her blood work had elevated kidney values and then ran more tests. Thankful to report all is good. They also educated me on diseases in this region to prevent which I was unfamiliar with, being from a very dry state. Receptionist, vet tech and veterinarian were amazing! Worth the 1 hour drive 100%.

We visited this location after a very bad experience at a competitor (Petco). My daughter and I were looking for ghost shrimp. The tanks were clean and clear. They had ghost shrimp in stock and the employee that helped us was super friendly and accommodating. I did not catch his name but I wish I had because he deserves a kudos 👏 ✨️

I’ve been taking my GSD here since he was a puppy. I don’t usually leave reviews but Ash deserves it. Today was the first time Ash groom him and she did an amazing job. I was very happy with the results he smell and look clean and she was very sweet. Definitely will be booking with her again. 5 stars for Ash.

Even though we didn’t find what we really needed the employee was super nice let us check the gender of the scorpion with no questions really nice about everything amazing attitude towards us and the cashier even gave us a nice little story.

Good selection, helpful staff. Multiple options for an in-flight carrying bag which surprised me. Clean, well light shop.

Love it! Another place we were able to take our Germans in with us. They sure did enjoy getting out to meet new people, Well Kane did at least, Bella not so friendly as he was.... But now, I miss the heck outta them both!

Recently moved to Nebraska and took my two huskies to this store for grooming. Cassie G and Ash S did an amazing job grooming my fur babies. Staff are all so friendly during check in and check out as well. I Definitely recommend!

I have used the grooming salon at PetSmart for many years! I have never had a bad experience. The staff are warm and friendly with people and dogs. They take their time, the atmosphere is calm and nurturing.

Petsmart is our go to pet store! I love their treat program. I've saved hundreds of dollars with their treat program. They also price match as long as you show then proof the same product is available somewhere else for a lower price!

My dog was viciously attacked by a pit bull and we rushed Taz to Banfield Pet Hospital.... The receptionist was the best! Thorough, sympathetic, knowledgeable, kind.... Every staff member was remarkably wonderful. My dog, was treated for puncture wounds on his back and stomach and we got to bring him home. He's doing great! Banfield is excellent!!!

Holy cow, what a great PetSmart! It was really amazing in there, but what really earned the 5 stars was the employees! I only remembered one of their names but I am pretty sure his name was Tom or Thomas.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable empliyees. Had what I was looking for and a few extra things I ended up buying for my dog. Found some deals with their clearance bins. My dog loves going here for all the extra attention.

The whole place is fantastic! They always have everything my pet needs, the salon is so caring and lovely when grooming, (taking the time to love on not so loveable guys like mine, hehe), and Banfield pet hospital is right inside and carries pet health plans that match the love they share with your pets! I wouldn't trust my fur babies to anyone else!

Jasmine in the grooming department needs to be FIRED. We scheduled an appointment for Tuesday @ 6. They called on Monday and said we needed to move it but didn’t tell us why. We rescheduled for 5 on Tuesday. Later on Monday Jasmine left me a terrible voicemail saying she “doesn’t have time for rude customers who don’t show up to their appointments” and went on to about how she was behind on her appointments for the day, blaming us the entire time. We are assuming that someone accidentally rescheduled the appointment for Monday at 5 instead of Tuesday at 5, but there was no need for what Jasmine did. We have proof of original appointment and would love an explanation of why we were treated so poorly today.

The cashier and manager were amazingly helpful. I’m getting a small breed puppy next week and needed some help getting the proper sized items. I’ve only ever had large breed dogs. The manager helped me get the crate, food and harness. He gave me tips for helping our new pup with the crate training and how to help keep him occupied. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend this store!!

I highly recommend PetSmart. We just adopted a rescue dog and needed to purchase the necessary items to raise the new addition to our family. The associates at PetSmart were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and polite. As soon as we entered the store we were greeted with a friendly smile. Next, we were helped by a very knowledgeable associate who guided us through the store and to the items we needed. At checkout, the clerk explained the benefits of shopping at PetSmart for which we are very grateful.

They have what you are looking for in stock and priced at bix store prices. It's all I ask and the cahiers are friendly hard to beat.

It took me switching to this location for someone to finally tell me that the furminator would do nothing for my Bernadoodle. How am I supposed to know unless you tell me? The website isn’t clear about it and in my head I’d take whatever could help. I was taking him to the one on maple and they NEVER told me. I’ve been paying extra for my dogs haircut for 2 years at that location. I’m grateful someone here at oak view petsmart decided to educated themselves and me!

We just got some new buddies 3 different species of hamsters they are so amazing. The awesome employee that was patient with us as we picked out our new Hamster buddies they are so entertaining and we love them so much. Thank you... Meet Phoenix, Sugar, and Cinnamon

Staff is very kind and gentle.And I love the little report cards they send home with you. I take my cat here and she doesn't seem to mind. I do the catnip treats every other day.

Although they did not carry the product I wanted the staff was very helpful in recommending a suitable substitute.

I bought a kitten from this location but was not informed of health issues she had prior to the purchase. She had a very prominent heart murmur that no one told me about. Either they knew, and didn’t tell me or they didn’t know because they didn’t examine her. She ended up passing away at 2.5 years due to heart failure. This place will never have any kind of business from me again.

Customer service lacking. We had an 1130 appt for a puppy bath, was informed when we go there the groomer had not shown up to work yet. Groomer was supposed to be in at 930, at that point it would seem like she wasn't going to be there for the day. I would have appreciated a call stating that we needed to reschedule, but instead my wife and I both wasted our lunch hour for nothing. When the manager came to talk to the other groomer about the situation she didn't even acknowledge we were there, stated "I don't know what's going on I just got here" and never returned. The groomer that was working was super apologetic and wanted to help as much as she could but her hands were tied while grooming another dog. Lost my business

If I could give them less than one start I would mostly do for Oak view location because the manager’s (Devani) customer service was rude, full of discourtesy, impoliteness. She clearly said to our faces she didn’t know anything about birds and after she is saying she wouldn’t recommend this and that when their pamphlets about birds is saying otherwise. Then she said she wouldn’t sell us the bird and was trying to prove her point which we didn’t ask. We just wanted to buy a bird nothing more.

I always get me dog/cat food here and I love the conversations at checkout! Lots of pet lovers and the best part is seeing the good little puppies going shopping with their parents

Employees do the absolute bare minimum to keep all of their animals alive. They don't do the absolute minimum for the fish though. Dead and dying fish are plentiful. It's disgusting and cruel.

They have what other stores dont like backpacks that go on the dog, not the human. If youre not sure how certain products work like different types of choke chains, knowledgeable staff can help out. Im not sure but have heard pit bulls/pit mixes are not allowed to participate in training classes

This review only applies to the Oakview location. Petsmart customer service has always been terrible but now their overpriced products are just as terrible. I got 2 beds for my dogs for Christmas and just got round to tossing the old ones and putting down the new. I didn't keep the receipt. My one dog (a border collie) went to lay down on it and it split! The top cover just split to expose the stuffing in it. So I thought maybe that was just a dud so he went to lay on the other and it also split. All he did was stand on it and turned a couple times to get comfy. So I went to return them and they refused. They still had the tags on! Poor products and poor customer service. Avoid this location at all costs. This is the 2nd time I've had a problem returning a brand new product to them. I'll be taking my business elsewhere, there are many other options these days.

I took my puppy to be groomed and got her back they scalped her. I have a mini Goldendoodle and they are curly and fluffy when blowed out. I WILL NEVER USE PETSMART EVER!! Evidently someone was not paying attention and the girl that was grooming my puppy was not there to accept her @ 7am nor when I went to pick her up before 11 am. Some of the staff is very unprofessional and needs to be retrained. Terrible experience, my puppy cried all the way home. They don't know how to do the teddy bear look either!

Grooming visit for our English Springer Spaniel. They always do an excellent job.

Nice staff. But my dogs cut was uneven. The belly was completely shaved and the body was long?

I’ve been bringing my pomsky here regularly for grooming. Their service has always been above and beyond and with so much care. They complete everything I ask for and more.

Not overly stocked... Prices are higher than most places we can get pellets for the guinea pigs LOL but we did get guinea pig pictures for Valentine's Day so you know..😂 and rabbit pictures 😂😂😁

I would love to give this PetSmart a higher rating because we adopted our beloved kitty seven years ago from this location. She is the joy of our lives! Called this store yesterday to inquire if they had kitty's food in stock. Was told they don't usually check inventory, but will this one time!!!! This, with the supply chain issue going on in our country. And to find out they didn't even have in stock and would have been a wasted trip. Love the store, but customer service is poor to say the least.
