Will
never
return
to
PetSmart
Grooming
for
my
dog.
My
dog
has
been
regularly
going
to
this
stores
grooming
department
since
late
2018/early
2019.
She
had
great
groomers
who
were
thorough
with
her
in
making
sure
she
was
properly
groomed.
That
is,
until
they
were
no
longer
working
at
this
store…
So,
you
guys
get
new
groomers.
Which
is
understandable.
Here’s
why
I
won’t
come
back:
Seeing
as
my
dog
is
a
regular,
I
have
an
account
for
us
via
PetSmart,
and
all
her
information
is
in
your
computers….I’m
trying
to
wrap
my
head
around
how
it
is
that
my
dogs
dewclaws
weren’t
cut!?
Sadly,
I
only
just
noticed
this
in
the
past
week.
And
the
groomers
who
aren’t
there
anymore,
always
cut
her
dewclaws.
So,
basically
each
time
my
dog
has
come
into
your
store
over
this
last
year
she’s
never
had
her
dewclaws
cut.
Now,
I
have
to
figure
out
how
to
afford
a
vet
visit
PLUS
surgery
(more
than
likely)
to
remove
the
dewclaw
because
the
nail
has
curled
so
much
we
can’t
even
cut
it!
It’s
my
fault
for
not
catching
it
sooner.
But
it
should
never
have
happened.
Your
employees
should
have
been
doing
their
due
diligence
in
making
sure
they
groomed
an
animal
thoroughly.
