Jon is very talented and one of Lilo's favs! Lilo always comes home smelling lovely, nails done, beautiful coat, clean ears. She actually loves getting a bath at Pet Smart!

I had a great experience buying fish tanks. My wife had purchased one tank in another story & wanted to get to another at another store for the same price. The other store matched the price and we’re very professional about it. They take care of their two legged and their four-legged customers very well.

I’m happy they have tanks on sale for 50% off plus they had a whole lot of fish tank decorations

Lieliana is an amazing groomer! She makes it so easy dropping off our girl! And when I go here for non grooming needs, its always clean & the friendliest staff!

They always ask how our pets are doing. As being fur parents it’s refreshing to see people remember you and your babies, people are always easy to locate and help you find items. I always love seeing the animals available for adoption!

Had a good experience in store. However cashier had a body odor. Please address this issue it was bad.

This pet smart is ussually fine. But today we had a problem getting a plecostomus. The girl that was supposed to help us. Wouldn't get us the fish we wanted. And literally tried to get us a different fish. And then wouldn't sell us the one we wanted. It has to be record for the smallest amount of power that's gone to somebody's head. Won't be coming back here.

Pet Smart is a great place to shop for animal needs and "wants". The staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Bought our snake Mochi from here and the staff made sure that we had everything that we needed for her. They were very helpful. She is wonderful!

My four legged family members love going in to pick out her own toy and treat! She walks in like she owns the store because she feels that welcome here! Keep up the good work Pet Smart!

Love most of the options especially toy selection, only except for carrying recalled federal investigated brand like blue buffalo and Rachel Ray known to cause permanent harm to dogs and not displaying any warnings for these known brands so others make a more informed decision

There were puppies. I couldn't take one bc my husband would be, not happy with that (we are a cat house) but overall life is better with puppies

My groomer Brianna does a great job on my dog Jack. I just love her, and Jack does too! He is very picky, but she always gets him cut perfect. I hope she never leaves. I can't wait to start taking my new dog Ollie to her. Thank you Brianna. You get 5 thumbs up and 5 stars from Jack and me.

It has the important pet supplies but not a wide variety or selection. It's also a little dark and depressing in the store. They may want to consider increasing the lighting or vibe. The environment felt unwelcoming.

I was so disappointed I wanted to get fish and most of their fish. If not, all of them had ick and several of them were dead just Decaying in the tank I don't know why they are allowed to sell them to unexpecteding people to spread the ick to their fish which is a deadly disease and hrad to treat

I was extremely disappointed with the condition of the aquariums during my most recent visit to this location. There was a fair amount of algae build up on many of the tanks and more than half a dozen of the small "feeder" goldfish had died. I made a point of pointing this out to an employee but he didn't really seem to care. I don't know much about the possible hazards of using sickly feeder fish but I am knowledgeable about the proper care of fish and the employees at this location don't seem to be performing even the most basic of maintenance procedures. It's quite a sad sight to see considering how stressed and often overcrowded the fish at these big box stores already are. There were several shelved aquarium plants that had died and others that did not look well. I'm sorry to have to say this but the work ethic of the employees at this store must be non-existent. Other PetSmart stores I've visited have very clean tanks, healthier looking fish and not one dead plant sitting on the shelf. I don't think this location gets quite as much business as others but that leaves little excuse for lack of upkeep.

They have it ALL!! if your pet needs it they have it! The staff here is fabulous and the dog training classes are awesome friendliest stuff anywhere in town!

Will never return to PetSmart Grooming for my dog. My dog has been regularly going to this stores grooming department since late 2018/early 2019. She had great groomers who were thorough with her in making sure she was properly groomed. That is, until they were no longer working at this store… So, you guys get new groomers. Which is understandable. Here’s why I won’t come back: Seeing as my dog is a regular, I have an account for us via PetSmart, and all her information is in your computers….I’m trying to wrap my head around how it is that my dogs dewclaws weren’t cut!? Sadly, I only just noticed this in the past week. And the groomers who aren’t there anymore, always cut her dewclaws. So, basically each time my dog has come into your store over this last year she’s never had her dewclaws cut. Now, I have to figure out how to afford a vet visit PLUS surgery (more than likely) to remove the dewclaw because the nail has curled so much we can’t even cut it! It’s my fault for not catching it sooner. But it should never have happened. Your employees should have been doing their due diligence in making sure they groomed an animal thoroughly.

They have an ad that says they will spay my cat for twenty something dollars. But I called them the first one said they don't even do that at that location. So I called another one and they told me it would be something like almost 300$.

The employees were so helpful. The kids picked out some goldfish and had a blast.

This place would not let me buy 1 gold fish for my daughter because they required me to have a 29 gallon tank or bigger. I've had fish numerous times and a 10 is just fine. 2 employees harassed me to the point that I ended up walking out and my daughter is still crying because of it. I will only be going to PETSMART for now on.

Great selection available for pet accessories. There is a fun sprinkler option for your dogs to run through. My grandchildren enjoyed looking at the live birds.

I love shopping here. It's so close to home and they always seem to have what I'm looking for. The staff is very friendly as well.

The staff are always kind and pleasant to deal with when I go in. They are the only ones that always have a good stock of pet food. Their shelves are rarely empty and are always restocked promptly

Want to give you a hint next time you want to adopt cats or kittens.Say that you don't have cats at home, because if you do they make you wait days for some protocol on the application. Or just say no, you can walk with one on the same day. Ofcourse with cash or check.

This is the first time I’ve had an associate be rude to me in a PetSmart while training my dog at a non-peak time. We were not making a mess or any disturbance. What happened to the unleashed customer service experience? It’s dead at this store. Bridget is a detriment to this store and we will not be back here while this person works here because she is a blemish on the company in every way. She went out of her way tonight and last night to create drama where there shouldn’t have been any.

I have a cat I went for a toy and a cute outfit I couldn't find any clothes for him but saw plenty for dogs hmmm why?

I was able to get in and out fairly quickly. The register was malfunctioning and the cashier quickly decided to move to another, which I thought was great!

I had a difficult time finding an employee to assist me, however, when i did he was very helpful. The checkout process was quick and I am happy with my purchases.
