    I come here frequently shopping for our 2 dogs. This pet store is top notch and everything you could think of is here. There is so much variety to choose from is one of its biggest strengths. Every time I come here I have to browse all the live tanks. Today they had ferrets. I was hooked and wanted to bring them all home with me. The fish tanks are always joy to watch as well. I finally had to force myself to leave before I bought everything. The staff was friendly and helpful. The store was clean and well maintained. The isles were clutter free and easy to walk through.

    We took our dog to see the vet here. He was very helpful, friendly and very affordable. We found some cute Halloween toys in the store for our pups and picked up their supplements. The cashier was friendly as well.

    This place constantly has inaccurate prices and over charges for items. Shouldn't have to constantly check my receipt on the way out to make sure you honor the price on the shelf. These were on the shelf for 22.99 yet I was charged 24.99 Completely defeats the purpose of vital care rewards when it's marked up One of many items I've been overcharged for. This isn't about you being competitively priced... it's about you charging more at the register than what the tags say on the shelves. Scam like

    Absolutely love this location. Staff does an outstanding job composing the genuine customer service. Customer satisfaction, and thorough in detail when bringing a new pet home to join the family. Always willing to help and go above and beyond to satisfy the needs of each and every customer. Very cleanly including the restrooms! Overall I would highly recommend this location for a multitude of things. Above all I enjoy shopping at this location being treated as a friend in a very professional manner. Thank you Petco team for all of your hard work!

    Very sick collection of fish but that’s expected for a petco. I picked up Finley about 2 weeks ago and he is showing no signs of sickness. He is a Black Orchid male costing around $23 which seems a little absurd for a fish in a cup that is not well cared for. As for service, the cashier did not talk to me when I checked out and made me feel very uncomfortable. Overall, I think petco should work on their improvement of animal treatment even if it’s short term.

    The prices on the shelf do not match the prices at the check out. Reading other reviews from this particular store, this is a common problem that still has not been fixed. Staff go with the price the item rings up, not the shelf price. In my case, this was a $6 difference.

    Went to this place to get dog lab work done. We just moved to omaha. Had old vet tranfer records. They would never give us refills we were supose to come back for office visits every month in order to get ate older dogs pain meds. We finally took our dog back to hos old vet to have access to his meds. They turned us into the court system. A ticket came in the mail. We already had taken him to the other vet. This place is unbelievable. Dont take any animals to there clinic. There going to try and call cops and make false reports on you. BEWARE IF U LOVE YOU ANIMALS DONT 5AKE THEM TO THE BET CLINIC HERE!!!

    Bought a new bag from here for my dog. He ate one cup and got sick. I took him to the vet and the vet believed he got sick from the food they provided. She said there could be mites in it from the storage. She said to buy a new bag from a different company and have him eat the bag. If he ate the bag then she knew it was their food. He ate the bag so I brought it to their attention. The lady at the register went in the back to the manager. The manager said there’s nothing they can do unless it was 30 days or less. 30 days or less? Are you going to resell the food? It shouldn’t have a 30 days or less. It very well could have been under 30 days I just did not know. It was around it. I listened to my vet. The lady at the register then said they could take it back if it was 75% full. I told her one cup was taken. She then went back and said they can’t help me after my answer. Management and staff don’t care about your pets

    We’ve now had two horrible experiences with Michala (sp?) in the fish area. The first trip we walked out disappointed in her customer service skills, but willing to take her advice on the best way to take care of a few fresh water fish & an aquatic frog. Fast forward a month later & after doing our research…she literally refused service to us because she thought we would be providing “an abusive environment”. I laughed. I’ve raised 3 kids, have a dog and 2 cats. We’ve also had fish that lived for years, although that was awhile ago. I just wanted to buy a couple $2 fish for my kids aged 5 & 7. We ended up asking for a manager, who was much friendlier & more willing to help us out. I’m glad she is passionate about her job, but she needs to learn better customer service skills.

    Truly saddened by the lack of care shown to their customers. My wife had called in to understand the return policy. She spoke with Chad, who instead of trying to help her or get her to someone who might be able to assist better, just flat out hung up on her. I followed up with the General Manager, David, who showed little to no care either in regards to how my wife was treated. He acted like I was annoying him or just truly didn’t care that his employees treat the customers poorly. I would do business and buy your pet supplies elsewhere if I were you. Lack of respect towards customers doesn’t deserve business.

    Very helpful staff. I needed something seemed to be out of stock the employee didn't think they had any but checked the back and found one out of packaging, absolute life saver.

    I came in closer to closing time then I meant to. Everyone was awesome chased me down some fish and 3 frogs. Very patient. Only problem I had, I bought a decoration for the bottom of the fish tank that said it was on sale for $17 and I got charged full price of $38. So that was kinda lame. But the people were awesome!

    Super impressed. I have a less common phone. They were able to get the part in within a few days. I dropped my phone off for a few hours and they got it installed for me. The cost was much lower than I expected and there was no hassle at all. I highly recommend this place.

    Ashley did a great job grooming our Aussiedoodle. It was her first time getting a professional groom and I was nervous. I’m sure she was a handful since she’s a puppy even though I’ve been warming her up to the clippers and nail cutting. Really grateful she was taken such good care of. I showed Ashley a photo of what I wanted and asked her to leave the ears and tail and she did exactly that. She looks so cute and smells good! She was ready after 3 and a half hours within the time frame of what was promised. We’re just thrilled with how her cut turned out! We will be back! Thank you Ashley 💕.

    I'm very fed up with my local Petco.....Im disabled with MS. I can't drive, I have walked to Petco both Monday and Tuesday and they still do not have my guineas num nums...since I ALWAYS have to use delivery I'm switching to Chewy....my girls are very picky and once again out of their food....this unfortunately is not the only time you are out

    Product not arranged on shelves in an organized manner. Multiple Pallets of products in the aisles making getting around the store inconvenient, especially for someone with mobility issues and posing a possible safety issue,

    In a prior appointment I was talked into prepaying for a fecal container and test without being informed there was a 30 day expiration date on the purchase. When I attempted to bring the fecal in for this appointment they would not honor the test I had paid for.

    I was in there today with the children I babysit. All 3 of us were shocked with what we saw when in line to check out. A groomer was being incredibly aggressive with the dog she was grooming. If the dog looked away, she would immediately yank its beard hair or ear extremely hard to get his head back where she wanted. We even heard the dog yelp! The lady was clearly annoyed and seemed mad. If this was my dog, I would want to know so I could never take him there again! Shame on her, poor doggie 😞

    Was at this location earlier todah and there was no toilet paper, no paper towels, and literal feces splattered on the walls. Staff were rude and abrasive. Clearly not interested in helping guests. Would lovw to see them pass any sort of inspection.

    I was in Michael’s today on 120th and L st. While in the restroom I ran into one of the employees from the Petco next door, I mentioned that I’m sure it was nice to be done for the day in which she replied “I’m just here to use the restroom” I asked if there’s was broken and she replied “no it’s just disgusting” I needed to see this for myself, well she was not exaggerating, it was disgusting and very disappointing, you have enough staff standing around chatting that you absolutely could have someone in there to pick up and clean it!!!! It literally had feces on a toilet seat and some on a wall!!! Come on Petco! If you want my business and the “many” other people that I will share this with and then the “MANY” other people that they will share this with, and on and on, you really need to clean up your act!! Every pun intended! I’m sooooo disappointed!! Fix this now! You are better than this. Disgusted and disappointed customer.

    Rude staff!!! Will not be going there again. Evidently we as customers are bothering them when needing to check out. And they charge for bags, which I don’t have a problem with, but when you ask for one and are willing to pay for it AND they still won’t get you one, that is unacceptable.

    I came into the store for cat food. I couldn't find the kind I was looking for (meow mix) so I went up to an employee to ask if they had some. The employee was pretty much judging me for my food choice for my pet. She was smirking while she said "that's something you'll have to get at Walmart or something." If I could rate 0 stars I would. Petco is the worst for pet food. Kibble should not cost $11+ for a smaller bag. What an absolute joke. The place looks like a mess inside too.

    This is my favorite Petco! Our 3 dogs get groomed here and they usually always have our dog food and treats in stock. I love the Vital Care program and it’s saved me literally hundreds of dollars! The only downfall is trying to call and get ahold of someone in the Grooming Department. I know they are typically pretty busy but they almost never answer the phone. Today I called 7 separate times and each time no one ever answered. I wish they would set their grooming phone to ring up front if it’s not answered. Other than that, the staff is amazing and they truly adore my 3 dogs!

    Visited 10/16. The lady that was cleaning the reptiles pitched a fit when our 4 year old put his hands on the glass looking at the reptiles. We did buy a tank there for their 50% off sale but went to another pet store to buy the reptile since she was so rude. Front of store checkout guy was great so he gets 5 stars.

    Other than working here as a trainer, it is a friendly and welcoming environment! Every Department is amazing from the staff to grooming and the Veterinarians!

    I only rate this as one star because I am required to Their whole process is flawed. Took our Old English Sheepdog to be bathed and groomed. The first time the cust his bangs. A big NO NO on an OSE. It's not good for their eyes. Today we told them not to. They didn't thank God. My concern with to day was as follows. 1. There was no interaction with the groomer. His paper work is on the desk take it to checkout. Up on looking at the bill there were items for additional brushing and a number of charges for dematting. Prior to paying I asked to speak to a Manager. My sole contention was that there was no process in place to tell us that there would be additional charges prior to them performing the work. If you take a car for repairs they give you an estimate. If there run into aomething additional the call you inform you and ask for permission to continue. 2. The manager brings over the groomer and she uses the line he was severely matted. We are professional groomers. Yes. That's true. But you didn't warn me up front. I told them I wouldn't be bringing him F'in back. The groomer said fine and I confirmed. 3. The gender confused young man behind the counter said "She's a lady don't talk to her like that". I responded with something like shut up you little gay boy. 4. The both told me to get out of the store. I complyed immediately. The little boy said he was going to file a police report. For what I don't know. That I wasn't happy with their process or customer service. Like all mellenials he took his phone and insisted to get a picture of me for his police report. I'm sure they have cameras throughout the store. 5. I left without being allowed to pay. They brought out the dog and I left. 6. My wife tried to call to pay over the phone but they are not able to take payment over the phone. This is 2022! What large box store cannot take payment over the phone. My wife has to make another trip and make a payment in person. Our dog is now banned from there establishment. Thank God... I wouldn't take him there again anyway. Companies need to learn not to allow 19 and 20 year olds to run their businesses. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE IN AMERICA ANYMORE

    Petco Grooming is great because they accepted our dog being a little hesitant the first time. Unfortunately, the PetSmart we tried first was not as welcoming. Very friendly faces of staff.

    I always love looking at the little rodents and reptiles here. Free zoo. I spent a nice amount buying some things for my sweet fur babies, but worth every penny.

    They are bad a proper care level for some of there bearded dragons. They had the humidity at 80-90% when they are supposed to be between 30-40 percent and the bearded dragons had stress marks. They also had a long tailed grass lizard where the humidity is supposed to be between 80-90% and it was at 60% other than that the service is ok. A little higher prises than other stores tho

    It’s 6:24pm on Friday 12/29/23 and I don’t know who the manager is but out of the 3 gentleman you have working here 2 of them completely u professional. We went in to the aquatic section at your store asked a gentleman to help us. First thing he said it’s not my department and I will call someone. The person he was trying to page goes by the name of Chad. After waiting about 15 minutes we asked another gentleman since my wife noticed Chad was busy with another customer. This gentleman was just standing around. When my wife approached him for help. He stated “ that is Chad department!” My wife then informed him Chad is a little busy. He rudely said to my wife you are going to have to wait. What kind of customer service is that he clearly seen us waiting and not once asked if we needed help. This place is very unprofessional. You just don’t say that to paying customers. I been a member of petco for a very long time and have never experienced any type of unprofessional employee at any store time I came into this store! This is very disappointing!!
