Nice hotel, really love the place but I think the services rendered are way much expensive than what they offer. They need a little bit of balancing, most especially in guest welfarism.

Cool and cozy environment, convenient and comfortable. The receptionist was really nice and hospitable. The only thing that I notice was, the outflow of water in the bathroom, please fix it, it wasn't going through properly. Thanks Labim, had a great time.

Stayed here for 2 nights on my first visit to Ondo state and I'm glad I did. It was reasonably priced which was great because my room was biiiiig. Water heater worked fine. Water pressure was fantastic. They even left a metal pail and bailer in the bathroom. Staff were super courteous and unpretentious. Pack a towel when you're traveling here. I didn't get one but I didn't need it anyways. Only food I tried was yam and egg sauce for breakfast which cost only N1,800 with a bottle of water. Wasn't bad. Hotel has a pool, outside bar and a screen for cinamat8c experience.

Lovely place, with comfortable interiors. It is also off the major road, easily accessible but there are a few maintenance that needs to be done. A management hitch with the hall. Overall experience for an hotel that size, I'll give it a 3 star edging towards a 4 star for me.

A cozy little place with great staff and an awesome view of the famous Ondo hills. Sited in a relatively easy route, and easy to locate by out of towners. The rooms were quite spacious with enough legroom, bathrooms had great facilities also. Warm and friendly staff who always smiled and offered help. All in all, a great to find rest and relaxation.

This hotel is okay and all but the owner needs to work on the staff. One guy was knocking on our doors, telling us his dream career is fashion but we should help him out thus begging for money. The tap in my room was bad. The receptionist had to leave a spanner in my room to handle it by myself. I was asking for towel each day before they gave me. Then, someone stole the money I counted several times and on different days. Took 20 pieces out of the 80 pieces mint I kept for an event. I was really hurt. It's not a safe place to lodge at all. I gave the one star because I don't have an option for 0 or no star.

The environment is very serene and private for lovers, couples and families There is adequate parking space and the environment is safe
