Akiavic Blue Roof Hotel is a good hotel with a variety of rooms to suit different categories of customers. It also has a good outdoor bar with a variety of drinks and food to make your relaxation beautiful. The services are good and the prices reasonable. There is a medium sized event hall opposite it, on the other side of the road, for social events. The environment is clean and conducive to relaxation. It is also easily accessible since it is beside a major road. It is good for family outings and couples' hangout

Have a good location and their services are okay.. rooms are cool. It a place to be.

My worse hotel experience. Price: 10,000 naira and that was the only available room that night. The room i was in was terrible. Was stranded and needed to spend the night at 3am in Ondo state (my first time there) got the hotel via google map. Checked in and slept off immediately. Woke up in the morning only to realize that the wall of the room was irritating, the bathroom wall was worse, something growing behind the door, I felt like throwing up. I don’t like give bad reviews because I try to find the best part of everything but the only good thing about the hotel was outside the hotel rooms. Ondo is a great place but this hotel was a misrepresentation of the people I met and the town itself.

Despite the reviews I've seen here, from my own personal experience at the hotel, i feel the rooms available are a bit over priced but they welcomed discounting if you staying more than a night. There was 24hrs electricity supply during my stay here, the staffs, especially the receptionist, they listened to complaints and works towards it. Another thing i feel it's overpriced is their food, i feel it does not worth the price but i got to know that food (eating out) are a bit expensive in ondo, i honestly can't tell why it is so. The location is pretty good and outside of the hotel rooms is quite fun and busy.

This place has a great location and lots of potentials. However there's some things that need attention like the walls, the cleaning services. The pricing is relatively good. So don't expect anything exceptional. It has a poolside, a car garage, a very space for bar, some VIP section to the right. There's also catfish grill and related services. Plays loud music at night. It's alive here at night. However, i saw people smoking weed like it were mere cigarettes. It was a rude shock to me. Management needs to check this as it doesn't give good reps for the place.

My experience was terrible, rooms were a nightmare, mould all over, had a stale smell, walls were melting inwards at the bottom. AC wires dangling outside , fridge not working cos there is no socket at the top, just exposed wired. Staffs looked at you like you are bugging them becos I had to go physically to get them cos there was no bin in the room, the intercom didn't work at first and they had to come twice to change the wire, bathroom light bulb was dead, later bathroom light was fixed n then it wouldn't go off.....staffs would knock on your door n not greet, like they are there to do you a favour. Bathroom was the worst. I was Soo irritated, probably hadn't been washed in a while. I had to rinse the floors myself. The bathroom facility was just old and worn. Heater wasn't working. Showers were not working u had to use a bucket and a bowl only God knew if it had been washing this year. Overall I would never be there again. Spent 2 night and that's enough disgust for a lifetime.

Well connected with roadways, Akiavic Hotel is located in a prime area of town. It is an impeccable stay idea which offers a remarkable stay experience to the guests. It also has front desk, laundry and parking facility for guest. The in house restaurant will not let you go anywhere else in search of good food.The rooms are large and airy equipped with all basic facilities.

A conducive place for anyone who wants to enjoy some night life or pool side vibes.

The place is not properly cleaned ,they need to get a cleaning company to clean properly especially the tiles by the walls.

The maintenance is really poor. First there was no light, had to use my phone’s torch in the rest room, then there was a strong cleaning agent smell all over…more like izal, it was so disturbing. The tiles and beddings were dirty, as though they cleaned once a month. The staff right from the gate man were non-chalant, there was no warm welcoming or concern from them. The only thing looked attractive is the big compound and buildings but they really need to do better.

This hotel only has a beautiful outside aesthetic.. Theres no guarantee of regular power supply. There is poor maintenance of the hotel, its quite dirty and the materials used feels outdated.. It also had a strong smell that can easily trigger an asthmatic attack
