The room was lovely and comfortable but there was a banging noise, I thought it was another couple making the noise… it turns out it was the flag outside of the hotel hitting the window all night in the wind. That kept us awake.

Reasonably priced for a lovely room, helpful staff and close to the city center. Stored our bags after check-out and called a taxi for us when time to leave. Excellent stay!

Nice Hotel, perfectly located to explore the city. Thy have a few parking spots in the back, but the gate is extremely narrow. I was told the gate is 213 cm. But all in all a good choice for a city trip.

We booked a family room with a kitchenette for 3 people to spend a week end before moving to Bruxelles for a workshop. Realky wonderful stay. The location is exceptional, short walking distance from the market place and all interesting sites and museums in the city center. The staff at the reception are very kind and welcoming. The rooms are comfortable and extremely clean. Breakfast is included and is very rich. Strongly recommend for families visiting Bruges 👍

The 1st day We arrived. The bathroom sink and toilet wasn't cleaned properly. The toilet had stains. The sink had hair in it still. The Breakfast was nice. The Front desk Staff was Brilliant. The other days the room was done properly.

Recently renovated rooms very comfortable, large bathroom and separate toilet. Large choice for breakfast, lovely food. Bruges streets are cobblestones, so some noise from the road in the front rooms. Short walk to main square, some parking on-site, or nearby or in the street.

What a view Staff helpful, lounge bright and colorful Walking distance of town Square and tourist sights. Loved the tiny streets. Felt safe. Breakfast included 😋 Quiet. Only had trouble with bathtub. Seems tubs are high and hard to get in and out for seniors.

This is the place to stay in Bruges. It's central, clean, and the breakfast is brilliant. The staff are all very friendly and speak good English.

Worse hotel and worse front office staff. the manager is too rude. we had booked a queen bed and paid $188 for that room. However, they didn't have a room so ended up giving us a twin room. when we told them we can't stay here they are like its not our fault. Then they ended up charging me a cancellation fee plus the entire room stay and left us stranded at 11 pm. The manager didn't even acknowledge his mistake. The sister concern property Grand is an excellent alternative where the manager knows how to run the hotel and the service is goods. Its a disgrace on the manager of this hotel. I pity the owner.

Great location close to town center. Parking is available, but extremely narrow gate and with EUR 20.- a night quite expensive. Maybe the parking garage around the corner is an option too.

Slightly off the beaten track, but central enough (or Bruge is small enough) for EVERYTHING to be in walking distance.. Never seemed to be much going on at the bar. We were there at the beginning of October so maybe that accounts for it

It’s a good hotel - clean, tidy and well maintained but the rooms are on the smaller side. The staff were competent but we never felt “taken care of” - despite us having a small 8 month baby The parking charge was another issue - €40 euros for a night / whereas other hotels are c. €20-25

Excellent. Wonderful staff, lovely clean room. Spacious and comfortable. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in at this price point.

Just come back from spending a weekend at hotel Aragon. Great location literally 5 mins away from the Grote market where the bars and restaurants are, reception staff very friendly and helpful, rooms were great and breakfast was very good. Already looking to return next year. Highly recommend this hotel

The Hotel is very clean and nice on both the outside as well as the inside. The personnel is very friendly, and our room was even upgraded from economy to executive. The service was great and they were always reachable even in the middle of the night. The room was cleaned and spotless everyday. Will most definitely be coming back. The location is great and our view from the third floor onto the beautiful city was simply gorgeous.

They upgraded our rooms, it has a very good location as it's close to most of the main areas in the town. Very clean, modern, and good breakfast with good service and staff that wanted to help.

I would like to say a huge thank you to the staff for their professionalism! I managed to get a good night's sleep after a long journey! Thank you for staying so late! And special mention to the breakfasts at this hotel! They are so good that I sat there all morning 😋😊😊

This beautiful hotel is conveniently located near the center of Bruges. But the kindness of the staff is really the icing on the cake. Everyone there was so helpful, friendly, and super professional. The breakfast is very good with eggs, bacon, sausage, pastries and hot coffee/cappucino served upon request. More importantly, it is stocked until the very last minute of breakfast, and again, the staff is very attentive. This is our third time staying here and not our last!

The room was nice and great location. I found the front desk manager, Benny, to be condescending and reluctant to be helpful as noted in a few recent reviews, after multiple issues with our stay including chronic key issues and the elevator not working. On site parking is very limited if you have a medium to large sized vehicle and staff unhelpful regarding this issue. Breakfast was mediocre. I wasn’t going to write a review but their Wi-Fi password “write a good review” got to me after my negative experience because a good review should be earned.

Stayed in this hotel for one night in what they called a "budget room", which was still around 160 euros. Located in the annex building, it had a separate entrance from the rest of the hotel. What they don't tell you is that to get to that room you have to get a lift to the 3d floor and then go up some tiny stairs to reach the other floor. Luckily I was only travelling with hand luggage, but I can only imagine someone older or with lots of luggage would have a rough time getting there. The room itself was ok, although it got very hot and it only seemed to have heating or ventilation, as the aircon option did not seem to be available. Even with the windows closed it was still very noisy and could hear people partying on the street the whole night. Breakfast was nice, with a broad selection and most staff members I spoke with during my stay were very friendly and professional. Overall, I'd say service and location were great but the room is certainly not worth 160 euros for the night.

Location was good, but that was about it. Rooms are mediocre at best and staff is condescending.

We were welcomed by Danny who was so helpful and showed us to our room. It was big, beautifully clean with a large bathroom. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a great choice of foids. Thank you, Hotel Aragon, a lovely stay in a beautiful city

Good location, short walk to Markt and shopping area and restaurants. Rooms were very nice. There are some rooms which have balconies. Hotel staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Buffet style breakfast, Continental and English.

Comfortable and clean rooms. Convenient location that is walking distance to the tourist attractions. Great breakfast and service. Enjoyed our family vacation.

Lovely hotel, 6 minute walk from the main market square. We had a really spacious room and bathroom- everything clean, comfortable bed. Usual products in the bathroom. Staff were all lovely. Breakfast was good (breads, pastries, crepes, eggs, meats and cheeses, some cereal) though I would perhaps recommend that if you're coeliac/gluten free you might want to get your own breakfast in town rather than pay for the hotel one). Would definitely stay here again if I come back to Bruges.

I think we bagged ourselves a bargain! A really comfortable hotel with well decorated and well equipped rooms. Looks like they have invested in the hotel and it definitely shows. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment but location is around 7-10 mins from the Market Square which is perfect.

Lovely hotel but we were "upgraded" to a 3 bedroom apartment around the corner from the main hotel. And think in retrospect it would have been better if we had actually been given the room we booked.

A medium sized modern hotel situated very close to the town centre. Very polite and considerate staff. Reasonably priced

Hotel Aragon situated in the absolute centre of Brugge was an incredible stay. The rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped. The beds are incredibly comfortable. Walking distance to everything. Breakfast is amazing. It is 5 star in all areas. More than that though is the hospitality. We have never in all our years of travel experienced such genuine care, help and consideration for the needs of guests. We had a child become unwell while staying and the staff bent over backwards to help and enquire as to her well-being numerous times. This was in addition to all the other help offered in relation to good things to see, ordering taxis, leaving early (and snacks being prepared on their behalf!) and general hospitality. If in Brugge this is a MUST stay! We will be back!

Great stay @ family suit. Breakfast was good. Location was convenient. They arranged breakfast @6.30 am for early checkout. Overall: Memorable stay. Note: It would be a wonderful place for a honeymoon stay.

Joy for family & friends. Authentic colours of Aragon softens your eyes same as view strolling among Brugges. Friendly staff invisibly makes your stay as comfortable as possible. Visit for a memory Aux Merveilleux de Fred. Chocolate museum for joy. Romance walk next to hotel in a Stads park. Once you are back in a room enjoy relaxing bath, thankfully to staff amenities shiny and perfectly clean.

😠 DO NOT EAT HERE!! Disgusting, unsafe. This restaurant should be shut down. The Head Chef had his fingers in his mouth and was picking his teeth with his fingernail, then handling people’s food with his bare hands. Then another chef kept touching his face and hair before touching people’s food, then...
