The location was excellent. The architecture and interior beautifully designed and arranged. Friendly personal from the front desk staff right through to the housekeeping. Overall a great experience. Wish we could take the hotel and staff with us to all our next destinations.

Not in the center, but very close to it. Just 10 min away. Cleaning service is slow and twice cleaned our room late. Generally nice place to stay

I recently had a pleasure staying at the Flanders Hotel Bruges, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The location of the hotel couldn’t be better. Situated at the heart of Bruges, easy access to all the attractions and sights the city has to offer. The charming canals of the Bruges just at the doorstep of the hotel. Everything is in walking distance. The rooms are well maintained, tastefully decorated and spacious.

We've just come back from a short stay and have to say how fabulous this hotel is! Perfectly located for the Christmas market and parking is provided. Rooms great and staff very helpful. My brother managed to leave a pair of trousers behind, a quick call to Alex and they are being posted to him! Very happy indeed.

We arrived early and reception had a space for us to park which help d stress levels, checkin was east and helpful. Visit to d bar for beer before head across d city very happy barman every nice and friendly full city info. Breakfast selction very good something for everone, breakfast room very clean also. We didnt go for a swim but pool looks clean. Super stay thanks to all the staff

Such a great find. Close proximity to the city centre. Great bar & bartender Michael he made the best cocktails & shared local places to eat. He really made our stay. We didn’t have breakfast as we liked to wonder & find new places. Highly recommend this hotel

Nice and clean place, good rooms, good location, right next to the center but not that crowded street. Also, have parking for extra money.

Everithing was perfect. Club type room was new and spacious. The hotel is located near the center but not in a crowded zone. Swiming pool and all the instalations are perfect. Delicious breackfast.

Really well designed room, almost everything was working except one shelfdoor which was broken and the toilet had flowing water inside. The A/C was great, breakfast amazing, I recxomend it. You can even watch YouTube or Netflix in room 10. Beds were close to perfect. Tea/coffee set in the room. Only thing I would improve would be to give one access card to each roommate, not one per room.

Great hotel! Room was spacious with a large bathroom that had a bath, also a tiny balcony was a bonus. Plenty of storage and all commodities one would expect. Hotel also has a parking space (17€/night) as well as a small swimming pool. Location is great, close to the Grot Markt. Service is friendly and they have a bar downstairs with a yard. Really enjoyed our stay!

Just awesome ! We had a great experience in Flanders Hotel, the managers are attentive to the needs of their clients. The breakfast is excellent with nice products ! It deserves his reputation and we will definitely come back to this place.

Very nice hotel friendly staff.

Our room was so small that we could not move! With 2 luggages had to jump over..The hotel's room was tired and in general did not want to be in the room cause we did not feel comfortable. The positives are: the safe parking space, the windows that open for fresh air, it is close to the city center, the comfortable bed and the polite staff.

Good hotel. Clean and modern room with adequate facilities. It was a cozy stay for me. The breakfast spread was quite good as well. The front desk staff were helpful too. I would recommend this hotel.

A wonderful hotel - it’s beautiful and does all the things you need it to (including parking, if there’s room). Helpful staff and lovely food too.

Check in and check out was friendly and professional but we were assigned a very compact triple “club” room. There was no space to put luggage or move about for 3 adults. It was on the 2nd floor with a mini balcony. I immediately asked at the reception if we could have a more spacious room and were then given a much larger room where we could move about and place our luggage comfortably. So were grateful for that but we had 3 single beds and I had requested a double and one single but at that point I didn’t care anymore. Sleeping in a narrow single bed next to my husband was not comfortable. This room was on the ground floor with no view(car park). Also plastic disposable cups in the bathroom for a supposedly 4star hotel is not ok. Air conditioning worked well. Kettle and refrigerator in room with enough tea and coffee bags. Otherwise, location is great and paid hotel parking was convenient. I just wonder why smaller rooms are assigned first? Especially as I booked directly with the hotel and not some online hotel portal.
