The whole experience was overshadowed by the room. All the facilities are there (tv, bathroom, cleaning service, fridge) but still it felt like sleeping in a cheep youth hostel. If your concept is to make people pay for ‘bed’ and ‘breakfast’ then you’d expect they take care about the room where this bed stands( broken tiles, smelly bathroom, poor finishing on electric and plumbing). The breakfast part was ok!

Very pleasant place to stay for a more self-sufficent few days. Great if you have a dog and comes with a fridge. Clean and tidy, but outside needs a bit of maintenance.

If you are hoping to stay in your bed a bit longer in the morning then avoid this place at any cost! The building is mostly occupied by contractors slamming doors from 6AM. No chance to sleep longer than that. There's no air conditioning, rooms quite old requiring maintenance. The only comfort is quite big parking lot. Breakfasts - ham, cheese and eggs - thats all to eat. To summarise- this is a cheap looking place which is not cheap at all.

Everything is great except for the location as the pool, the tennis court and the bike rental are located in another building "t' Wapen Van Marion"

We really enjoyed our time. The city is extremely beautiful and close to the beach. The Breakfast was very good.

I like B&B Van Marion and its next to a roller skating path soo I will give it a 4 stars. #B&BVanMarion

+ Breakfast and location was good. The room was clear and they even prepare some treats and towel for the dog :) - But there was nothing for us, not even a bottle of water in the room

It's okay, but a previous guest smoked in one of our rooms and it smelled very bad. The breakfast is very nice. The rooms and the beds where clean. The surrounding area is not that nice, only one bar was open and it was not good. Also the nearby industry park kills the view.

Clean rooms, but very little free space. It could get tricky, if you had more luggage. I didn't really like the motion activated light in a bathroom. I don't think that it sees moving in the shower, because I had to wave several times for it to go on while showering. However, the location is good, in Ostvoorne itself, close to a beach for kitesurfing (5min by car), calm. Standard breakfast, can't complain. But mind, that check in desk (and check out) is in the hotel, not B&B.
