And the creme brulee is just incredibly balanced and a special experience in its own. The fries, perfectly, not dry but extra crispy exterior, perfect. Even the drinks, first time the lemonade was just perfect, not overpowering not too sweet, not too sour. And of course, perfect serving, friendly staff and great vibe of the place. Everything you do seems perfect, a real restaurant with tastes from the gods.

Food was amazing. Sauces were really pleasant. Lemonades weren't oversaturated with ice. Food was delivered very fast and very tasty. Prices perfectly represented the food quality. Deserts were also one of the best I have ever had. If there's any restaurant in Sibiu I would recommend, it would be this one.

This was truly a great experience from start to finish. We ordered the Argentinian Wagyu steak with steakhouse fries and the beef cheeks with mashed potatoes. The food came on time and was one of the best we have ever had. The service was also impeccable and we can't wait to come back again when we find ourselves in Sibiu in the future. Every time we visit Sibiu, we make it a point to dine at Benjamin Steakhouse at least once, and our latest visit last week was no exception. The ambiance of the place is always spot-on, and we deeply appreciate the attentive service we receive from the staff. During our recent meal, we ordered a range of dishes including a burger, ribs, hummus, fritto misto, and the tomahawk steak. As always, the majority of our order was impeccably prepared and tasted delightful. However, I must admit my disappointment with the steak. This was the second time I've ordered it and felt let down. While I asked for a medium-rare steak, the preparation didn't match my expectations. Having savored steaks at many renowned establishments worldwide, I have a certain benchmark in mind, and unfortunately, Benjamin's steak didn't quite meet it. Nonetheless, every other dish we had was excellent. Despite this, I would still recommend Benjamin Steakhouse for its wonderful atmosphere and overall high-quality dishes.

First: We waited too long for soup and when it came it was heated in a microwave ( The second plate under the soup plate was burning) which is unacceptable for a restaurant that has high standards. The bonetail soup was ok, the onion one had a fake taste and tasteless cheese on top. Second, we ordered burgers which had: cheap bun, cheap KETCHUP (not tomato sauce,as you expect), the tomato sauce brought near the burger was the same: cheap ketchup.
