The best stay of my life, the location is perfectly placed from the city center so that you can get a quiet night without being too far from the city life. The downstairs pub is amazing with good beer and good prices. And the service is INCREDIBLE, the hosts are really friendly and they help you with a smile on their faces. Over all I will be coming back soon, 10/10

This hostel has the worst vibe it feels so dreary. The common room is more like a cold storage room of random sofas. The beds are comfy however had to make it myself??? Never experienced that in a hostel after 4 months of backpacking. There was loud music play for hours late of the night, not only was it super loud but it was the worst music like school disco music. Also there were mites living in the shower drain’s absolutely foul. I’ve stayed in cheaper hostels that are far more comfortable. There was also this random guy who was ALWAYS walking around the halls??? Was so weird. The upside is the location is good, although wouldn’t stay here more than two nights.

More expensive at the property than on booking. No toilet paper, no shower soap. Night club in the basement, the building is shaking all night long. On the plus side it's very spacious and clean.

A Comfortable Haven for Travelers all around the world!! The cleanliness is exceptional, and the staff is friendly and kind. It's conveniently located in the center. You have access to everything you need right in front of you. There is a spacious social area that includes a TV and refrigerator. The guests have access to a kitchen as well. Just outside, you can find two restaurants: Ribs and Beer and Fish. The Fish and Wine restaurant offers local beer and delicious fish. This hostel in Sibiu is highly recommended.

We arrived very early in the morning before check in time and was offered to stay in social room in meanwhile which had a lot of comfortable sofas to sit in. There was free wifi available. Was able to check in at 9am and staff member was very friendly. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and bathroom facilities. Especially manager Khan was very kind and generous. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants either a short or medium stay whilst in Sibiu.

The most central place in Sibiu. It's very safe, I was here 3-4 times alone and with friends, seems like a great place for small and big groups, everyone has a good time here. The receptionist and manager Khan was awesome, i stayed in 50+ hotels and hostels the past 3 years, and Khan is definitely one of the best at making you feel at home in the B13 hostel. It has a small kitchen where you can cook most types of food and a huge social area with 5-6 sofas, 4-5 tables and a TV. If I'm coming to Sibiu again, definitely staying here.

The hostel is directly in the center of the town. If you arrive by train it takes 15 - 20 mins walk to arrive there. Very good is that nothing is really complicated, check-in and -out went smooth. Really good I found the free water to take away directly next to the reception, and that they have a social room with sofas. However a few things could be improved: - The beds are really low in height, you can't properly sit in your bed - Everywhere in the room and the floor is carpet and it looks quite unhygienic - the front door in the men toilet cabins were half broken, one door had on the last day no lock, the other door didn't close properly - on the day of my check-out the water was cold in the shower - for some reason my booking got canceled in booking.com, after I checked in already. Nothing happened, but I wondered whether this might happen also before check-in for no reason. Very good is that next to the hostel you have 2 nice places for dinner, rips & beers and the burger place. both are partly also run by the B13 crew, I think Overall it was a good stay for me there. If you can stand that it might be a bit louder and are not too concerned with the mentioned small downsides, it is a very affordable place to visit Sibiu.

The bathroom was not cleaned, bin were overflowing with tissues, one toilet had no toilet seat and two stalls were not working. The showers had mold on almost all the ceiling. The rooms were clean, warm and we got a free lock for the lockers. Thin walls and very squeaky floors.

A great place to stay considering price:quality ratio. The social room is indeed big and comfortable. Showers, lots of showers. The positioning is right in the center. Also free coffee in the morning =)

Hostel location is among the best places to stay, but makes the hostel the best is the people who take care of you. Khan is incredibly good at this and has a great relationship with people. I've stayed at this hostel for about 2 months and whenever I have a need, just say it. I had unforgettable experiences with the cleanliness and order of the rooms and Khan's attention. Opportunities to work whenever I want in the social rooms and being close to everywhere were also a great advantage.

On my London to India solo motorbike trip, I visited Sibiu & stayed in the hostel. I had a tight budget & I reached out to a hostel in Deva & B13 hostel to see if they could provide a discounted price. Mr Khan was very nice & responsive & he agreed for it. The staff at the hostel were very helpful. The area close to the hostel is no vehicle zone & I had to drag my luggage & motorbike to the place but Mr Wasanth helped me, which I did not expect. He also went ahead & spoke to the hotel owner to get a safe & free place for my motorbike parking. I did not get so much hospitality anywhere else in my trip. Thank you B13 hostel :). This is a great & silent place. Worked well for me as I was looking for a good night sleep & not party hostel.

Great Hostel! The Beds are super comfortable, the rooms and toilets are clean and comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and maintained and the staff are really friendly! A better location in the centre of this city is almost unimaginable.

We had a great stay here at B13! The hostel is calm and provides all the necessary amenities. The location is great and close to all the main attractions in Sibiu. The manager Khan was very helpful and accommodating during our stay and offered great advice about what to see around the city. He even connected us with a local tour agency that helped us get to where we wanted to go during our short stay. 10/10 recommend B13!

B13 Hostel is a great place to stay in Sibiu. Khan (general manager) made sure our stay was the best it could be. The rooms were clean, breakfast was delicious and the service perfect. Khan even called us as soon as he could, when one of us (35 persons) forgot there passport.

I was really lucky to find this hostel. All the staff, especially the owner, were very kind and caring. It was also very nice that the rooms for boys and girls were separate and the hostel was very clean. Thank you for everything. I recommend it to everyone.

Great location, good beds and nice enviroment. I decided to spend one more night to enjoy the vibe of the hostel, met few nice people solo travelling as myself and nice social area to do so. Beds are confortable, price is good and staff is amazing. It doesn't get any better than this (at this price)

Khan was very hospitable from the moment I arrived at the hostel. Throughout my time there, Khan even made curry chicken and butter chicken on two separate occasions. I joined two other backpackers in their trip and we happen to be checking in together, and Khan upgraded us to a room where there were only three of us, it was like we were given a private room! The hostel is close to the main shopping district and Christmas market.

I would definitely recommend B13 to any backpackers looking for a low-cost yet pleasant sojourn with a central location in Sibiu. From providing me with extra amenities to sharing traveling tips in Sibiu, Kahn the manager went above and beyond to make my stay at B13 an exceptionally comfortable experience. My only caveat is to keep your personal belonging in your assigned locker or on you at all costs as there are some late night check-in dippers (speaking from experience). Overall great value!

Good place, location is perfect, just in the heart of historical center! Common space is clean and very big with very comfortable sofas. Actually, i spent much time in this area) Room was clean, with very comfortable matrass, but just for sleeping, nothing more. Unfortunately, for such huge hostel kitchen is too small ( it clean, good equipped, but small.. Anyway, hostel is good, special for it's good price. Would recommend! 😀

Really good hostel, with all the basic staff you need (they even have an iron :D) and great location. Guys at reception were very helpful, which for us was the most important thing. They dont have an AC but at least fans. I would be happy to come there again.

Only giving it four stars for the lack of a fridge, cups, bowls, etc. and towels, but maybe this is common for cheap hostels? Overall it's a nice spot for a tourist to spend a couple of nights - it's right in the heart of the city with a friendly staff and is very clean. It is not the quietest, as it's im the middle of town and there're bars around - "Ribs & Beer" is right in front the front door, so you can hear some music and people talking, but it's quite bearable. What I love about it are the little quirky notes that are all over the place, even the rules list is written with humour in mind.

Nice place with smiling staff and very good location. Very clean, welcoming and freshly decorated. The only minus was the lack of kitchen utensils as a cups/glasses, etc.

One of the best hostel i have seen so far ! Perfectly situated in the old town, the rooms are big, a lot of showers are available and outside of the bedrooms. It's cleaned everyday. Moreover, the kitchen is functionnal and there is a big common room where you'll Always meet up with an other Traveler. The staff is really kind and helpful, thanks !!

We stayed there for two nights and then came back for another one. The location is amazing and close to the center where everything is happening. The place is well organized and comfortable. The staff and khan especially were kind, welcoming and gave rhe most amazing service. We warmly recommend B13 hostel 🙌

Location here is great. However the guy who checked me in didn't do it properly, didn't even mention that there's a common area I could have been spending my time in. Gave them a bag of clothes to wash he told me it would be ready in the morning. I ended up getting a bag of wet clothes that never made it out of the washing machine. Had to leave Sibiu with no clean dry clothing. Good hostel with staff issues.

The hostel staff was very friendly and attentive. They helped me out with every question I had. All where easy going. Even the cleaning staff was very helpful, smiling and supportive! Great price ratio in my opinion. I was there around 5th September and there where many free beds. The vibes very very chill. It was very clean. A beautiful and big big common room with lots of room to work and hang out. Many washrooms. A kitchen with everything you need to cook and several fridges to store your food. beautifully furnished. The floor is partly covered with carpet which gives the hostel a nice and cosy flare. I was able to connect of other travelers too, and the location was just perfect! Very central. I would recommend staying in the hostel if you come to Sibiu.

This hostel was amazing. The receptionist Khan was very helpful everytime I needed something. What I liked most about the hostel was the big common room/social area. It is also located perfectly in the old town. I will definitely stay here again.

Hostel Review: Excellent Stay with Exceptional Management I recently stayed at B13 hostel, and it was an incredible experience. From the moment I arrived, the ambiance was vibrant and welcoming, setting the tone for an enjoyable stay. The manager, Shahrukh khan, was the epitome of hospitality. Their dedication to ensuring guests had a comfortable stay was unparalleled. They were always available, eager to assist, and went above and beyond to accommodate every request. The hostel itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The common areas fostered a sense of community among travelers, making it easy to meet new people and share experiences. The rooms were tidy, and the facilities were well-equipped, meeting all basic needs.

Room with a shared bathroom. Affordable price, very near the bus station, and a good 1 2 mins walk to the center . The place is surrounded by restaurants as well . The place is very nice. WiFi is fast. I come back everyday to a clean room even if I don't ask for a room service (I think this is automatic unless you tell them not to enter the room). For me this is a plus. Mr. Khan is very accommodating, gave a map and honest recommendation of places to visit, and a realistic estimate of how far it is to one spot to another. Staffs are easily approachable as well.

The Hostel is amazing, in this period the staff welcomes you with carols, tea, oranges and gingerbread. Rooms are clean, warm and spatious, bathrooms are plenty and shiny, price is simply unbeatable for the location and services they provide. The design of the social room is lovely and welcoming and the staff is very helpful, they know the city quite well so you can always reach out to them for various recommendations in Sibiu.

Stayed 2 nights in the dorms, very comfy beds and super central. Lots of clean showers and bathrooms, never had to wait. Small kitchen to cook in and fridges to store food in. Large common area to socialize, eat and watch TV in. The manager (Khan, I believe) was extremely polite and helpful and even made a few phone calls for me since my calling doesn't work out of country. Would absolutely stay again.
