Called the store. Spoke to a guy. I told him I'm not happy with the bed I ordered online, that I was surprised it arrived without the mattress slats (somiera). I told him in the future I will shop somewhere else. He said "very good, you should do so". Very disappointed with their customer service. I have never seen this, after shopping at many furniture stores across the world. Jysk lost all my business Also I tried to leave a review about the bed on their website, it wasn't approved, now I know how their reviews on their products are posted, not very true, they only approve the ones they like and look good. I regret paying a lot on their shipping and afterwords realising bed has no mattress base. Who in the world buys a bed frame without a support for a mattress???? A big big scam

Many nice things but not correct prices. I bought today lamp with yellow promo price and found in bill price with no discount in 1.5 bigger. This offer was expired almost 3 weeks ago but staff didn't care. In all civilized countries wrong prices are out of low. It's not questions of money, it's just respect for clients.
