This park is really nice green place for the children and adults too. Everybody were happy and enjoyed the good weather. You can walk, run, cycling or use roller for shorter or longer route too, rest on a bench if you need, smell the flower's wonderful aroma, come with your child to play in the playground or eat a good ice cream, we saw pony too for child :) If you have time you can see the labels of the tree, the park has many different type of trees. Parking area is not easy for first, but you can find one. We recommed this park. You should visit it.

With all the old trees and little brook running through it feels very natural, like being in a forest. If you do walk long enough you actually do end up in the Dumbrava Forest. I went with my colleagues, a while ago , and we spotted a couple of squirrels too, it was very fun and interesting, there's a lot of info panels about the park's native bird species , perfect for when u wanna teach your young ones about the ecosystems or just for taking them on a walk . The park itself isn't situated far from the Zoo or the astra museum, there are many bike paths and there's also some circus events or puppet plays.
