A somewhat very good balanced combination between recently renovated and unkept historical buildings, each with it's own beauty. Very animated, full of life city centre even in the late hours.

Going to Timisoara for a one day break was a good idea. The city center is well maintained, there are interesting pieces of architecture everywhere, everything is clean, lots of restaurants, young people, tourists., We visited Iulius town, great shopping mall, spotless garden outside...

The all area is very clean, even the public toilets are super clean. Many awesome building to see and some very interesting Art Nouveau buildings. A small issue was the parking. Overall the experience was very nice. Timisoara, you are great 👍👍👍👍👍

Was für ein hübsches, sauberes Stadtzentrum! Wir waren sehr überrascht, wie schön es hier ist. Es ist so schön, dass wir am Abend unbedingt noch einmal durch die Stadt bummelten. Timișoara ist absolut eine Reise wert!

Amazing vibrant city with spirit and atmosphere. Plenty of places to eat or have a very good coffee or ice cream. The pedestrian zone is huge and well maintained. Absolutely worth visiting!

The place is full of historical buildings that you can observe also a great place to have a drink or some good food. Parking places are very limited so you should be patient.

Very beautiful center with the cathedral in the front, it’s beautiful even in the winter, but if you are here in the summer when all the restaurants are open it’s just the best.

If you come to Timisoara Romania i recomand you to visit the The old Town is amazing place.. in the night you have a lot of lights And is a masiv place you can see al center just wolking 30..40 min.. You have a lot of coffee shops and Pubs. Clos you have the buss stop you can go in all direccions.

A beautiful old town, with great architecture, magnificent parks, and wonderful places on the river. The only thing that I didn't like was pretty high prices in restaurants.

It's a must if you are in the region. It's one of the most beautiful towns in Romania. The restoration of the buildings is a work in progress and it would take some years to achieve the look it deserves.

Place to have a nice coffie ,chocolate or just enjoy outside in walking! Love it! Old gold!

The old town of Timisoara is a beautiful and historic place, with a rich cultural heritage. It is a great place to wander around and soak up the atmosphere, or to visit some of the many historical attractions. The main square, Unirii Square, is the heart of the old town and is home to some of the city's most iconic buildings, including the Serbian Orthodox Church, the Roman Catholic Cathedral, and the Palace of Culture. The square is also a great place to people-watch, or to enjoy a coffee or meal at one of the many outdoor cafes. The old town is also a great place to shop for souvenirs or to enjoy a traditional Romanian meal. There are many small shops and restaurants selling everything from traditional Romanian handicrafts to international cuisine. There are plenty of parking areas, but can be limited and you have to pay. All the parking on the city centre is the green parking where everyone has to pay as little as 0,98 euro for the first hour. You can also download TPARK app and pay in the app, which I consider to be very helpful.

It's beautiful here, wonderful for wandering round and something new round every corner. The architecture is like something out of a hundred different fairytales

September hits just right in Timisoara. Beautiful, quiet and if a bit lucky, the sunsets are quite a spectacle :)

Ein überraschend sehr saubere und schöne Stadt. 2023 Kulturhauptstadt Europas und dadurch auch in einem besonderem Glanz strahlend. Eine Stadt zum Bummeln und Verweilen. Neben Sibiu und Sighisoara die vielleicht schönste Stadt in Rumänien.

We went there to participate to a concert called Guitar Meeting, it was the first of this kind that was held in Timișoara. We watched over 300 kids play the guitar on famous tunes from Romania and all over the world. Then we watched a concert of our favourite band called Cargo. It was fun. There are many cultural events there and both tourists and students come to participate or watch. There is also a church there and many shopping 🛒 places and a 🏞️ park with many benches to 🪑 on. You can watch the kids play and the birds fly. If you want to go to a theatre play or listen to the opera, it's the right place to choose downtown Timișoara, cause there is an opera building there, as ❤️‍🩹 well. There is a Mac Donald's and Mac Café, as well. And a restaurant. So you have many places to choose from.

Wonderful visit to this old city, wonderful sites and great food. Hard to find parking spaces and the green spaces need lots of care.

Visited the week before Christmas! Was very nice with all the little shops. Also the lights were very pretty.
