Returning a product it takes way too long. I had to wait 40 min in order to return a 2 euro item. And I had to buy something else instead.

Would be good if they would scan temperature with an automated device on a stand, not by a security guy playing little God.

You can find almost anything, well made items but you cannot get cheat raw materials for home / garden builds.

The best customer experience I’ve had in a Dedeman store, and I’ve been in many… It’s true it was a Sunday, but I was walking and one person, very polite asking me if I needed any help. He provided support and in few mins I found the product I was looking for. On the other shelf, I asked a person for a particular product and he immediately understood what I needed and gave me the right product from the shelf. Great experience, good job!

Verry unprofesional staff . Ignorant and not client friendly . I went to buy a product and asked for assistance from a staff member , they sent me to theyir colegues , they sent me to other colegues who told me they dont have the product i am looking for without checking in the computer . I went to look myself and i found it . I went back to let them know they have the product and where they can find it in case other costumers look for it . They were verry offended and ignorant . Thank you dedeman for this unique experience
