    If you order more than one item they will not combine the delivery and charge a delivery fee for each item individually. I bought a garden table that was offered with 4 chairs. I wanted to add one chair to the order and they treated it as a different order and wanted to charge twice for the delivery even though it comes in the same truck. Tried to talk to the manager and they said its their policy.

    Unacceptable The order came incomplete, we’ve got a different item that what we ordered. Since more than a week I’m trying to get an answer from the company. I was calling every day, speaking with different people, all with the same promise “we will call you tomorrow “. Nobody did. I insisted with phone calls, email, messenger, WhatsApp messages. All unattended!

    Avoid this store! Worst service ever! Promised delivery and then didn't deliver. Somehow between promise and delivery date, item is no longer in stock! They offered a replacement product and promised delivery again. No delivery! Customer Service doesn't get back to you. Whatsapp conversation ends when you complain. Sorry I hadn't seen other reviews that said the same before I bought. Still trying to cancel my order.

    Horrible company. They don't deliver your furniture (multiple times that you've scheduled for your furniture to be delivered) and then yell at you for wanting your furniture delivered. Good luck getting your money back after this ordeal (we still haven't). For your own sanity, go somewhere else. I wish I had listened to these reviews.

    Worst service ever. I ordered the gas grill. After a week I was received wrong more cheap model. They agreed that it’s a mistake, and will exchange the grill. After another week of waiting they delivered me the same wrong grill again, but didn’t picked up previous one - the delivery guy refuse to pick it up. I explained the situation to my manager Michael, and he was so sorry for another mistake bla-bla-bla. But next day after some my messages and phone calls they spam me by different phones to push me to return of both grills without any solution about my grill that I paid for. I said that just need my grill and they can bring me and collect wrong two. But no! Some rude guy called manager said they will call police because I steal their grills and need to bring them back… and as for my grill - it’s not even in a Israel yet! So rude and not polite at all. I still didn’t received my grill and need to wait for the police to solve this problem. So sad for choice of this shop. Bad experience

    From start to finish the service was excellent. The salesman helped me measure all the pieces of furniture I was interested in, answered all my questions and even loaded my can for me. Totally recommend Galor and will definitely return there. Also love my new hanging basket chair. Thank you

    Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever dealt with in my life. They sent the wrong order. It took over a week to even get in touch with them about it. When we told them it was the wrong order they made multiple false excuses that are inconsistent with each other. The delivery man was terrible and almost broke my elevator bringing up the boxes. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemies. If I had a choice between getting my teeth pulled out and ordering anything from this excuse of a company, I’d get my teeth pulled out, get them replaced, and have them pulled out again. By the way, the order still isn’t here and apparently my house has become storage for their wrong order!!!!!!!!!
