I needed to buy a suitcase to travel in Israel. The suitcase I bought from them had a wheel broken off the first day of my travel. When I brought it back with my receipt, the staff refused to exchange, credit, or repair. The website was not working, and the phone they gave me for the management not answering. I have never experienced service like this.

I was for 15 minutes in the store trying to find a goodsun hat. While there were many to choose from, no one offered to help, they were just staring at me. Well that's ok, I'm an independent customer and I know what I need, but for *"* sake, just ask if I need anything.

It's a bit small for all the stuff they got. Hard to walk freely and find what are you looking for by yourself. Any way, I stayed there for a short period of time so it's hard to have a really fine review.

Bought a bag that turned out to be not a good fit when got back home, so called because I read in the website that one can get their money back with 48 hours from purchase. When I called if it's possible to return the bag that day, I was told on the phone that they don't give money back , even if it's with 48 hours, and that can exchange it with another bag. I took their word but later found out they had to take back the bag by law. I asked them about it when I later came to change the bag (I didn't ask for my money back at this point) and the manager got very defensive , and said its I should have insisted on the phone , and if I don't know the name of the employee I spoke to it's my problem...
