Solid restaurant for a more local feeling. The food is great, service is awesome and great atmosphere to avoid feeling like a tourist and mixing with the locals.

We stumbled across this place while staying at the eagle aruba resort. It was awesome!!!! I had the escargot and sautéed octopus and my husband had the coconut shrimp and grouper with creamy garlic sauce. The food was out of this world. Our server Gabriel was so attentive and so helpful and helped us make the best selections and even recommended some awesome local spots to visit during out trip. We loved it!!! Also the prices were great.. Highly recommend.

Great local fish restaurant with several fish options and different preparations. It was disappointing they didn't have octopus even though it was on their menu, one of the main reasons we chose this restaurant in the first place. We ordered: fish soup, grilled wahoo, grilled tuna, and flan for dessert. Both my kids loved the fish. Despite not having octopus we still enjoyed our meal and would recommend this restaurant.

I didn't expect the inside of this place to look so upscale because the menus I've seen online make it seem like a casual place. I was the only one in the place beside another family. I was glad because I was dining alone and hate when people stare. I got there at 5 and it was still the lunch menu which I was glad about because I wanted coleslaw with my meal. I got grilled barracuda with shrimp over white rice a piece of sweet Plantain, fries and coleslaw. I did not eat the fries because I was tired of having fries. They also serve a small basket of fried pan bati with cheese. It was so good. My food was hot, tasty, well presented and filling.

Hidden in a strip Plaza, this hidden gem is A MUST! Start with the homemade fish soup and a refreshing mango beer. Then finish with the octopus seasoned and grilled to perfection and served with lightly sautéed vegetables, potatoes, rice and a slice of plantain. Delicious!!!

Food was good! Customer service was excellent, main reason for why I would come back. Kenia was just amazing, giving suggestions about local dishes.

Visited Grand fish for dinner. We made a very late reservation and they were able accomodate us. The staff was very nice. They serve you right away with deep fried cornbread while you wait for your meal. That was a nice surprise. Their coconut shrimp actually has coconut pieces in it. Best coconut shrimp I've had for sure.

My husband and I visited The Grand Fish a week or so ago and we had the BEST experience! Absolutely some of the best food I had on the island! The fish soup and paella are 10/10. Kenia was our server and she was the sweetest, most attentive, and amazing waitress! She really made sure we had the best time while we were there. Make sure you stop by! You won’t regret it!

We stumbled upon this local restaurant when everything else we tried was closed, and we’re so happy we did! The coconut shrimp, shrimp pasta, seafood paella, & chocolate cake were all delicious & our waitress Kenia was amazing! It was also a nice quiet place to chat with locals and get some great recommendations for the rest of our trip! We will be back soon!

I am not a fish fan, but felt I had to try it while on the island. I was thrilled. The swordfish with Garlic sauce was amazing and portions were perfectly sized. Try it with the Mango Madness local beer for an awesome experience.

Excellent fresh caught island fish with traditional Aruba side dishes Staff was very attentive Pricing was moderate Portions were large We will go back It’s immaculate A little hard to find But worth the effort. The Outside looks very simple and in a strip mall but inside was modern and comfortable! Worth the searching out

another one of my Aruba faves! the red snapper was fresh and well seasoned that we ended up getting another! this place can easily be missed because it's sort of in a strip mall kind of area that looks desolate. it actually isn't. The price was right, the food was fresh and the service was great. What more can you ask for!

Don't miss this hidden gem, which could be missed easily. But this place was very nice inside, the customer service was excellent and the food was good as well. I had the mahi mahi with creamy garlic sauce 😋 I might add tho, the portions are small. But the taste was good. Also pay in cash, supposedly the "credit card" system was slow.

The mixed seafood dish was delicious! Fried red snapper was fresh but needs more seasoning. On the downside, it's overpriced.

Delicious Local seafood place. The seafood soup was excellent as well as my mixed seafood plate and fried fish. Highly recommended.

We've just had the tastiest fish in Aruba! The grilled barracuda was so moist and tender and paired perfectly with the mango sauce. The grilled wahoo was also delicious, but the octopus was some of the tastiest we've had anywhere! Last but not least, the fish soup brought me back years ago: it reminded me of the way my father used to make it; it was so tasty!

The red snapper here was the best meal we had on the island! Prices were great. Jomark gave us a glimpse into true aruban culture! He was a great server and made our night perfect! We will be returning on our next trip to aruba!

The fish here is excellent. The restaurant is very clean and AC is great. The service was very good too. I would definitely recommend this location for fish.

Recommended by our tour guide, Uncle Johnny, as the best restaurant that the locals go to and he was 100% correct. This place was amazing. Get the fresh fish of the day. We had grouper and you can pretty much have it any way you want. We got it 3 ways - fried, in creamy garlic sauce, and in mango sauce - all amazing. And each plate comes with a whole dish of sides - veggies, rice, and potatoes. Tons of food. Only complaint would be that getting the bill and paying took a long time. On the evening we went, we actually ran into our tour guide so he wasn’t lying that it’s where the locals go. Apparently better than The Red Fish. Ask for Gabriel as the server - he was great!

All of the food was delicious and service was friendly. Would have given 5 stars but they were out of way too many menu items. This was disappointing to some in our party.

The waitress was so kind and friendly. She would make you buy everything if you don’t pay attention. Ask for Kenia if you go there. If you don’t have any idea of the food, she would make your life so easy with her explanations. You eat peacefully and you will enjoy everything over there from your arrival time to the end.
