Placed an order with a young lady, she took awhile to only get the order incorrect. Everyone knows how they want their pizza, well she seem to think hand gestures and attitude would make rhe situations better. No, the manager offered to make it right but enough was enough. I think tourist season is to much for that young person. Not going back, Domino's was just great in Aruba.

It's busy and local Arubans eat here so you know the food is good. It's pizza hut, expect good pizza hut pizza; nothing more, nothing less. Takes a little more time but fresh high quality food is worth it; bake in an extra 10 mins wait time into your plans. My wife said this was the best Pizza Hut she's ever been to and I agree.

This Pizza Hut has some good and some bad. But the bad can be overlooked and usually is by us because every time we come to Aruba from the US we go here a few times. Let’s start with the good. The food is always amazing. The original pan pizza is thick and filling. Crust is crispy and buttery. The bad is not terrible but could be enough to deter people. The wait if wanting to eat inside can be long. We stood for quite a while before asking if we could be seated. It was busy being a Saturday evening. Secondly the prices are obviously more than you’d pay in the US. If you can get past the slow service and price it is worth it for the awesome food. Especially the pizza!

Be careful, they cheated me by charging me twice on my debit card. When I got the text messages from the bank, I tried asking the manager in the pizza hut store about this charging twice, she says it will be reversed . But the reversal never happened. When I visited again they said their records don't show the second charge. Basically they are doing this to tourists and made this a cheating habit I believe. Many of the tourists have a language barrier, so they take advantage of that language barrier and start cheating tourists Like this. I have been to many places on this island, everything and everyone is very friendly, helpful & honest , but this pizza hut is not. I even posted the screen shots of my bank statements so you can see what I'm talking about . Beware of this aruba pizza hut cheating methods. Thank you.

Stopped in to order a pizza for takeout. 3 workers behind the register and no one greeted me or acknowledged that I was standing there. I asked to order and finally someone helped me. Small pizza 1 topping was USD $10.86 and took 20 min. Pizza was ok. They don’t put any sauce on their pizza here so it was like bread, cheese and mushrooms. It was ok because it was hot.

We got to sit together as a big family group of 13 without a reservation. Ordering was quick and easy and the food was done in no time. They have a fantastic dine-in special right now. I highly recommend it if your looking for something fun, simple and with enough options for everyone. I enjoyed the Meat lovers pizza and the onion soup.

Pizza Hut is always a go to place for us. In Aruba, we found it closer to our hotel so we ordered it. They told us about the coupons or promotions that they are running, it was able to save some cost for us.. we also tried a local desert similar to Flan.. worth a try. There are lot of kids activities in that location, we took a carryout so we couldn’t able to experience those.

I love the atmosphere of the place, when you come in and your wanna the first people that get service you will get your food faster than you think.

We ordered takeout. All good. Except staff did not know where Arena Condominiums were located about 1 km away.

Its a great place for you to go with your kids and if your on a road trip with your family its a great place to stop by and get a fresh pizza straight outta the oven and I recomend trying out the lasagna.

Horrible experience. Waiter (if I can call him waiter) did not speak English well enough to take an order and was acting like it was our fault. Do not blame others for you own incompetence, invest into some education or change the job if you do not like it.

While ordering we asked how long it will take, they said 1hour. 50 minutes after the order, they contacted us to ask a question about our order, since apparently one of the items was not included in the set we ordered. Then they said it will take ANOTHER 1.5 hours. We now have a very hungry 3-year-old and have to urgently find food somewhere, after waiting an hour for these guys.

In the end we didn’t have the pizzas we actually ordered, even after waiting an extra ten minutes because one pizza was the wrong one. But even though it seems chaotic with the “whatsapp order process” and we had someones weird custom salami and ansjovis creation, the taste is what you can expect from PizzaHut.
