Amazing!!! UTVs are in great shape and so much fun. They were dropped off at our hotel and after a quick safety briefing we were off and running. We had an amazing time. This HAS to be the best way to see the island.

Highly recommend this UTV rental! They’re so easy to work with and we loved being in our own rather than on one of the big tours. They dropped our UTV off at our Airbnb and we’re really flexible with the time which was helpful.

The best prices on the island, the 8 hour rental is beyond a good deal. Very easy pick up and drop off right in front of our hotel lobby and I am very picky about quality vehicles so I was very pleased that it was a sporty UTV and not something youd see on a farm. 10/10 recommend Ruff Riders. WE HAD THE BEST TIME! Ruff Rider UTV went all out for us on our trip to Aruba. I love a great adventure and Dawn at Ruff Rider really made this experience special and super easy. Not only is it a female run business but she’s from the states so I didn’t have to worry about a language barrier or any financial fuss and she knew all the best spots to check out and really made this adventure memorable. The had a great selection of ATV’s and you can tell she really takes care of her equipment. I really can’t say enough good things about this place! We cannot wait to go back to Aruba and go see Dawn at Ruff Riders for another great adventure!

My wife and I took a cruise and had one day to spend time in Aruba. Angie and her co worker met us at the gas station across the street from the port. The experience was great. We cruised all over the island. The vehicle handled and ran great. They were also very nice and explained everything to us when we met them. They were prompt in getting back to the gas station after we were done and would definitely rent again if we come back. Thanks again for a fantastic experience!!

This excursion was EVERYTHING! The owner is was very friendly and beyond helpful! Machines were top notch, delivered right to our hotel. This was the best part of our vacation & we will be doing this again for sure! Highly recommend!!!

Rented a pair of 2 seater UTVs. They delivered to our resort the next morning. The UTVs were well maintained. We had a blast creating our own tour of the island. I'd recommend spending the money on the 8 hour rental as opposed to a 4 hour guided tour. We had no trouble finding our way and the freedom to explore at our pace made for an awesome day.

I highly recommend Ruff Riders UTV Rentals. They were extremely friendly, accommodating, and helpful! I proposed to my girlfriend at the end of our UTV Tour and they had a beautiful bouquet of flowers and champagne waiting for us in our room when we returned. The guy who gave us our UTV Rental in the morning gave us great recommendations on what and what not to do. He also provided us with our own personal tour route based on some sites we wanted to see. If you are looking for a place to explore the islands, definitely choose Rough Riders!

Terrible experience, machines are in terrible shape and broke down on us constantly. There are a lot of other more trustworthy UTV rental companies on the island that I would happily give my money to before this place.

Had a great time exploring aruba on our own. Rented for a whole day. They drop the ATV right off at your hotel, and text/answer you immediately with any concern. They also provide a map to make exploring the island easy. Would highly recommend, will be booking again.

Fantastic service. The team delivered our vehicle to the hotel and gave us great directions. They informed us about the best spots to hit, some hidden gem restaurants, and helped us immensely. The Jeep we rented was exactly what we needed to enjoy our trip.

We rented a UTV today to see parts of the island we could not get to via car, and for a different experience overall. Our UTV arrived early and was in great shape. The communication was great, and everything was super easy. We will def rent for an entire day next trip! Definitely worth it!

A great all-around experience! We rented two UTV's for the six of us to cruise the island for a day. Both machines were in very good condition and they were waiting for us in our resort parking lot 9:00am as Dawn promised. The person that dropped them off was very friendly and gave us thorough instructions, and even a bunch of tips about traveling around the island. We had a great day and used our full 8-hours of rental time. When we were done we just parked them back in the parking lot and walked away. Our last trip to Aruba we rented from another company and they shuttled us back and forth, but this was so much more convenient. We'll be renting from Ruff Riders again our next trip to Aruba. Dawn the owner is a wonderful person to work with. Showed up on time with my rental, took time to explain driving on the island, places not to drive with the UTV, etc. UTV was in great condition and handled wonderfully. Highly recommend seeing the island by UTV as it's a totally different experience than a jeep tour or a rental car.

If you want a truly unforgettable, awesome, off road utv or atv experience call them. They have the right machine and they tell you where to go. I rented the utv for 8 hours without a guide and I can’t say enough good things about the adventure. Truly worth every penny. The staff was super nice and helpful. Five stars all the way!!! I grew up riding an RM 80 and an Rm 250 and more recently I have a Polaris 400 Atv. I drove a Ninja from NY to IN in college and I currently have a Harley Softail. You won’t regret the UTV rental it was soooo awesome!

To Start, I never feel compelled to leave feed back unless a excursion, trip or rental is way above normal expectations or way Below. I feel after dealing with Ruff Riders Aruba this was a bottom of the barrel experience and way below normal expectations. To Start I called and specifically requested a brand name machine (Polaris, Can Am, Yamaha, Honda, Etc) I was offered a 700cc Honda and accepted as I did not want a knock off brand machine plain and simple. The next morning my wife and I walk to the meeting point at our resort to find a CF Moto side x side. I told the woman handling the rental and she called the owner who simply said, “Well the Honda isn’t available today” so at this point I’m a little frustrated because not only is the machine not what I was promised but it looks like it’s been through a war. The front bumper was smashed, visible rust on the roll cage and suspension and the skid plate underneath hanging down and broke. I try to remain optimistic as it’s our first trip to Aruba and say “ok let’s just get on with it”! Then problem 2.. They lady asks for cash, which would have been fine if it was previously mentioned and/or discussed but it wasn’t. I informed her we only had our CC available as we assumed that was the best means of payment since nothing was ever mentioned about paying cash. She reluctantly went back to her SUV and got the CC machine out only to charge $276.90 when the agreed price for 8hrs was $240.00.. Again trying to remain optimistic I think “it’s only $36 bucks Whatever”.. Now the biggest issue, We leave to shortly find out this rat trap has BARRLY any breaks, I mean literally push your foot through the floor to get it to stop BAD! I contact the owner expressing my concern and she says “you aren’t use to the breaks” “The CF is the best machine available for our climate” our “Mechanic” 🙄 just went through the machine and it’s good to go. This side x side had 19,600 miles on it, was beat to hell and back, was originally red and someone rattle can painted it metallic blue, no breaks to speak of, rusty, bushings and suspension completely roached and rode like a hay wagon. I am over 40 years old, rented side x sides in Costa Rica, Mexico, Maui, Dominican, Etc and own 2 personally back home (N.Y).... This was the only time I’ve felt the need to post my experience in hopes this will save someone going forward the headache dealing with this shady “American” Based company.

We were very unsatisfied with Dawn service we rented the The utv 20 min later we tried to return it for at least some of are refund due to the fact the Exhaust was extremely loud we couldn't hear each other talk or the gps.The seatbelts was so rusty it took 2 people to help us adjust them she also showed up late however someone reached out to us and offered to let's use one the next day which was cool but also sucked because it was the day we were leaving I will return but I will not recommend her services Thanks Dawn for reuinging part of are trip

Dawn was super friendly and personable and gave us some great tips on where to go and what to see. Price was great compared to other companies, too. We had an absolute blast. 100% will do again.

We had a fantastic time with this company! We had an extremely large party of 20 people and they made it work for all of us. Every single person we were with left that day with a huge smile on their face. We learned a lot of great information about the island, were able to stop and take breath taking pictures, and drive all over the island. I would definitely recommend this company for your tour. It was a blast and something we will never forget!

Best place to rent UTVs. Very helpful!! Dawn is always available to call for all your questions regarding the island and where to go best (which parts of the island) Me and my sister had the best day on the island with her UTV. So much fun !! I would recommend everyone to rent from her. We have rented UTV with a different company on Aruba before, we had a lot of issues with this other company about the technical quality of the machines. Troubles getting our deposit back because of damages which were clearly already there from the start. With dawn we didn’t had those kind of problems. The machine was very good and you can feel you’re dealing with a honest trustworthy company.

Our family of 4 had a great day. Our tour guide Danny was very knowledgeable and assisted us throughout the trip. The Riders are fast and are excellent to handle. Would recommend this adventure highly!

Awesome company, great UTV experience! This was our 6th time in Aruba, first time renting a UTV and it was our favorite excursion by far! Dawn and her staff were great, very knowledgeable and accommodating! This is definitely the way to go to experience the other side of the island! Instructions and directions were very thorough, our side-by-side was well maintained and handled great. We highly recommend Dawn and the crew at Ruff Riders! We will definitely be using you again during our next trip!!!

Absolutely the best! After hours of trying to rent through the Conceirge- I took it upon myself and found this gem! Professional, on time, helpful!! No guide needed, twice the time to explore at literally 1/2 the cost of you with a guide.

Easy rental process. They dropped off early at my air bnb, picked up on time. No problems, unit was fun to drive on the beach road. Much more fun for us than the group tours.

We rented 2 sidexside UTV’s for the day to explore the island. Both were delivered and picked up from our location which made it so convenient. We had a blast touring the island from California Lighthouse to Baby Beach. What a great day! I highly recommend Ruff Riders. They are super friendly and price is good for an all day rental.

We rented Utv's from here and drove all over the island and near the National Park. Great service from this company! Utv's were delivered to our hotel and ready to go when we woke up. Very easy to make reservations and reliable service. Would highly recommend this place!!!

One of the worst rentals I’ve ever done. The tires were bald. On the way to one of our destinations the utv was back firing spitting and sputtering the transmission was slipping in and out of gear. We had a group of about 8 utvs and I was left behind from the rest of the family as we fell father and father behind. Lost the whole day on our last day with my family. Would not rent from this place at all. Not only did mine have issues but my sister had issues with hers as well. Do not rent from this place

Rented from Ruff Riders this past weekend. I called but hung up before the answered and they texted me right away that they were on the phone. I asked if the had a few 4 seaters available for the following day and they did. Just needed my name and hotel and it was all set. They dropped them off the next morning at 8:30, filled out paper work and were on our way. Our friends rented from Another company and pickup wasn’t until 9:30 so we asked to return ours later then we had them reserved for and they were very nice and accommodated us. Machines worked well and had no issues. Would definitely rent from them again. Thank you Ruff Riders!

We rented from dawn on May 2nd 2023 for 8 hours and never had any issues with our side by side. Angie dropped it off to us at 10am and picked it back up at 6pm. We took the machine all over the entire island to every beach and off roading the entire backside of the island to the natural Bridge and hidden pool. Aruba was beautiful and I highly recommend renting a side by side to explore the island.

I didn't leave a comment last year (May 2019)when we rented the UTVs from Dawn but I have to say we had a poor experience similar to the one left by April; which provoked me to write this review. Dawn and I communicated via email prior to me arriving in Aruba. We rented 3 UTVs as we had 3 groups of 2 adults, and were not told we needed to pay cash for the rentals until Dawn arrived with a credit card machine she said was not charged and she left the power cord at the office. This was a major pain as I had to go to an ATM to withdraw cash for my wife and I along with one of my adult daughters and her friend. It would have been nice to know in advance before we were to board the UTVs. Two of the 3 UTVs were not in very good condition, the driver side seat belt didn't work on mine, no netting to hold gear in the back and the vehicles were old and not even close to what the pictures looked like online. We also didn't have any paperwork, so we didn't go the the National Park because someone told us the police was checking paperwork and taking vehicles that didn't have the paperwork. I called Dawn and she told me, "don't worry about paperwork, that the co-owner was on the police force. We chose not to go and have an issue. Dawn was nice but we didn't trust losing the vehicles and having to get transportation back or have an issue with paying for confiscated UTVs. The first picture is what Dawn sent me in our email exchange. The second picture is the one I actual got, you can see the seat belt hanging down as it would not retract. We are returning this coming May 2020 and will use a different company.

This company was amazing! We rented a UTV last minute and they were happy to accommodate us. It was a full day and an unbelievable experience. The UTV was delivered to our hotel on time, and was in great shape. The guy who delivered it was friendly, helpful, and gave us great tips. We will definitely rent again!!!

We highly recommend Ruff Riders. We called in the morning about same-day-service and originally Dawn suggested a reservation for the following day. Shortly thereafter, she messaged back and had a UTV delivered to us within a half hour! The young man who delivered the unit was very polite and full of great suggestions, beyond the usual “tourist sites.” Many thanks to Ruff Riders for a memorable day!!
