A MUST visit. Order at least three dishes and enjoy. Great environment. Hospitable owner and superb food. We were pleasantly surprised. Best after you swim at Baby Beach.

This place is a hidden gem. Not only was the food so delicious, but Mrs. Ora greeted and served us herself. She made us feel so welcome! We tried the curry chicken, pork chops, and chicken satay and all were perfectly prepared and oh, so good. The food and drink prices are also very reasonable. The restaurant location on Google maps was off by a street. I submitted an edit but not sure if it will go through. So if your having difficulty, circle back one street closer to the beach, on the main drag. You won't regret it!

Delicious local Caribbean food served by Ms. Ora. Great flavors and very fairly priced. Call ahead or take a seat. If your looking for a true local spot, here you go. Curry goat was so tender and superb, 5/5 highly recommend.

This place was awesome! Miss Ora was so sweet and the food was delicious and super affordable! Our party of 3 had 3 dinners and 3 drinks and the total was $27...we were floored. Please stop by to have some home cooked food by a local. Her location is only a 8 mins from Baby Beach or from the south exit leaving Arikok Park. It's also worth a longer drive from where we stayed up in Malmok. Enjoy!

Great atmosphere, food, and drinks! The owner/cook is very friendly and welcoming. Festival soca music playing via speakers. There is a wait for the food to be prepared but it is worth the wait. We had the pork chops, peas and rice with salad. Also, fried wings with sliced potatoes and salad. Both were delicious. Locally made. So tasty! 😋

Best home-cooked food! A must-try when visiting Aruba - especially if in the San Nicolas area. Wings, fries, BBQ sauce & chicken were all 10/10 delicious.

I got there at the end of the day, so Ora only had a couple options left (meaning, y’all need to get there earlier in the day if you can!). I got the curry chicken and it was delicious! The plantains, potatoes, and garlic potato salad were great as well. I wish I’d asked for more plantains! 😆 Definitely recommend.

Fantastic fried chicken wings! They were not greasy, not too salty, but perfectly fried! Would definitely go back! (Plus the owner Ora is very friendly and nice!)

The food is nothing short of amazing! I had the oxtails and the meat was so tender that it was falling off of the bones! A must have when traveling to Aruba!

We saw the glowing reviews and decided to check it out. It ended up being one of my favorite meals we found on the island: chicken and ribs BBQ combo with rice and peas, beans, and corn. Excellent flavor and sauce! Ora herself is also so welcoming!

We just happened to pass by this restaurant and pulled a U turn after seeing the sign for curry goat. Sooooo glad we did! Our group ended up getting the curry goat and curry chicken and it was one of the best meals of our trip. Everyone left full and happy and commenting on how amazing the food was. Ora was amazingly hospitable. Also, the prices were extremely reasonable. Definitely a must visit if you're in Aruba.

My family and I dined at Ora’s twice during our recent stay in Aruba. Both times we were welcomed with open arms and full plates! The food is deliciously authentic and Ora is a wonderful cook and delightful to talk to. We will definitely be visiting her again next year!

An absolute don’t miss. Authentic owner cooking amazing food that has no silly pretense, just delicious and easy. If you are on the island, come here.

Authentic home cooking...it's like your grandmother is preparing your food because the food is delicious and portions are substantial. We had the Curry Chicken with rice and peas, some fried plantain, and a fresh avocado slice. I would have liked to post a photo but the food seemed to have jumped in my mouth before I could take my phone out. Definitely will have to go back for the promised Red Snapper dish. If you want some good home cooked, island food I would highly recommend Ora's...the lady herself was gracious enough to come and chat with us after our meal and shared with us her passion for preparing such delicious meals and gave us a preview of what will be on the menu the following day as it could change day to day. Lovely place to enjoy a meal.

Amazing food made by an amazing woman! We came for dinner one day and came back for lunch the next day just to try the curry chicken since she was out at dinner. It's just her cooking everything and serving you, so don't expect it super fast, but it's worth it. She makes her hot sauces and we bought one of each to take home. Now we're wishing we bought a second bottles of the mango hot sauce! Our favorites were the stew chicken and the curry chicken. If we're ever in Aruba again, we'll be back at Ora's.

Awesome BBQ and Caribbean food! Very chill Aruban spot for some really good, reasonably priced food. Ora was very welcoming and made sure we were taken care of. The curry goat hit the spot!

I can not say enough about this AMAZING authentic, local restaurant! It’s our first visit to this beautiful island, and we are here on our honeymoon. Ora’s is only the second restaurant we have visited, and every other restaurant on this island now has giant shoes to fill!!! Each day a select menu is prepared with several items, for you to choose from. On our visit, the choices were curry chicken, Ox tails, curry goat, garlic shrimp, chicken wings, and a couple more selections. The food was OUTSTANDING!! So fresh, you could taste the love, and experience that went into the preparation of our meals. I have been eating curry chicken, rice and beans, and plantains for many years. I honestly have NEVER eaten any better! Everything was cooked and seasoned to perfection!! The potatoes were and added delight! Do you like hot sauce? Ora makes her own!!! She brought us samples of her very hot, and her mango(made with mangos from their trees) hot sauce! I thought my husband’s head would pop off with the very hot one! We all had a good laugh!! The mango one was very hot, but tastefully sweet!! So good!! If the food isn’t enough, Ora herself is an absolute treasure!! I now have family in Aruba!! She and her husband are kind, generous, loving, funny, and the best introduction to Aruba we could have ever asked for! Don’t miss out on this gem!! The beers are cold, the Soca music sets a great atmosphere, the value is great, and it just doesn’t get any better than this!! I can’t wait to return in a couple of days!!

What a treat! Eating at Ora’s Restaurant and Bar was like a visit to my favorite Aruban relative’s home. Ora sets a warm and inviting table. Whatever she is cooking that day is ON! We decided to go with the local flavors and sampled her homey okra, seafood and pigtail soup. A steamy bowl of comforting deliciousness. We followed that up with the more familiar brown stew chicken. Fall off the bone tender, savory sweet. Generous portions served up with flavorful rice and bean, plantain and salad. Honestly, the most delicious homemade authentic meal we experienced on the island. It was only enhanced by Ora’s warmth and charm. Don’t miss a visit to this quintessential Aruban spot.

Ora’s is the best! Huge portions at reasonable prices—and Ora herself is a delightful, kind, welcoming presence. Couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommend coming for lunch or dinner. Yum!

If you go to Baby Beach, be sure to stop by and see Ora. The best deal on the island. I got the Chicken and Ribs combo which was only $11 USD for a full, heavy plate of food. The ribs were delicious, the chicken moist, yummy beans, and tons of rice. Also got to chat with Ora herself - what a nice lady.
