Our room was an ocean view with a balcony and we spent a lot of time on the balcony. Our room was on the 7th floor. Some guests who were on the bottom floor told us they didn't have a view of the pool and ocean. Our bedroom was quite large and very nice. There were 2 small bathrooms and not much room to put your stuff. I had one bathroom and my husband had the other one. It would have never worked with just 1 bathroom. The shower pressure in both bathrooms was great 👍. We could see the beach from the living room, bedroom, and kitchen. We really enjoyed that. Our room was decorated nicely. The staff was very friendly and efficient. We especially liked Linton. He was on top of every situation. He was a hard worker and very friendly to talk to. We stayed for a week and it was not easy to leave..

Also the staffing was so good!!!! Very polite by all staff!!! Chris the manager always went above and beyond for every guest! I usually don’t write reviews but this resort deserves it!!! Do not waste your money on this hotel. Me and my family had a terrible experience. None of the rooms had two beds. We reserved 4 rooms for a family vacation, and all of the rooms had one bed and 3 or the 4 had a pull out couch. That is not two beds. None of the rooms were wheel chair accessible either, which is a violation of ADA. The balcony is a death trap. You have to step over a five inch bar to go outside. Everyone has tripping on it. Also, good luck taking a shower. They're so rusted you can't even turn the showers on. This hotel is so cheap. Don't waste your time.

I definitely recommend staying here. It's quiet & has an amazing view. The pool is heated, so that's definitely a plus. They even have a hot tub. It's also located right next to the splash pad. I would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay on the beach. There were times that there was not a parking space to park in. I received a parking ticket for parking at the park next to the resort because there were literally no spaces to park in. That was the biggest downfall of the place. Otherwise it was clean, simple and has a beautiful view. I will definitely search for somewhere that can accommodate parking next time though as no one wants to receive a petty citation because they had no other parking options.

Let’s start with the pros- Security was A+, I love that you had to have real keys to enter and exit areas in the lobby area. Amazing View The pool area, lobbies and hallways were very clean Only a $50 security deposit The allowed us to check in a couple hours early which was great! Cons- 4 light bulbs were out in our room Vent on the balcony was busted all over No sheets, pillows or blankets provided for the pullout couch. Main bed had to be 25 years old. Most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. Floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned properly in a really really long time. Huge pee spot on the sheets so I took them downstairs and they “swapped” then put “one for one” and I had to put them back on myself. I feel like they should have done that because it’s not my fault the sheets were gross. They will only change out towels on Wednesday between certain times. We were gone during that time so we were unable to get new towels even though we were there for a week. Everything inside the condo was just super outdated and not well taken care of. Over all for the price I would recommend it regardless of the cons listed above because I felt safe, the pool area was very nice and the view was amazing.

It was very clean staff was nice. The only complant was the parking. Very small lot and if u get there later have to park across the street in a paid lot that u have to call when you park. Other than that could the building use some updating? Sure but it didn't bother me much but it might bother some people.

This is one of our favorite rental spots. Units are privately owned. Some owners do an amazing job and others don't. Great location close to everything. The common areas are definitely in need of some attention and upgrades. Nice exercise room and kitchen with vending machine and ice maker. Definitely a plus. Only one elevator worked though. This was Ridiculous. No direct beach access due to seawall and stair damage. You have to use public access at splash park which is beside it and always crowded. Limited onsite parking. Once you have a spot, don't move. Overall good value and good location.

We enjoyed our stay. The view from the balcony was phenomenal. Our room was very clean and well kept. Even though they were working on the repairs from the hurricane, all of the amenities were available to us. We will definitely be staying again.

Friends were staying here a few days and we came to visit. The pool and the hot tub were nice. Access to the beach was closed from the pool area, as there was still damage from hurricanes. The bathroom was clean. You need a key to go anywhere, so security was good. The room was small, but nice view on the balcony.

We are on a family vacation / business trip and this was our 1st time staying here. We are owners with West Gate Resorts that has rooms at this location. It was a great experience the staff and management was great friendly and helpful! Location is perfect. Our service dogs were welcomed and the pool is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are a bit small and narrow but that wasn't a big problem at all. Thanks Harbour Beach Resort for a wonderful stay.

We have come here several times over the years. We have had a great experience every time. This year we are on the first floor right by the pool. I love being by the pool but I like being higher so I can see the ocean more. It's a nice family oriented atmosphere. The rooms are clean and I like that you have to have a key to get to the pool and the ocean.

We booked a room here because they stated it was pet friendly on the Google business listing (even had the paw print icon). I paid the $140 deposit, then received and read the confirmation email. It said "no pets" at the bottom. I called the hotel and they confirmed pets were not allowed. They did refund my deposit after "speaking with their supervisor". Beware, they do not accept pets!

Rooms were clean. Coffee pot was functional but lost 2 cups water per pot. Fridge kept collecting water in the bottom. People "claimed" their pool chairs by placing a towel before 7 and then leaving for hours.

Rooms were nice, but did find a cockroach in our bathroom the last night there. Staff were very friendly. Had a good view of the beach.

Had to repair the door handle on the bathroom first thing. No water pressure on the shower. Door to the balcony needed repair, hard to open. Parking was minimal. Had to wait on parking spot for the front. Not enough disability parking.

Our go-to resort for our annual trip to Daytona Beach. Clean facility and rooms. Lots of ocean front options. Staff is friendly! Great location to pier, restaurants, and beach. Has a nice pool, hot tub, and chairs to sun bathe. Has a fitness room. Meets everything we are looking for and will continue to stay here in future!

Great location! Great atmosphere! Great condos! The hot tub is hot and the pool is nice and has a 10’ deep end, even though it closes at dusk. Right on the sand, can’t beat that! The only thing I would like to see in the future is maybe not having to have a physical key to access every single amenity on the property (lobby, game room, vending machine room/kitchen area, lobby bathrooms, pool/hot tub, and beach access stairs. If you want to go from your room to the sand you have to physically unlock a door and a gate with a physical key. It’s definitely inconvenient while trying to carry chairs, umbrellas, coolers, ect. It’s very secure, and feels safe even on the sand outside of the property’s grounds. I will for sure be staying here again!

I really liked our condo. It was big enough to accommodate my family of 4. It was clean, plenty of amenities and things to do. I must say the views from our room were amazing. The only drawback would be the room is located across from the trash chute. You don't smell it while in your room. But you notice it when you're walking by the trash chute. Other than that, you're in an end unit. It was very quiet and pleasant in every way! Thank you!!

This is a very homey place. Some of the people here stay for three and four months at a time! My hubs and I are really enjoying it, but if you’re looking for opulence and luxury, this may not be for you. If you want a relaxing time, sitting on your veranda watching the ocean, it’s a wonderful value for your money.

my boyfriend and i came to Daytona to celebrate our 21st birthdays. upon arriving there were no parking spots and we had to lug all of our bags inside from a teeny parking lot located in the back of the building. it was after 7pm so the front sliding doors were locked, i had to dig out my phone to get the door code. we were told to check in before 11pm (we are from ky and made sure to leave early enough to arrive before then) so at around 10pm we were surprised to see absolutely nobody in the lobby. not even a front desk that we could FIND someone at. we get to the room, take off our shoes and the floors feel like they have never been mopped. it’s disgusting. we booked through airbnb and there was a point where i needed to contact the owners (because there seemed to be NO staff around) and they were very unhelpful. i’m very disappointed in the damage that is around the building. i was led to believe that there was beach access when in reality we had to walk half a mile to get there. there was caution tape everywhere and a GIANT hole in the aforementioned “parking lot”. the facility should be closed until these things are fixed. overall the trip was fine, we made the best of it. and the room was well stocked with blankets, dishes, shampoo and conditioner, cleaning supplies and there were even some spices in the cabinet and beach chairs under the bed. but the good does not outweigh the bad. how this place has 4 stars is beyond me. i would definitely find somewhere else to stay.

Excellent location - close to many things in Daytona Beach - also a brief walk up/down beach to get to great food, drink, or fun times! The staff is friendly, and was protective of the parking area when event traffic got crazy. The building is well kept, and clean. Laundry services, and trash chutes are available for longer stays! We definitely want to come back!

First of all the end balcony was everything! The view from the balcony was AMAZING! The place was clean and the William was very attentive to all my questions and the responses I received from here is what Customer Service is made of! I’m talking with him now about more properties! You won’t be dissatisfied or disappointed if you book the place or with WILLIAM. Thanks for making this summer vacation ANOTHER ONE TO REMEMBER BUT PROBABLY THE BEST ONE YET!!!!

Still suffering a little damage from the hurricane, but overall a decent place. The building is a little old(circa 1975) HVAC units are all vented to the hallways. Can be noisy at times. Good proximity to a couple of bar/restaurants. Ocean Deck is a great venue.

We booked through airbnb. Our room was small but great. The view was amazing! Great location if you want something relaxed. Twenty minute walk to the pier. Several restaurants within walking distance. Quiet part of the beach. The pool was fantastic and we loved the access to the beach. Everything was very clean. However, the place is definitely outdated. The gym was particularly awful. I did not feel comfortable going into such a small space. I wouldn't have wanted to be in there with even one other person because it was so small. I was excited for the gym so this was disappointing. Parking was pretty tight as well.
