I've bought and sold jewelry here and the prices are always very fair. I also come here for repairs and ring sizing. They can't be beaten. I don't even live locally but I always travel here as the service is excellent, friendly and very knowledgeable. I can't recommend the whole team highly enough.

My daughters carriage clock stopped working and we just couldn't find anyone to fix it. By chance I asked in Gemini if they could do anything. They told me to bring in and they'll have a look. They said they will charge £25 if they can do and won't charge if they can't. Fortunately, the gentleman did a great job and wouldn't take any more than £15!!! What a difference to other jewellers, who wanted more than double this amount and messed it up!! I would definitely visit again, friendly and accommodating. Thank you so much.

Have been in to this shop a few times now, always met with a smile and great customer service. Recently had my white gold rings Rhodium plated and they have never looked better.

The staff couldn't have been more helpful. I needed a ring resizing, plenty of time was taken to make sure it was right. Even impressive more was the fact that I dropped the ring off at around 5pm and it was ready at 10am the next day!! I would highly recommend Gemini Gold; it's wonderful to see good customer service in Orpington.

This is an unusual comment which I feel demonstrates the extremely helpful service rendered by a male member of staff who , out of his own kindness, located a small rubber battery cover for a clock which was in need of a new battery. Unable to locate a cover, he said he would continue looking and ring me if he was successful. He was and he did. Tremendous service and many thanks to you sir.

Excellent service today. New battery for my Seiko watch changed in minutes when many other jewellers want to sent it away for weeks and won’t do it themselves. Would highly recommend this business for watch battery needs. Reasonable price also.

They were really helpful. My granddaughter broke the clasp on her necklace they repaired it straight away. I took it home and found the pendant didn't fit over the clasp took it back and they sorted

Super shop. Fitted a silver clasp to a chain I needed in one hour, with a free clean, for just £20, after a seriously dodgy jeweller in Sevenoaks tried to charge £60!
