The receptionists are absolutely terrible and need training on how to pick up a phone as they will disconnect you both when you are waiting and when they pick up the phone and then not ring you back even if you just got through after 15-30min wait. Honestly its so frustrating, this surgery has gone so downhill since covid and i would recommend to anyone to go to a different surgery.

Avoid Them !!! I would give you 0 stars if I could! Can not take any bookings over a phone, application to make a booking giving mistakes! - Receptionist advise was ( request your family members to make an appointment for you). Website does not functioning! And if you are pregnant you wont receive any help from your GP practice as they do have different priorities! SUCH A CRAB !!!

Terible surgery. I had fever and on the bed for 9 days. Then I submited this vey sophisticated econsulnacy from which ask 100 of unnecessary questions including if I feel suicidal. The doctor sent a text after 2 days saying I need an apointment and someone would call me ina few days time. Yes FEW DAYS time, thats what the text said. Some one call me in 30 mininutes and gave me anothert phone appointment with a doctor from bromley hub but which is in 7 days time. So I have fever, cough and body ach for 9 days + doctos gave an appoint after 2 days + the apointment will me in 7 days Total numbe if days before I have a phone call from a doctor = 9+2+7 = 18 days. I hope the doctor will not tell me that they want to see me face to face in another 7 days time agfter the call apointment and hope I will still be live. Overall the qulity of the people who had;e the calls are 0 and rude. Do not go there, they are there just to keep the GP surgery running. Not for you.

Cannot make an appointment, if you do online they will ring you once but expect you to just be sitting there with your phone in hand waiting to answer. If you are working and busy like them and can’t answer immediately tough, as far as the caring organisation is concerned. No call back you have to re register and hope answer when they decide to call. Would be nice to get maybe a text to say roughly when they might ring you.

Would give a zero they are shocking. You cannot get through on the phone it says queue full call back later. So you fill out the form and ask them to call you. They text and tell you to call them. You call and get told the queue is full and call back later. You try to fill out a feedback or complaints form the link does not work and it sends you back to the form you have already fill out with the response to call them back.

Would give 0 stars if I could! Terrible, no urgent appointments (even though there is never anyone In the waiting room) and a receptionist on a power trip! (Who would be sacked within 5 mins I she worked anywhere else!) Not a good mix when your health is in their hands! "Go to A and E" is all you get, no wonder the hospital's are struggling when the GP receptionists lump ALL of the GP responsibilities on the A and E! Disgusting!

Never get appointment. All the time send me to urgent care as pregnant it's not good to wait for hours. Didn't see Dr for one year and tried to make appointment. Have some issue, instead of see me ask for picture . How come can identify what is the problem just for picture if it's skin issue? Not happy with service at all!!

Poor attention to detail and just general incompetence. Would give 0 stars if I could. As a returning university student, I needed an urgent appointment and tried to temporarily register with the surgery. They said they would process it as soon as possible and give me a call back as soon as I am able to book an appointment. A whole month, no call. Called them back under the assumption that they just forgot to call me, turned out I still wasn't registered. Had to go in and temporarily register again, and was told over the phone to just bring 'a driver's licence or something'. Upon getting there, was informed that I need 2 separate IDs - one for my address and one for my photo, meaning I was completely misinformed initially. After handing everything in, I called the next day to see if I'd been registered yet, only to find that my form had been misplaced again. Was asked to come in AGAIN, at which point I decided to call 111 instead.

FLU JAB PRAISE I never have reviewed my doctor's surgery before, but just had my flu jab (16 October) and would like to give a very big thank you to all the nurses and everyone involved! No sour faces just smiles. You are very professional in every way and I for one, appreciate your good work, well done each and everyone of you. Jackie

!!!Do NOT see Dr lasrado if you are booking a doctor appointment!!!!!!!! She is very rude, talks over you and sent my son away with serious conditions multiple times and also my sisters and her son with multiple things. She will just send you away and call you over anxious with everything you tell her. She also was telling me to keep my stimming autistic son quiet as he is very distracting and called my sister a loner when she told her she was very depressed and she has now been diagnosed with ADHD.

My daughter has been waiting weeks for an appointment for possible asthma I rang them for an appointment to be told fill out the form online and they still have not booked her one better off going urgent care if its absolutely needed because these doctors surgeries are getting more and more useless especially since covid and most of the time the receptionists are just gossiping with each other!

Their working system is awful, to communicate for simple things I have to spend half of my working day to reach them. The answer is always do the consultation. Then why is your phone always so busy? And after doing the consultation you just receive a message saying that we don't need to see you, sending a link with online information that I could find on my own. I don't want to be a doctor on my own and decide which of my child's symptoms I have to follow . I want the doctor that I'm paying from my salary to do his job and find the solution. Very disappointed

You call at 8am for an emergency appointment off the guidence of bupa got a 1 year old with a temperature for 4 days and get asked to fill an e consult which will be filled in by 6.30 pm. Not really helpful or community based surgery. Pass the buck mentality

Sent my form in on Thursday got a call on Friday to say I had an appointment on Saturday. Great service. Doctor on Saturday got stuck in Blackwall tunnel, these things happen, so went home and waited. Two minutes after getting home got a call to say another doctor would see me. Went back and this doctor was lovely, sensitive and funny. With all that's being said about NHS, I can't fault the Broomwood surgery team.

I did a e-consult on Tuesday, no one called me. I called on Friday, after they answered, they put me on hold for about 20min, and after the gives me an appointment in a different place at 19.00. Why I am with broomwood road surgery if they send me somewhere else, is not the first time?!??? At least in f they offered me a day time appointment!!!!Definitely the worst service ever! I know is hard with all gp surgeries, but this one is a nightmare !!!!!

All staff friendly and helpful They contact you if your due a blood test which I never experienced in my previous surgery Glad I changed

Broomwood has been my family’s doctor surgery for 15 years. Never had issues or been disappointed with their services. It is unfortunate that generally, patients only review when they have negative experiences. We have been suitably cared for and appreciate the staff’s help and professionalism.

They ALWAYS get your appointments wrong. Better you just stay home and die because you’ll die way before they actually book you in

Worse surgery ever tried to get an appointment now for almost 2 weeks been waiting for a doctors to call poor service and extremely rude and unproffisonal waited 30mins to speak to someone reguarding telephone appointment 8 never recieved

Terrible. Constantly cant get through, prescription late or don't get it at all. In my appinion only one descent doctor there.

I have had issues with this surgery many years ago, which I addressed with them. But I have to say that the surgery has changed and the doctors have been fantastic on many occasions! Very supportive and responsive. Thank you!
