Classic Apple Bromley. Took an Apple watch in today, team member informed me they all blow like this eventually, it's £75 to repair. This store is dire. Avoid!!! see images of Apple watch. 08.08.2022#AppleCare Don't buy Apple Care! My new i phone is having speaker issues. Called Apple customer care today, was told no one can look into the problem. No dates available? Should we blame Covid 19? Not really someone was free to sell me a 2k laptop, strange that! Trying to get a refund on the Apple care now, not worth the paper it's written on. Avoid Apple Care and Bromley Glades Apple Store.

I had my phone stolen today in Bromley glades. I asked the Apple security guard as it was the only security around if they could help me and advise me what to do. All they had to say was “I’ll be honest no one cares” absolutely disgustingly rude. You’d think that security would do their job at this place but no apparently no one cares. I won’t be returning to the Apple store or infect the glades as a whole ever.

This is second bad experience…. This guys are there to rip you off …they will find any excuse under the sun to void the warranty so to make you pay … First experience my phone wasn’t working properly on cold weather. I took the phone there and they told me : we found third part on your phone ….. apparently “some one “had put new screen so I had to pay over 200 pound but then the problem persists …. After 5 more visits they gave me new phone but never got refund. Now I’m having another issue soft ware issues but they say is just camera again they came up with the same story ;” we found third part on your phone “camera is not genuine so I agree to pay the fee but when I went today go pick up the phone wouldn’t focus , zoom this is after 4 visits. I was told if this doesn’t work they will give me new phone …. But no today they asked me to pay 500 pound…. I raised the voice and that is good convenience for them not to service me anymore without paying them 500 pound….Phil the manager wanted to kick me out even though he has my phone and my details on phone banking and all the apps … the case continues….

Fairly typical Apple Store situated within the glades shopping centre. Two security guards posted outside. Kinda weird not having an actual checkout/customer service desk. Instead there are random youngsters with iPads that apparently work there. There was also a Swift app coding class for kids going on when I went into the store which was nice albeit a bit random and chaotic,

This store is the worst! You go in to get help or buy something, good luck with either! More show room then anything else. You wait around for an hour just to be told they busy it they can’t help. When it first opened was so good. Now apple stores are the worst experiences. They better off spending less on design and more on service provided

I booked a Genius Bar appointment due to having a broken phone and needed to get a repair using my apple care. So when I arrive at the store I am told due to a system error over the last couple of days they cannot repair any devices. The staff member asked me to come back tomorrow first thing and maybe the system will work then. My issue is if there is a system error that’s fine but why allow customers to book appointments for repairs. Or even why not contact your customers and tell them about the issue so they don’t waste time and money to attend a pointless appointment. I will book an appointment at another branch.

Went to buy two new iPhone 14 pro, staff are rude, arrogant and act like they work in silicone valley with some Super job. They are just weird and unhelpful got angry waiting and been ignored and walked out. Last time I had good experience in this store was when it first opened. Apple customer service don’t even deserve 1 star. From a guy who has owned all apple products for last 15 years

We wanted to buy a new iPad, and knew exactly what we wanted, an easy sale you would have thought? When we asked the lady serving us if data could be transfered we were told that due to staff shortage they couldn't do it that day, and she couldn't tell us when they could. She really didn't seem bothered when we left without buying anything. I guess if you want an iPad they know Apple will get the sale somewhere along the line, and just don't care?

Roughly half of the staff are completely socially inept. Like you’re talking to a robot, except that robot has a rude attitude (did they not get the latest iOS update that makes them polite?). I completely understand that’s just how some people are (and some might be on the spectrum); maybe consider a different role for them in the store instead? I was particularly put off by (forgot to take her name, but this was on 8.11.23 at around midday) the staff member who was dealing with transferring my account from my old to new iphone- I pretty much did it myself (cos she was busy?), and she didn’t let me set it up from the old iphone (cos that was taking a while), so she insisted we do it from icloud account instead- this meant signing into every single app again. But what was worse, was the plight of the elderly couple in front of me whom she was also ‘helping’. They were struggling with a lot of the steps in setup, and the staff member was talking to them like they were stupid for not knowing how to use an ipad.

Was told I could pay for a new phone over the phone and have my daughter collect it. When she turned up after a two hour journey they wouldn’t take payment over the phone. They said they would reserve it and I agreed to come the next day. So after a two hour journey we arrived to discover they had put it on reserve for someone else AFTER our call and they wouldn’t or couldn’t sell it to us. My daughter has special needs. She was devastated. This phone is hard to find, which is why we crossed London to get it from Bromley, only to be let down. We are also out of pocket because of all the travel costs plus I had to take time off work to get this thing, only for it not to be there. So now I have to waste more time and money tracking down and collecting another one, as well as deal with my daughter’s profound upset and disappointment. Shame on you Apple.

Nice shop as all Apple stores are. Been shopping there on/off x few years. Pity it’s staffed by arrogant, rude people who have a superior attitude. The manager was covered in chain jewellery ( like a rapper) and I was barely able to discuss my complaint with him. Made out the problem was my fault. Only reacted when I told him it was not worth his while to receive my written complaint to Apple. He then got a young lady to assist me who knew absolutely nothing about the iMac I wanted to buy! She admitted her expertise was with iPhones only!! Eventually got me someone else who knew about Macs but was was very impatient and rolled his eyes when I asked technical questions. I felt very uncomfortable as a customer who was coming to spend money on one of their products!! Floor staff seem to have a massive attitude problem - they know customers want to buy Apple , so they don’t need to make an effort. Clearly poorly managed. It’s appalling. Just wonder if Apple head office are aware… heads would roll if they were

Came in an absolute state as I’d just had my phone stolen, David and Tanya helped me attempt to track and block my stolen iPhone. Tanya briefly showed me the new phones without over doing it considering how emotional and upset I was. I went away for a couple hrs to calm down and think about what to do next. I came back to Apple, went straight to Tanya who talk me through everything and was so reassuring. When I was ready to buy she then handed me over to Iris, who was incredibly empathetic and friendly. They way she explained everything was so easy to understand and she didn’t feel like a sales person only caring for the sale. She stayed with me to set up my new phone was incredibly reassuring and kind. Towards the end David came back and we had a good old laugh which was exactly what I needed. The care and warm friendly treatment I received in such a stressful time, I can’t even put into words how grateful I am. David, Tanya and Iris are a credit to the business and I hope they receive my feedback and know how thankful I am. ❤️

For all the negatively about apple stores. The a bromley branch is one of the better. It’s by no way prefect but I’ve already had a good experience. I popped into the store this morning and was seen immediately by the lovely Sophie. She was informative, helpful and I was in and out with my purchase within 20 mins. I would say, going when quite is much better than when it’s difficult to find anyone willing to help.

If your iPhone is broken, really don’t bother wasting your time coming here. I’m convinced they have no one with the technical knowledge to repair a phone and you’re better off seeking third party help. I got told by their ‘technician’ I’d be better off getting a new phone than repairing mine as they’d give me X for my phone if I traded it in. Then along comes their salesman, after I’ve wasted about an hour in the store by this point who tells me they will only give me x/5 for my phone, by which time I’ve lost so much time I just need to leave the store with a working phone and have no choice but to give these clowns my money. Really is a shame and I’d honestly consider switching to Samsung based on this experience alone.

Iris helped me yesterday to choose the right product for me. She was really knowledgeable and extremely friendly and warm-hearted. She went the extra mile and the whole shopping experience was awesome. I had some bad experiences in the past in this shop but if you can try to speak to Iris and she’s kindly helping you.

Probably the worst customer experience ever… in Apple shop. Checked in told to wait 5 minutes, 20 later still no one comes over - others now served as they have walked in. Told very sorry will be next, then told sorry we cannot check your phone before you potentially by a new 1k plus phone as it’s to late now and they are finished at 6.25 (shop shuts at 7)?? You need to book an appointment and come back again. 😂😂😂😂 jokers what a lesson in customer service. ?? Hang on you delayed me by not serving me? Put it right……. More people prancing around with iPads in there hands than doing anything- Time for a Samsung I think…..

Yesterday, when I typed, my laptop showed Characters / Symbols instead of Letters and Numbers. I contacted Apple Live and spent over 3.5 hours with no result. I got up this morning and contacted the Apple store and spent 2 hrs and again no result which was very disappointing, to say the least. I was then referred to the Apple store in Bromley (The Glades Shopping Centre), and thank God I was because I wasted almost 6 hrs on the phone with no results. I want to share that I was sent to the Genius Bar and helped by the most helpful, patient, and intelligent guy named DREV, who explained the issue and got the laptop up and running. Thank you to Drev @ the Apple Store in Bromley. You are the reason I am giving 5 * Stars because you took your time to understand what I was facing with my Laptop.

Consistently excellent customer service from the Apple Bromley Store. We get really well looked after when we visit with our Guide Dogs and more often than not these days, security at front of house go and get a member of staff for us to save us wondering through the store looking for someone and trying to get their attention. It’s a small but nice touch which is really appreciated.

Had been waking up at 6am for ages to check for the new phone. On the off chance I popped in this morning to see as I was in Bromley and they had it!! Brad was really good with helping sort the finance but then with a system glitch it got put on hold. Brad completely went out of his way to speak with his supervisor who both kindly gave me a solid plan B. A couple hours later I popped down and he spoke with Barclays for me, got it all sorted and I walked away with my phone! Honestly couldn’t thank him enough, really lovely guy and knows his stuff! Thank you - Holly

I went in today to collect my new MacBook Air which I had ordered online. I had ordered the wrong colour and asked to swap it to a different one in the store. As I had used several discounts etc it was quite complicated but the staff could not have been more helpful. They genuinely wanted to sort the issue properly and for me to leave happy. Iris was incredible, so kind and friendly. Her colleague who I believe was called Steve was also excellent. Couldn't be more happy with my experience - thank you all.

This is a very good store which is spacious and efficient. As soon as we walked in, one of the staff approached us and asked how they can help. They then directed us to the appropriate section of the store. We were picking up an online order, and this was handled quickly and professionally. We parked in the Glades car park, which cost £1.10 for an hour.

We had a booked appointment to purchase a watch for our son's 21st birthday. The staff was rushing us and we felt that we were spending just over a £1000.00 and we did need the staff to put in the focus with us to assist so we could make an informed choice. We wasted our time as ended up ordering on line!

A big Apple store in Bromley. We went to explore the iPhone 13 series and we were given all the required information about the Phone starting from the specification till the finance options for buying. They also have the online order pick-up desk as well. Hence, for people around Bromley, the best place to explore in buying Apple products.

I had a fantastic service when getting my daughter a new phone for Christmas. I was greeted at the door when purchasing. Directed to the person I needed within a few minutes. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I had to collect my order a few days later and again the service was great. No complaints! I will always be apple and never a android!🤣

Terrible experience. Brought into the Bromley Apple store an out of warranty on Wednesday 4th January which was stuck in recovery mode and the shopfloor assistants tried to update it. They could not do it (waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes) They offered to leave my iPhone overnight so they can try and do it in the morning and then they will contact me with the outcome. I was contacted today (Saturday) - voicemail was left and email received saying that a replacement phone is ready to be picked up, just bring an ID (no mention of cost or anything) and we got really excited (especially my daughter as we promised that this phone is going to be given to her) thinking that Apple are giving us a replacement unit out of good gesture. After arriving to the Apple Store in Bromley I was told that the replacement iPhone X is going to cost £400 plus VAT to which I was very shocked and surprised as nothing was mentioned about this and if I knew this from the beginning, I wouldn't have come to the store in the first place. I tried to resolve this issue through the store and the complaints department but was told that nothing can be done and bad luck due to miscommunication on their part. No discount or anything was offered towards another unit. Now I have to tell my daughter that she is not going to have the iPhone because Apple don't care about people's feelings... My first and last time I am dealing with apple...

Poor customer service by Tanaka. I was approached by one of the workers as if he did not want to be at work, dragging his feet. His entire energy was negative, his face, body language as well as his tone. My airpods are used for my ipad during work calls and meetings but i own an android. I explained to him the issue i was having with the airpods. I didn't go to apple to discuss my phone. Although i understand that the airpods update using an apple device. Mine did not in this case hence why i booked a repair before the warranty runs out. Had he explain this in an appropriate manner. There wouldn't have been an issue. He seem to have a problem with that stating ' the airpods are worth more than your phone' whilst he laughed. As a manager in sales myself, the job of this worker if anything would be to encourage me to perhaps get an apple device because it is more compatible. Instead he was very dismissive and rude. He got frustrated with how long it'll take to update suggesting that ' each air pod will take 25mins to update' i replied ' i had time' . He then proceeded to do the update and walked off. Nowhere on the website during the booking process was it clear enough stating that each technician is only given 15mins. I found him extremely rude from the beginning. Felt very personal, i do not know him from anywhere and felt attacked. Due to my professionalism i chose to ignore and do the right thing. In the future, he should take into account the way in which he speaks to others. I returned to work today and connected my airpods to the ipad and the problem is still occurring. So, nothing was solved. Would not recommend. On the other hand, the security at the door though, lovely and gave a warm welcome. I also spoke to a young lady beforehand who was also very pleasant. Such ashame it was ruined by a such a miserable person. Wouldn't return to this branch, but do wish your management the best when dealing with this staff.

As with any Apple store it's always overpriced and you always have to book an appointment. You can't just walk in and see someone on a help desk in any way at all. However, if you walk in and want to buy something, everybody wants to help you Typical Apple

I bought Iphone14pro .. also bought screen protector and phone cover (paid £72) . I paid £72 for not to deal with quality issues. When I back home and put phone cover , the screen protector just peeled off!! Two products from Apple Store is just not working. When I was buying screen protector, the package was saying it is for iPhone 13/13Pro/14 . When I told Apple staff that it is not for 14Pro, he said no no they are all same, and he applied it !!! Here we are , not working !!!

Went in today for a bar appointment at 11am. Had issues with my Apple Watch. Sophie was excellent at her advisor role. Professional and friendly. She did everything she could to help me. Very happy with her help. Hope you get some recognition for your hard work. 🌈

Very poor experience where I have been dismissed and denied repairs under a worldwide repair program. Apple always finds caveats to avoid giving its customer base a good customer service. Whenever I had problems with my Apple products it's always been a very hardeous and expensive process.

It's boring and the staff needs a makeovers there was a girl in there with a bonnet on her head and another wearing flip=flops . Plus you wait for ages to get seen even if you have an appointment. Glad I don't ever have to go back.

I have recently bought a MacBook Air but I wanted to upgrade to a Pro due to the Air not being enough for my needs. The stuff has exceptional knowledge and I was done within 20 minutes. If you need any help with your apple devices I would recommend visiting Apple Bromley.
