Waited 15 minutes to be noticed in the line to pay while staff were on a social call. Food came 20 minutes later. Cookie was burnt the cheese cake was shop brought with a bigger price tag. 2 other customer where also complaining. Dirty floors and tables and very un inviting a place I would 100% avoid at all costs . ยฃ20 not worth spent !

Worst Cafe in the Bromley area that I have ever been to. Two staff a man and a woman constantly on their phones whilst making people wait to take their orders. As i was eating my food, two customers at two separate times where complaining about either tables not being cleaned, or complaining they had been waiting 15 minutes for two Peppermint Teas - which is just not good enough. Cakes say they made to order but Cookies were burnt and other cakes were Morrisons brought. I think one star rating is being very generous.

Unfortunately the prices are higher than the menu, Iโ€™m a big believer in supporting local businesses but honest ones only, plus the sausage roll I ordered was very disappointing.

Such a shame that management has changed, we loved this place and visited regularly for the past 5 years, including childrenโ€™s parties. Visited this week and the price for soft play has doubled (website is wrong) unfriendly staff, really long wait times for food and drinks, and the whole place absolutely filthy and falling apart, even basic cleaning doesnโ€™t seem to happening. Toilets were either broken or disgusting to use. Was last here in April and canโ€™t believe it has already changed so much. I hope this place recovers but we wonโ€™t be visiting for a very long while.

The customer service here is always very good, and child friendly! The soft play area itself is good although my nearly (4) year old is beginning to outgrow it. Is great for babies and 2/3 year olds.

Needs a little face lift but 10/10 for the kids. Lots to play with and the soft play is even better! Lovely warm staff and nice coffee.

The management changed in September. The new folks are lovely, warm and welcoming. The coffee is a bonus and the food, especially the South American treats are delicious. Food is reasonably priced too.

Love it , friendly staff and overall good family vibes and friendly customers , spacious and comfortable. Coffee and cake was good. Panini could maybe be just a bit more generous :), with more filling etc.

Didn't know now they charge ยฃ5/hour for the softplay. I don't mind to pay but there seems to miss the ticket information on their website (also didn't see anything inside the cafรฉ).

We had a Childrens party in jan 23 and it was brilliant. The kids had a ball in the soft play and the food was lovely - Jess went out of her way to put some added extras and decorations. Highly recommend for an easy way to give your toddler a great birthday!

Celebrated my son's 4yo birthday and it was great from start to finish. The kids loved the softplay and also the food served to them. There is definitely more than enough food for all the kids. Jessica added some extras touch like a dog or flower balloon for each kid and that was lovely. I really recommend this place if you don't want to have the headache of organizing a birthday at your own home, my son had a great birthday and cannot stop talking about it :) ! Thank you Jessica!

A welcoming and family friendly cafe in Petts Wood with great facilities for kids and adults. The soft play area at the back is brilliant with lots of great space for tots. The food and drink is well priced and often surprisingly delicious. I had a wedge chocolate orange cake which was generous in size and tasty. My wife had a soya hot chocolate which she loves (having gone back several times now). Service is excellent with helpful and friendly staff on hand at all times. They cater really well for families in particular, helping clear their tables and such like. Plenty of high chairs, a toy area, and a casual atmosphere make it an ideal location for parents and for those without kids the menu and affordable prices are two good reasons to pop in.

Visited today for the 3rd time and absolutely love the feeling you get in this place! (We were the 2 ladies with 2 boys, 1 that got up on the chair for a standing ovation to โ€˜My Wayโ€™! The food is lovely, so reasonable and the staff are so friendly! You feel like family when you walk in and sit down. Really enjoyed it! As a Mediterranean family, this is right up our street too, great Italian food (and a great variety for kids who are fussy eaters!) and great music! The soft play is a great idea too. We will be coming back again and hope to hire for our childrenโ€™s parties! All The Best, the Cachia Family! Xx
