From the moment of meeting staff so helpful friendly and caring .Having 2 MRI it was so relaxing music playing and all staff excellent. I asked if possible if I could have results as I was seeing a consultant the next day under the NHS with in 4 hours I had a report and all images . What an excellent service highly recommend. Thanking all the staff for making it a lovely experience .

Very professional and fast turnaround. I would like to have had more warning that MRI scans are not as pleasant as they sound. I think a little bit more chatting and warmth could help counter fears of claustrophobia

I ordered a fit to fly PCR test from Med 24 at the Paddington clinic on 3rd of September. Excellent services provided by Ms. Ursula, she is very kind and helpful. Will definitely come again for PCR test if I visit London next time.

My experience with Med24 kept getting better and better. I booked the PCR package for my travel to London which was smooth, efficient and very convenient. I followed that with a consultation with one of the GPs there, Dr. Riz Khan, for a second opinion on a medical issue I have. He was very thoughtful, attentive, knowledgeable and courteous and he helped me find a specialist. I then decided to kill two birds with one stone and paid a visit to the physiotherapist for persistent neck pain. She conducted a thorough examination, paid attention to every tiny issue I have and developed a detailed rehabilitation routine for all my ailments that is easy to follow anywhere. Overall the experience was highly satisfactory and convenient as you can get most things done under one roof.

Living room health Such a lovely environment ‘ the Open ness of the scanning suites’ Imaging with windows!! Not claustrophobic. Greeted with help all the way through to going home with the same. S scan room is superb for even a waiting guest O scan a fight to stay awake it was so relaxing - little noise you would associate with an mri. ‘Bright and fresh’ Daylight and the world going on outside whilst being scanned. Met with diary clashes but no issue. Results inside of 48hours freely distributed rather than having to assign consultants etc

I had an urgent need for physio following an ankle injury, I couldn't wait and they could see me immediately. It turned out that they had just opened this new facility in Paddington. I cannot praise the quality of the service I received highly enough. The therapist was diligent beyond her 'cause of duty' and followed up post-service with me to ensure I was following the exercise regime they had created for me correctly. I was touched by that. The medical centre itself is 'state of the art' and just around the corner from Paddington station, so well located. Yes I will recommend this service to friends and family in case they are in need of fast, quality service in London

Had an MRI and they could not do parts they said they initially could. That aside, they didnt send me the report until I followed up to request it. Consultant Anthony Hammond suggested I had a relatively serious issue and confirmed he would urgently refer me but 2 weeks later has not even followed up with his written diagnosis let alone the referral to a specialist. His method of delivering his diagnosis was so negative that he made the situation far worse for me mentally and having seen other specialists should have been honest about me needing to see a more specialist practitioner rather than painting a picture that made me feel far worse.

Yesterday I had my cervical spine MRI scan. I'm suffering from degenerative disc c6-7 and pinched nerve going to my right arm and hand and severe pain. I'm 40 years old and I have never expierience this kind of pain before in my life. If you have a problem with cervical spine AVOID this clinic. It's not worth your health and money. Two guys who run the scan were not proffessional at all in my opinion. I had to stop the scan 3 times because I couldn't cope with the pain. When I asked for a glass of water one of them brought me hot tap water. When I complained they kept talking to each other in another language. The other guy who looked like he is angry with me because I can't handle the pain told me to take more pain killers and come back to do the scan again later. They weren't understanding or supportive at all and didn't have the right approach. Finally we couldn't complete the scan because my whole hand was on fire and I was afraid I'll damage my disc and nerve even more which I think happened anyway. I'm in more pain since yesterday and two of my fingers are completely numb and I'm in constant pain more than before. Today I manage to complete my scan elsewhere. The scan was also the one that requires lying down possition but everything went well. Staff had patience and the right approach which was lacking when I came to this clinic. Waiting for my refund!

I’ve had a really good experience with this clinic. Needed a MRI scan ASAP, they were very helpful, got an appointment the same day and results the next day. All for a very competitive price.

Excellent facility with unparalleled service quality and fair prices. Booked the “2,5,8 PCR package” and “PCR with fit to fly” for my whole family and was very happy with both. Even though the clinic was closed on the Sunday for one of my mandatory PCRs, they arranged for a courier to pick up my self-test at a convenient time for me and delivered it directly to the lab, which went very smoothly. I paid for same day service but got my results in about 4 hours every time, which is a very impressive turnaround time compared to other providers. Equally impressive was the response time to my calls and emails, even on weekends. I highly recommend Med24 and have referred many friends and family to them.

Victoria the physio was the best physio I have ever been to. She took her time to assess my upper back pain and gave me a fantastic treatment massage. She then e-mailed me with the appropriate exercises and was highly engaged throughout the whole process. I'm pleased to say that my back is feeling better after just one physio session! My first experience with Med24. I booked PCR package tests for my parents arriving into London. The entire process from start to finish was super smooth and efficient.
