This is the worst service I've ever had in Japan, maybe even my life. The waitress asked, before I was even seated, if I was Chinese, in this country, which hates Chinese people, and never once apologized for it. The food was alright but not only did the waitress not apologize she complained loudly that she couldn't go home early and said, very clearly "嫌い！" For the record, I arrived an hour before closing, well before last order. And despite the waitress' complaints, she didn't bus all the tables until after I left. Though I ordered water at the very start, it didn't arrive until after the yogurt kebab. Then they started blasting the music really loudly, like they wanted me to leave, and I almost did. Meanwhile they talked and complained about me, while smoking, while I was waiting for my food. They said I was childish because I didn't appreciate their questions about my ethnicity. MY ETHNICITY. Do they need to know that to serve me food? After bringing out my dessert, the other waiter started asking me a lot more of questions about my ethnicity and nationality. Once again, no apology. If you say or do something rude, especially to a customer, you should apologize, at the very least. How childish. Do they not care about their image? Never again. The next time I want Turkish food I'm going to go elsewhere, and I suggest you do the same.

I found tasty halal turkish meals here. At first I doubted the taste of the mackarel sandwich. But then after the first bite it turned out to be sooo yummy. They are perfect combination of materials for a sandwich. Combined with the cold mashed potatoes and hot lentil soup, they even enrich its taste. I also tried the chef kebab (taken out). The lamb/ meat is sooo delicate. It is well composed with the mashed potato inside the pastry outer skin. I bet the taste is even more appetizing when you eat it in the restaurant.

It is one of rare muslim friendly restaurants in Japan. I have eaten many Turkish foods and I think these guys know what they are doing. The place is a little bit hidden because you need to take the small stairs (look at the photo). The interior is very Turkish. They sell ordinary döner kebab, Tirkish pizza (lahmacun), salad, kofte, tavuk, etc

Very nice food, place is small and cosy would recommend of you in the area definitely worth trying. The service was also excellent.

We visited this pretty little restaurant on Sunday afternoon for lunch. This place is located on a shopping street about 7 minutes walking distance from Hankyu Umeda Station. It is on the 2nd floor but the big sign on the building makes it almost impossible to miss. There are 3 tables with 4 chairs, 1 table with 3 chairs, and 3 counter seats. We ordered a kebab plate set, kebab sandwich, kofte sandwich set, and rice with chicken stew. Everything was delicious! The kebab was tender but perfectly spiced. The kofte was also full of spices. The chicken stew was mild and had some vegetables in it. The price was about 900-1000 JPY per plate. Very affordable and worth trying.

Really tasty fresh Turkish food. After 15 days of Japanese food - we really needed some good middle eastern food, So we came with high expectations, and was not disappointed. The cook also serves the tables, and some how both the service and the food were excellent. Everything came out fast, fresh and warm. Definitely worth the relatively expensive price.

Really great Turkish food. We had the shish kebab with tomato/cucumber salad and bread. It was all really tasty. The bread is wonderful (made when you order). Look for the blue door, it’s not too easy to find in street that isn’t that attractive overall.

Turkish restaurant in the middle of Osaka. You can find the place by looking at the Turkish flag. They have lunch/dinner set with more economical price. The taste was good and plentiful. Maybe in peak time, reservations are recommended.

It was a great hospitality by Ersin and the team. With our 9 years old daughter, we had a fabulous lentil soup and enjoyed köfte (meatballs) and adana kebap. It was also very healthy and safe for us to have halal food in the heart of Osaka. Thank you and hope to see you in the future.

Halal food. Cheese pizza was good. Chef’s lamb kebab was not that good. I might not go again. Price seems very high.
