    This N.Oshawa restaurant is one of the WORST in all of the city. Not only can they NOT get your order right, but the staff is poorly trained, and can't even put together the basics properly. Last time I checked, NACHOS..should actually have meat and cheese sauce on it, and should at least look somewhat appetizing..and NOT like someone in the restaurant just threw up in my order. Nachos are inedible. I wouldnt feed them to my dog..If I had one. Do yourself a favor, skip this place..You're better off going to McDonald's!!

    I love the renovations they have done. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the place is clean and tidy, well lit and maintained. Food is at great prices, but still gets good quality. I will be back! See pictures and don't forget to click on the Thoms up.

    This Taco Bell has served me well in the past and on my most recent visit another great dine in service. The restaurant has changed a lot over the last 10 years and I have to say this more current reiteration is probably the best. The front lobby is large and you can easily view the menu without being in anybody's way. There is plentiful seating for dining in. Overall the new aesthetic looks great. The food is also on par with your typical Taco Bell visit which means that it was fantastic. You know what you're getting and it has that signature Taco Bell flavour. The server you helped me was friendly. She took my order and gave me my receipt and told me about the Taco Bell customer satisfaction survey. Nice. Today I ordered the beef crunch wrap supreme with a fries supreme and a drink. All of it was great. I took some hot sauce on the side and enjoyed my lunch. Taco Bell typically does not disappoint.

    This was a pretty decent Taco Bell establishment, featuring a decent restaurant interior, brightly lit building with bright colours that are very complimentary to the flair of Taco Bell. The food was decent too. I ordered with the app with a $7.99 + HST CAD deal for 1 Beef Crunchwrap Supreme and 1 Beef Fries Supreme. This deal was a very decent one and the price is more than reasonable for current economy. The food tasted average however. Perhaps it's been years since I've had Taco Bell but it was much more salty than expected. The fries and sour cream paired well, but the other parts of the meal were just plain salty. The crunchwrap was decent at first but after about 75% complete the flavour was just artificial and salty. I finished it but it felt like at the end I was rummaging through the bottom of a chips bag full of seasoning and salt, but very little substance. Overall, it was a decent Taco Bell experience but I have to say the crunchwrap was less impressive than I hyped it to be. However, as a fast food restaurant itself, sure I'd still recommend it.     I just picked up food from the drive through, and when I paid debit, they don't take tap, because now they ask for TIPS, LOL maybe if you didn't take 10+minutes per order. When I didn't tip, I basically had my food tossed at me. I will never go back, you just lost my business.

    Wish I could give it a 0. I received my drinks and both fell out of the tray all over myself and my car. I called the restaurant to see if they could replace them but was greeted with such attitude and when I told the girl what had just happened she responded with “okay? And what do you want me to do about it?” You should not be working a customer service job if you do not know how to deal with a customer. I ended up just telling her that maybe in the future they should check the lids before sending them out as BOTH of mine were broken.

    Funny how the debit machine now accepts tips in the drive-thru. It’s important for people to know that the owner(s) take a percentage of the daily tip proceeds. I have a nephew who works at this location so it’s legit. Service and food etc as expected but the stealing of tips from employees is unacceptable and I would assume illegal.

    I've ordered here before and I know it's just Taco Bell, but it's usually not bad. This time, however, it tasted like all the tomatoes had gone bad. They had a terrible, strong flavour and it ruined our churchwrap supremes, we had to try to pick them all out. One of the Doritos locos tacos shells was also broken. The service was quick at least, but usually the food is better than that.

    Do not come to this location. I gave this location constant chances to impress and they constantly let me down. Nachos are always stale, meat is always cold, items are constantly missed on orders. There are so many more reasons.... Just avoid this location, Oshawa Center location is much better.

    Cold fries. Slow service. Tipping request at drive through card machine. This requires you to touch the card machine to void the tip. Chalupas much smaller than previous times.

    I came in tonight to get combo number one it was good just the service was bloody slow for pre made food. My "fries supreme" was barely supreme where was the meat??? They need some heavy handed chefs in the kitchen

    Edit to add I paid for two soft tacos and got one. Whoever was working in the kitchen today- I hope you step on a Lego. Tell me how this is a 7 layer burrito with LETTUCE CHEESE SOUR CREAM AND RICE???? Paid $130 for BEANS. never again. Overpriced trash.

    The location itself is awkward because the drive thru takes you through a back alley but I guess that's out of the control of the location. The Burrito Supreme I had ordered was damp, a mixed filling where you can't really identify anything inside, just a brown sludge. I understand its Taco Bell so expectation were pretty low. But i felt there could of been an attempt to at least make it look like it had multiple elements. For what it is worth the staff member that took my order and was at the take out window was polite.

    This guacamole is 1 solar when I asked them if there was a mistake they said it’s 1 scoop for a dollar 😂😂 service and customer care is amazing instead of asking if I need for more also we asked no spicy for burritos but they gave us spicy burritos and when we asked for replacement for burritos they asked old burritos back this workers are really ducked up they should learn how to serve

    Been here twice. Both times food was cold and fries old. Second time there they charged us for two fries supreme and we only got one. Don't waste your time here.

    This Taco Bell is great; food is as good as a Taco Bell can be, and the service was excellent. Both servers were smiling and extremely polite. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

    Ordered takeout from here, not only does it not tell you that you need to be in a vehicle to get your food, but the guy at the counter when we got to the window just stared at us and moved his hands in a “come on tell me your order“ motion instead of using ANY words.. we had to tell them our order once again after already mentioning it at the intercom.. we laughed at first until we realized he was serious and being rude. (Pretty sure he clapped at us) Whoever was working tonight ruined my whole experience as a regular to this store and I will never be returning. Can’t believe you have people like that working there. Especially at the window. 0 stars.

    Place was clean and new looking but even with zero people in there service took forever and they did the delivery people first while looking for our cashier that would take our order, once they got everything settled we were ordered and out pretty quickly...they did forget one of my fries Supreme but not going to drive all that way just for that. I like taco bell...wish the food wasn't made like they threw the toppings from across the room and prices stopped going up on a $1 taco to like $3+

    Definitely friendly staff, and a busy place. And TB is TB, you know what you're getting. However, they missed the online order, it took a bit to find, then the staff member who made sure to fill it forgot to tell me it was ready... 25 minutes later another staff realized I was still there. A gift certificate, free drinks, something should have been offered for that mistake.

    The best experience I've had from any fast food restaurant! Went on a Saturday afternoon. To my surprise it wasn't busy! Lots of employees working! The friendliest staff I've ever encountered! Clean restaurant and dining area! Served right away by a very nice girl! Fastest food waiting time! I wasn't even done filling up my drink when my food was ready! Incredible! The other worker who handed the food to me was also extremely kind! So much better than getting Taco Bell from a mall food court! I felt comfortable eating my food inside the dining area. 10/10 experience. I feel inclined to call the manager to express my gratitude. Will definitely be returning to this location!

    Great customer service, decent food, usually fresh. On occasion they get the orders wrong. Been here multiple times. Location needs to be improved. Drive through is really annoying, as the roads are damaged and on a slant. Overall good location, and I'd recommend it.

    The bathrooms were not clean. I put down the toilet seat and it was covered in dried up urine. The other bathroom was " used " and the person missed the toilet. The service was cold and unfriendly. The food was better than I thought it would be. I had to use the bathroom and felt I needed to buy something. I know it's not fine dinning, but like... Wowza. That was rough.

    I should’ve read reviews before dropping by. There’s 5-6 people working but it takes 12 minutes to make and give 2 same menu items?? Very surprised at the service. Employees either work on the drive thru side or walk around talking to each other. They have just one girl working on the takeout orders. Time to change management OR hire more efficient employees and managers because clearly they prefer answering the phones for personal purposes and giggling about it with each other rather than making food for the customers which shouldn’t take so long as it is a fast food place too.

    Terrible customer service. My order was placed with Door Dash with no issues. The order arrived as expected, however most of the order was either missing or incorrect. The receipt was 100% correct so it was filled wrong at the store. The store places blame on Door Dash and refused to do anything about it. Door Dash is not at fault! The store manager refused to take my call after the employee I spoke to originally claimed to be the manager.

    Open later than most of the other fast foods besides MacDonald's Food is fresh, drinks are bubbly, the staff are polite and friendly. Great deals. Renovated restaurant that's clean and tidy. Drive thru is a bit confusing but due to the location I can understand why. The restaurant had a tip option on their pos system before you pay you can select to give a tip or not. I guess that's a new trend everywhere? Regardless I gave a tip because they were open late and I appreciate that. I hope it goes to the employee's directly.

    We were so tired from work and wanted to grab something quickly, drove to Taco Bell and the guy who was in charge of drive through was just amazing. Amazing customer service with excellent approach towards customer. This was not our first time and it was the same guy.The only disappointment we had was not asking him the name because he deserves all the credit.

    We dined in, the whole place was nearly spotless, clean, the food was crazy fresh and the cashier even came and brought it to our table. This is seriously an upscale taco bell.

    The girl took my order wrong 3 times. I asked for a steak burrito, she said "ok, beef burrito ". I clarified and said "no, steak burrito". She says "just one beef burrito?". I said "STEAK, NOT BEEF". She said "ok" and placed the order, then went onto argue with the customer behind me about coupons. While waiting I checked my receipt a d saw she put beef, not steak. I had to wave another employee down from the back as she avoided me. I explained to her what happened and they were making the wrong item, as I'm explained they give me my order... beef smh. I explained yet again... and finaly another (3rd) employee says "ge wanted steak" and made me one. And the food was awful in the end. My fault for going to Taco Bell I guess.

    Service at this location is slow as hell. Waited almost 20 minutes for our order, wasn't busy either. This is the second time it's happened and both times orders we messed up as well. I did speak to a manager but my complaint was shrugged off.

    As always the staff are wonderful, I didn't enter the store but even on the outside you can tell it's a clean location. I arrived 15 minutes after opening time my tacos and fries were very fresh everything tasted delicious, with minimal gut rot 😁

    It took ten minutes to fold tortillas, squirt meat sauce and throw a empty cup on the counter. The man before engaged the manager in a battle for 15 sauce packets. She was quoting supply chain issues like as if they were computer processors. Aluminum foil packets with like a gram of left over tomato slicing garbage mixed with pre-measured powder must be scarce in her homeland.

    Super slow service. Be prepared to wait for 15-20 min for the smallest of the order. I think at this store the priority is the drive thru customers first. Not the first time I have experienced poor service at tacobell.

    Worst toco bell in Ontario… I ordered my meals and then waited half and hour and the manager said the food was already made and when never received anything, she then gave us attitude and snapped and said bring our receipt after 40 minutes of waiting for 2 meals we got our food. There was tons of staff just standing around not knowing what to do. Next time if the family is craving Taco Bell I will drive to the Oshawa center 15 minutes away

    This service at this store is amateur at best. What do you expect. I wish I could give 0 stars. How can they forget all the sauces and straws with the order. What a joke. They offer you sauce, you select it and they forget to give it to you. Last time!
