Just a wow experience. The place under new management had improved to the best service along with their food quality. I had a bowl and other items c the bowl was one of the best I ever had before at the same place. The quesadilla was perfectly grilled and served. I will be there whenever I am around the same location. Thanks to the Guy who is Managing the store for making my experience in store the best. Also, told about the possible Sauce options as per my Kind of taste. Don’t miss the chance to get the special deals which is for the whole week from May 29-June 4 2023.

The place is great, presentation is good. However, I feel like the food needs little bit of freshness! Staff was good to me, unlike many complaints here. I have to try few more times here to say anything definitive.

Best Chicken bowl I ever had. If you are looking for Mexican style food, this location is the best. They have clean and fresh toppings I ever had with other food chains. So fresh meat and perfectly balanced taste. Anytime, I am here I will always see You guys. Friendly Owner and team members. Also they have the beautiful tree with detailed decoration on what they have on menu.

I go here all the time for their Pulled Pork Burrito Bowl and Quesadillas. Its delicious and the good amount and filling. Went here last day for their Jerk Chicken. Didn’t really taste like Jerk Chicken 😅 but maybe its their version of one. And also the quantity went down than the last few times. Would definitely go back for my fav Pulled Pork Burrito Bowl.

The worker was rude and dry, I asked for bang bang crunchy chicken and they put the frank red hot instead. The worker added red salsa and black beans before asking me which type of each I wanted.

I had a wonderful dining experience at bar burrito. The food was absolutely delicious, and the presentation was top-notch. Burrito was very good, They serve a large variety of Mexican food. Staff were friendly, Only went in for take out. Inside was clean. All of our local restaurants have been hit hard during Co-Vid 19, Please get out and support our local restaurants.

Immediately after finishing my burrito last night my stomach was in knots. This morning it is 10x worse. I've ordered from here a few time with no issues, but now I'm pretty sure I have some mild food poisoning and cannot make it to work today. I hadn't eaten anything else since 3pm and ate the burrito around 8pm. Oh and they are still enforcing masks.

This place is worth eating at. The new management is really good the owners are very good they provide good customer service and the food quality is fresher than many other places. I had bean burrito bowl and it had lots of veggies and portion size was big which I was not able to finish it.

I generally love BarBurrito, however I don’t typically order from this location and did so by accident. I ordered a regular sized, crunchy chicken burrito with extra meat and I kid you not, the burrito had 3 pieces of crunchy chicken and was primarily rice and beans. I also ordered a pulled pork burrito, small, and we experienced the same issue, next to no meat on the burrito, just lots of beans and rice. The worker was nice enough and personable, but the food was incredibly disappointing from this location.

I've only left a few reviews on a few places and only when they stand out. This place was great because of how clean the place was. How good the service that was. They always had a smile on and didn't mind repeating themselves, if I was distracted and missed what they said. I had the northern reaper a burrito and it was the perfect level of challenging and very delicious.

This was my first time there and the service was excellent! The portion size was great and tasted amazing! The price wasn't too bad either. Will definetly go there again!

I’ve been at this location after along time, its was a great experience and the new management is awesome. Must try the Ground Beef and Mild Chicken Bowls or Burritos. Sides of Extreme Fries is superb (Ground beef lovers) Quick service and The boys serving at desk were great with their services.

Spent $14 for a burrito bowl which is only enough for a kid. I have been to so many locations, but the portion size at this location is only half of what other locations serve. When questioned about the portion size they said that's the only size they have and it only contains this much.

Portions at this location are terrible! Ordered chicken bowl and bean bowl and only got half a bowl of each. The rice, beans, meat and even the toppings were so skimpy. Compared to the Cobourg and Brooklin Bar Burrito, where they fill your bowl up and you get double the serving, the Wilson/Taunton one is very lacking. We did not leave satisfied or full. Very disappointed. For trying to save money and skimming off the portions, now they have lost customers. Unfortunately, will not be back to this location.

1. Neat and clean environment . I have been to other bar burrito I cringe how their toppings area is not clean . But the clean it right away. So jot even a single topping is out of its bins. 2. The new management makes the service really good. They actually remember and talk , previous were nice but they wouldn't even say hi. 3. The food is yummy , fulfilling I wish the price was better.

Worse customer service EVER the employees are rude and every unwelcoming. I have been to other bar burrito restaurants and the service was 100% better.

I wouldn’t recommend, the taste an size of the food was bad an they give u a look if you ask for extra, I litterly got like 2 lil Peace of chicken an the rest was sauce, so I basically got a soup, this happened 3 times, this is gonna be my last time. The other locations are good, just this location I wouldn’t recommend

The staff here are so incredibly kind (including the owner!) and accommodating. I'm a little late on writing this review but over the holidays I had ordered a gluten free burrito and got a call that due to supply chain issues they hadn't gotten their shipment in and were unfortunately out of gluten free tortillas, of course I was a little bummed because I have a hard time as it is finding food I can eat being gluten intolerant, but the store owner called me directly and offered many suggestions on how he could fix the situation whether it was a refund or to get a burrito bowl instead, he said that everyone needs to be able to eat, especially during the holidays! So I left with a warm heart (and some warm food to boot!) and later had a full stomach. Would recommend this place to EVERYONE, gluten intolerant and not!

Worst customer service ever. Went last week and the two girls that work there were talking to eachother doing nothing and didn’t acknowledge I was in the building for atleast 5 minutes. Didn’t say anything cause I thought maybe it was a one time thing.. went back again another day and the lady was talking on the phone with a friend while working on Uber orders, it took her 15 minutes to even say hello!! It’s ok to be busy but you should Atleast greet the customer and tell them you need some time. Won’t ever be returning again

Unbelievable! I'm sick, so I ordered through Skip...what a mistake!!! On goes the mask and had to take the entire order back because they sent us FROZEN fries, everything was cold as the driver took forever to get here. So almost 70 dollars later, they gave 26 dollars back. They kept the delivery fee and tip!! Thoroughly disgusted, will not go back.

There is a lot of room for improvement in the food and the restaurant as a whole including every thing 😱

Had the traditional breakfast and it was good. It comes fries. Their Turkish delight is good.

I love this bar burrito I have gone to tons of burrito shops in the area and this is my favourite by far. I have gotten a burrito and quesadillas and they are always great! The kitchen is always clean and the employees are very kind.

I don’t normally write reviews but each time I go the staff member that serves me is very rude with very poor customer service skills. She is a middle aged woman that works during the day around lunch. Her quality of tacos is not great and she just throws everything on the tortilla very sloppily and is almost inedible.

It was one of the worst burritos I have ever had. The chicken was so salty and the rice was very dry and undercooked. The restaurant is very clean however the chicken burrito is not worth it.

Words worst service ever. Waited over 25 minutes for food online can't even acknowledge a customers in the restaurant. 2 new walk in customer got there food before I got mine. And I didn't even get an apology for waiting all that time

Upon walking in, we were greeted with some not so nice looks from the two girls working. The atmosphere was not welcoming at all. When the girl was making our order, she made a simple mistake which is fine it happens. When we pointed it out and let her know it was the wrong meat used she seemed super inconvenienced by it. Both employees had an attitude and it made for an awkward experience. Definitely won’t come back to this location (Wilson rd)

The place looks clean.... The ladies don't practice proper hand hygiene. Please sanitize your hands and change your gloves whenever you touch the dirty surface. The chicken fell on the dirty counter and they just scrapes it back into the container, that is digusting. The three ladies looked very annoyed, no smile or politeness. I don't understand, if you hate your job you don't have to make it that obvious. I was turned off from eating the burrito, i gave it away. Whomever owns this place needs to retrain the workers about proper customer service. I am disappointed.
