This is my Chicken Parm sub. Suffice to say it wasn't what I expected. At all.

Service was good, very friendly and helpful. Tables were clean and it’s bright in there. The sub was good, the bread could have been a bit fresher though (didn’t seem like same day bread), that would make it a 5 star experience. At a place all about bread/subs, the bread should be fresh.

Not even open at 830pm on a Friday night. Then went to Winchester store closed too! I guess Subway is the sub joint now.

The lady who owns this Mr Sub as well as the one at Simcoe and Taunton has the best customer service. But the best part is the sandwiches she creates. Always neat never sloppy. Never missing a step. She just knows what she’s doing. There is nothing worse than someone who makes a sloppy sub they never taste great. But this location you will always be satisfied. Every bite is perfect. To top it off the location is extremely clean at all times. I never leave reviews so this says a lot Thanks. (Michelle/Nicki)

I have been to this location several times and the service and food was average. I went last night with my granddaughter. The store had every precaution in place possible. It smelled clean, appeared clean and the staff, one of who I assumed was the owner were kind and courteous. Our subs were made to perfection with no skimping on the meats like I’ve experienced at other locations or competitor stores. The one I assumed was an owner gave my granddaughter a couple of cookies. We will be definitely be back! 2 thumbs up. 👍👍

Had the grilled chicken and brownie here, it was amazing! Customer service is great and the manager was super nice! Will be coming again.

I ordered 3 subs tonight from this mr sub through skip and none of my subs had sauce. I asked for extra green olives on one sub and extra black olives on the other sub and I got 6 olives and all the subs lacked in toppings really badly I’m talking 3 cucumbers and pickles

If you want a Perfect sub made the way Mr Sub was renown for come to this location. You will also get a dose of friendly happy service. Highly recommend this place. All of our local restaurants have been hit hard during Co-Vid 19, Please get out and support our local restaurants.

Maybe learn to lock the door if you’re closed instead of looking at me like I’ve got two heads because I walked in to y’all sitting there talking while the prep is all still laying out and everything still turned on 🤪

Visited this place a couple times during my short stay in Canada. The guy working the store was very friendly and helpful. The subs taste great. I will happily return here next time I visit.

ordered 3 subs on skip and this store only made 2. they need to learn how to read the orders properly… tried calling them and they don’t even pick up the phone. you’re better off just going to another location.

They don’t even have a washroom service when i asked to go for the washroom they said it’s been out of service and I was sure he’s lying and i asked him where you go to washroom he said that’s not your problem

Lady that was working when I went in was extremely ignorant and was throwing her knife around and slammed the knife down on the couter when I asked her to re make my sub bc she put mushrooms on it when I'm allergic to mushrooms and when I told her I wanted a new sub she first tried to just take the mushrooms off even after I told her I was allergic to mushrooms contacted the manager of the store today and he was also extremely ignorant hung up on me and when I called back he refused to listen to my complaint and just kept telling me have a good day contact head office there is nothing I can do I have contacted head office as well as health canada and the better business break

Hi just wondering why the sub loyalty card doesn't work at this location,? I was told by a employee that it has not worked since last winter, sorry but that's a little long, I was told to contact mr.sub to get my points which is inconvenient. A situation like this should not take this long to resolve.

The best sub shop owner ever!! He makes the best Greek spice bread and knows how to make a 100% satisfying sub.

Here on a Fri ordered tuna so sub of the day, the amount of tuna is by far the least I've ever seen from any location or brand for that matter, a paper thin amount! Sub of the day or not that's pathetic!!! Disgustingly cheap, not to mention coming in at lunch and bread is not fresh, veggies also not very fresh. Very disappointing I love Mr sub and support them but I will certainly not return to this location again.

I just went to this outlet to get my Sub I was having free some in my locality card but he refused me to give I really dono y n he said it’s not there not there n he was so rude to me I told print me the receipt that it’s not there he said I will not give you recipes go sone where else why Mr.Sub is giving loyalist card to us if they don’t want there customers back it might b the owner/manger he was wearing black Mr Sub tshirt he was so rude to me pathetic spot never go there
