Wow waited at the counter for almost 15 minutes, kid forgot to cook my patty. Had a bacon mushroom cheese burger combo, $17.98! For that money I'd just go to Baxter's landing and have a real burger. Way to high priced and service does not appear to be a huge concern. Do not recommend.

The burger was well cooked. The person who took my order showed me a certificate that the meet is Halal.

Wow I actually can’t believe the rating this place has.. first off. I’ve shopped here numerous times and the staff are lovely. Second, the food is delicious and tastes great. The meat actually tastes like real good quality meat. This location has healthier options too. I keep seeing people comparing it to A&W and or other cheap burger joints and all I have to say is you get what you pay for. Yes this place can be pricer but if you want quality food. Definitely I’d recommend shopping here. If your fine with a 2 dollar burger then gladly go to McDonald’s.. don’t bash this place because you’re cheap. It’s a great location with wonderful staff.

I come here all the time with my boyfriend. It does take a while for the food to come, but it’s made fresh so it’s always hot. I did get a pretty pink burger once which they took back and replaced. We continue to go here because the food is pretty good - albeit a little pricey - and the staff are friendly. You’ll probably see us again soon!

I never leave reviews, but there's only three on here, and they're all bad. I just thought I'd offer a positive experience. Went there today for lunch, and although it's a little pricier than other fast food restaurants, I really enjoyed it. Thought the service was great, and the burger was tasty. Also, they offer guacamole as a topping...mmmm...:)

I ordered burger and fries, and when I got home to bite into it, was burnt and so dry on inside. It was the true north burger and I am telling you never again, couldnt even taste the sauce on it, I love Burgers but this is one I did not love. They even got order mixed up and they even put someone elses burger on my bun. They will not get my business ever again and I have big mouth, friends and family will know about this, never come between a man and his Burger.

This is the best burger place compared to other restaurants in the oshawa mall. Their unsalted fries are too good. And also the veg mushroom burger was tasty. Great that they have some veg options while others don't have. Their prices are bit expensive and they can have many more veg options. The staffs are good. I recommend this place and I will come again;-)

Really good food. A little pricy though. The veggie burger was one of the best for fast food and the poutine was great.

The burgers are ALWAYS amazing! We have been coming here for a couple of years now and we’ve never had a problem. Sandra is always so friendly and makes sure to hook us up with our veggie works French fries! Delish!! I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a quite bite 😍 PS the nacho burger with a chicken breast is our top fave!

Great burger and even better service! Stopped here for lunch on March 17th and our creation consisted of two 4oz patties, double bacon, pepperjack cheese, a fried egg + toppings, with a lettuce wrap! It was deliciously messy! Went up to get more napkins and the staff was happy to hear how much we enjoyed it but I did note that they needed to have wet naps available. As we were preparing to leave the lady working the cash called us over and gave us wet paper towels to clean ourselves up with which were very much appreciated - amazing customer service in our books, thank you! Will def. eat here again!!!
