UPDATE****
I
ordered
for
delivery.
Pre-ordered
for
a
specific
time.
They
"began
making"
my
order
1
hour
before
the
delivery
time.
My
food
arrived
ice
cold,
missing
an
item.
The
food
needed
to
be
reheated,
and
the
Stix
were
inedible/soggy/gross.
I
also
got
large
sized
items,
and
was
given
the
wrong
size
for
chicken
on
the
rocks
and
the
Stix.
I
didn't
even
bring
that
up
initially
because
I
was
just
over
it.
However,
the
lack
of
care,
I
am
now
making
it
known.
I
was
not
provided
a
refund
or
simply
an
explanation.
I
was
asked
to
reach
out
to
them
directly,
and
the
email
they
provided
was
not
valid
and
bounced
back.
I
reached
out
via
their
website
and
requested
a
response.
I
still
have
not
heard
back
from
them,
though
they
were
instant
to
respond
to
my
low
review
on
the
app
I
ordered
through.
Normally
a
fan
of
the
chain,
this
was
a
terrible
experience.

After
responding
again
to
another
review
and
sending
a
THIRD
email,
Osmows
has
STILL
NOT
RESPONDED!
They
are
answering
for
appearance
sake
and
not
for
actual
assistance
to
patrons.
AVOID
THIS
LOCATION
IF
YOU

to
me
and
blamed
Uber
for
it.
They
also
explained
how
Uber
works
like
I've
never
seen
the
light
of
day.
Nothing
was
offered
or
resolved,
just
a
long,
drawn-out
email
blaming
everyone
else.
"When
an
order
is
placed
through
the
Uber
Eats
app,
the
status
automatically
changes
to
"food
is
being
prepared,"
regardless
of
the
pickup
or
delivery
time.
For
scheduled
orders
like
yours,
we
receive
a
reminder
15
minutes
before
the
driver
arrives
for
pickup,
and
we
make
sure
not
to
prepare
the
order
until
that
time
to
ensure
freshness"

It
changed
to
"preparing
order"
around
5:30
(delivery
was
set
for
630-7)
So
no,
the
email
doesn't
match
the
actions
and
it
is
a
major
fail.
Never
going
back.
