This location has consistently been the worst Osmow's experience I have had. I love Osmow's and have been to locations from all across ontario. The portions are routinely underwhelming, to the point of embarrassment. Service is poor at the location itself, order times are slow for uber/skip. I rarely leave a poor review for restaurants as I'd like to think these bad experiences are one off ocurrences, however this location has time and time again managed to disappoint. Osmow's is amazing! Just this location sucks. Order from the simcoe location, they are friendly and eager to have your business. The owners of this franchise should be embarrassed, what a stain on the reputation of Osmow's.

Very disappointed today. By chance decided to visit this location. Only reason I went there was because 401 Shawarma was closed. I ordered the Chicken Shawarma plate. After tax $20.00 which is fine as long as it is of good quality. The plate does not include any toppings, no onions or pickled toppings. None of the traditional toppings you would fine included in any ShFirst and last time coming here. I will continue to go to 401 Shawarma where you do not have to beg for toppings. Good luck you will need it.

Non satisfactory service. Quantity is going less day by day. They hardly put any chicken on it. I don’t know somebody else noticed it but quality of food here at this location is getting worse every time we visit.

Alright experience! I ordered the beyond meat on the rocks, chicken on the rocks, and a chicken shawarma. The food was great but the wait time was a bit longer than the locations I usually go to. The location was was clean and nice to eat in! Overall an alright experience and would recommend!

Worst experience(s). Once I came in here, I ordered a medium chicken shawarma poutine, 1. Barely any fries out in 2 . They ran out of cheese and were warming it up in the most unhygienic way( putting it on top of the grill to heat it up with steam??!) ugh, anyway, they put the cheese into my poutine, took it to the car and it was rock solid, brought it back inside to them and waited almost an hour for them to defrost the cheese. Went back in today to get two shawarmas and a large Chicken on the rocks. Beyond disappointed today, the shawarmas were cold, not wrapped well, not enough filling inside plus the bread was cracked. The chicken on the rocks was a portion for a 2 year old, I could literally see the rice as soon as I opened the container. When I called back I could hear a man laughing in the back in a different language saying “what’s wrong with the wrap now”, I asked for extra garlic sauce when I saw him putting only a bit and he made sure to tell me that on the phone “I gave you extra sauce too” lol what a ridiculous experience. Go to Simcoe if you actually want what you pay for

I dont know how this guys are getting hired buy the management I ordered one chicken on the rocks reg and saj wrap till i came home it looks like someone has already eaten it look at the pictures i was hungry and dying to eat as soon as i reach home but as always they didn’t put anything cutlery in the bag i know its a small thing but the place where i am leaving is soo bad i dont like to use any thing from there it so depressing when you are hungry but couldn’t eat just because of someone carelessness i want to throw this now I wouldn’t have wrote this review as i am coming there multiple times and the service is same but this time it’s enough we use to go to a different location at 1900 simcoe st that place is way better then this I would recommend go there but not here the staff is rude i dont want to call out names but you guy’s serious left a bad taste.

Food was OK here but the store is always dirty. When we went there there were plenty of tables but none were clean. I think the main problem I'd with the staff. They do not care about anything. I'm really disappointed.

So I ordered a chicken shawarma on SkipTheDishes and they never toast it so it was cold and tasted horrible. Also ordered 5 falafel and I clearly put garlic on the side and they put it on top WORST PART WAS THERE WAS A HAIR IN MY FOOD and I am so disgusted. It’s hard to get in contact with skip so here I am paying for food I have to throw away because of this I am not happy

Rude customer service yelling out at customers while assisting with placing orders. I ordered large shawarma, and was not filled with the container. Employee name Muddasur said during giving order and said that someone is not following the rules I can’t do anything when I gave example that other store on Simcoe st N.

Osmow's locations are becoming quite popular and are fairly common nowadays. Which is a good thing because overall the food is satisfying, affordable and flavourful. I stopped by this Oshawa location to quickly pick up dinner on my way back home. I wasn't greeted by the employee who was on the phone which is no problem whatsoever. I patiently waited for the employee to finish on the phone but as soon as they did the phone immediately began ringing and the employee would pick up instantly. Fantastic phone service! However I still had yet to be greeted or given a quick "just another minute". I'm a patient guy so no big deal but three phone calls later another employee came out from the back room and took my order. Chicken shawarma wrap, super sized, with every topping available and heat level hot. That was my order. I do like Osmow's ordering because the screen shows you all options and is easy to understand. Less than ten minutes later and I had my super sized shawarma wrap. It was pretty good. Not the best chicken shawarma wrap that I've had from Osmow's but incredibly tasty and filling. Overall the experience was fine. I'm not pleased or displeased. I am doubtful I would come back to this location again but definitely will have Osmow's in the future.

Easily my favorite Shawarma spot. (Harmony location) The atmosphere is as good as the food. They always have a clean dining area, upbeat music, soothing accent lighting, and they are the most welcoming staff in the entire Plaza. They really do try, and it shows. They have customers coming at all hours, yet they somehow grind out orders in no time. I swung for the fences tonight and opted to try the "Supersize" shawarma, and have included a photo for reference. (Click to enlarge the photo -_- ) It took them just over one minute to have it ready. Listen to the workers when they tell you about the spice scale! Thanks always guys, it's been a real treat!

Have been here over 20 times in the last 2 years. Food is always great, finally met the owner who was very nice to me and my father, came to our table to ask us how the food was and thanked us for coming.

This is not the first time we have been to this restaurant, and it was great all the time except today. Today, the food was not good. It tasted bad. And when we reached the restaurant, there was a bad smell just like an uncleaned toilet. Service was okay.

I wish I would have read reviews on this place before I went. My go to shawarma place ( shawarma 401) is closed on Mondays. I went in ordered and waited, I watched at least 4 customers come in, order and got their food and left before me. It would have been ok, if the food was worth the wait. I ordered a salad with kufta kebabs, and a small container of just the beef. Was shocked when it cost me just under $40 dollars. Again would have been ok, but the kufta kebabs were dry and tasteless. There was barely any salad, and what was there wasn't edible, unless you like huge chunks of the bottom part of the lettuce. Portion size was very disappointing. The beef I ordered, there was barely anything in the container. Not use to that, not at all do I mind paying, but for something good. My go to place fills the container and their meats are tender and tasty. Very disappointed, won't be going back there!

Service 34 minutes for 2 LG chicken on the rocks =0 Food you would think the would be hot, but no cold dry and fatty and rice was hard =0 Barely any garlic sauce, asked for hot got mild. Never again! Threw out half of it. First negative experience at Osmos'.

UPDATE**** I ordered for delivery. Pre-ordered for a specific time. They "began making" my order 1 hour before the delivery time. My food arrived ice cold, missing an item. The food needed to be reheated, and the Stix were inedible/soggy/gross. I also got large sized items, and was given the wrong size for chicken on the rocks and the Stix. I didn't even bring that up initially because I was just over it. However, the lack of care, I am now making it known. I was not provided a refund or simply an explanation. I was asked to reach out to them directly, and the email they provided was not valid and bounced back. I reached out via their website and requested a response. I still have not heard back from them, though they were instant to respond to my low review on the app I ordered through. Normally a fan of the chain, this was a terrible experience. UPDATE *** After responding again to another review and sending a THIRD email, Osmows has STILL NOT RESPONDED! They are answering for appearance sake and not for actual assistance to patrons. AVOID THIS LOCATION IF YOU WANT YO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT UPDATE 2*** they finally responded to me and blamed Uber for it. They also explained how Uber works like I've never seen the light of day. Nothing was offered or resolved, just a long, drawn-out email blaming everyone else. "When an order is placed through the Uber Eats app, the status automatically changes to "food is being prepared," regardless of the pickup or delivery time. For scheduled orders like yours, we receive a reminder 15 minutes before the driver arrives for pickup, and we make sure not to prepare the order until that time to ensure freshness" I PRE-ORDERED AT 430 - IT DID NOT SAY PREPARING ORDER!!! It changed to "preparing order" around 5:30 (delivery was set for 630-7) So no, the email doesn't match the actions and it is a major fail. Never going back. 0 stars, 10/10 DONT RECOMMEND

First time at Osmow's and will be back. Great food, great service. Good vibes too.

Very good flavors. The only complaint I had was it was a little greasy I got a salad and they put a lot of oil on it. Otherwise everything here was good fast service friendly people will come back. A little pricey, though. I messed up my order when communicating it they corrected it, which was great, and they also gave me a free drink, which made me pretty happy.

Never disappointed with their food. Hot sauce is the bomb !!

Worst Osmow’s in the GTA. I would recommend the King St East one. The employees are rude and careless with your food. I included a picture of how I received my food. Half of the box is empty and it looks like someone has eaten it. Terrible.

Had the opportunity to meet Nadeem, The franchise owner of this location. Absolutely wonderful person and amazing service. Was willing to go above and beyond to satisfy his customers. Also met Preet who made our food Exactly the way we wanted. Highly recommend!

Osmow’s veteran, first time at this specific location. Super happy they’ve expanded so much. I refuse to get anything else than chicken on the rocks because why try anything else? 😍

I come here often as i love the wraps here but lately the standard has been slowly reducing. Today on my birthday, we visited and ordered 2 beef saj but they both were extremely dry and hard to even swallow.. sad to say that i’m very very disappointed and it will be my last time visiting. Update- Looks like the manager could not even be bothered to read the review. He just looked at my 4start rating and thanked me lol!! Changing this to 1 star!!

Customer service is so good. People that work here are so nice and the food is amazing. This was one of our first times coming here and the people made us feel so welcomed. Will definitely come and try again

Best shawarma spot i have ever seen. Specially staff was very friendly they keep smiling and make my order within few seconds. I will definitely revisit this place and also recommend you u to try their chicken on rocks. Its really worth it
