We
had
tried
to
call
ahead
to
ask
if
they
had
a
patio
but
the
call
didn’t
go
through
because
the
Rogers
outage.
Arrived
at
6:40pm
when
website/google
said
it
closed
at
9pm.
We
asked
if
they
had
a
patio
and
they
said
yes.
Staff
informed
us
they
could
only
take
cash
due
to
the
Rogers
outage,
which
was
fine.
They
then
said
they
were
closing
in
20
minutes
(7pm)
because
the
Rogers
outage
causing
cash-only.
I
asked
if
they
could
still
take
the
order
and
they
said
yes.
They
didn’t
have
the
breakfast
skillet
or
cinnamon
buns
available.
We
ordered,
paid
cash
and
went
to
the
patio.
When
I
went
inside
to
get
serviettes
as
they
were
making
the
food,
they
said
there’s
only
8
more
minutes
they’re
open
so
it’s
takeout.
Having
worked
in
customer
service,
I
expected
them
to
lock
the
door
to
prevent
more
customers
coming
in
after
7pm
but
still
finish
serving
the
existing
customers
in
the
establishment
before
cleaning
up
and
leaving
to
close.
That
is
how
any
customer
service
job
I
have
worked
has
treated
customers.
If
they
weren’t
willing
to
stay,
they
should
have
informed
us
at
the
time
of
ordering
that
it
would
be
take-out
only
and
we
could
have
decided
to
go
elsewhere
to
dine
in.
When
I
found
out
they
wouldn’t
let
us
dine
in,
I
asked
for
a
refund.
After
a
few
minutes,
the
employee
said
she
didn’t
know
how
to
do
the
refund
and
the
manager
wasn’t
answering.
I
told
her
okay,
we
will
just
do
takeout.
Very
very
poor
customer
service.
The
food
itself
was
not
great,
not
sure
if
it
was
because
they
were
rushing
to
make
the
food
so
staff
could
leave.
“Garlic
bread”
seemed
pretty
much
just
like
toasted
bread
with
butter,
the
French
fries
were
a
bit
burned
on
the
outside
but
not
cooked
enough
on
the
inside
and
way
too
salty.
