    Hate to leave a negative review but for for the past couple of months this McDonald's has gone completely downhill. Constantly having issues. Whether it's the wrong order or being completely forgotten in the pull up drive through. It seems like there is little to no organization and no one knows what's going on. Nice staff, but need to work on running a tighter ship and training employees properly.

    Slow service, and they mess up your order, not to mention the delay to get your food, not every mcdonalds is a hit sadly.

    I ordered and egg and cheese on an English muffin and they added ham to my sandwich. I don't eat pork and this has happened a few times where I've specified no meat and they've added meat to my order. I have to throw a completely good sandwich away because of this.

    This location genuinely sucks. They don't like thier job and yes it's the girl that wanted fresh food on Dec 18 @ 3:03am and didn't say I wanted a combo. It's your job to ask given I just wanted to make sure it was fresh. My bad that I have to say everything so you just have to put my food in a bag. The cashier was good with the handling my frustration. Other than that. Fix your staff.

    The worst experience for my kids. I asked for two cheeseburger happy meals with extra pickles. Both had zero. I just thought I’ll just buy another cheeseburger with extra pickles that should work. Instead of complaining. Nope. It had one pickle on it. The staff at the counter was extremely nice and helpful and the person cleaning the tables was very nice and helpful. Much more improvement in the kitchen. It’s not hard to add pickles. Kinda seemed intentional. Sad really. My family will never attend this McDonald’s ever again.

    Waited over 20 minutes after paying at the drive-thru. When my order was handed to me it was missing items. When I went in to retrieve the rest of my order there were a lot of flies for the end of September. That’s when I saw the employee that brought my order out to my car coughing all over her hands and then handling food without washing them. My rating reflects a 1/5 for a McDonald’s, for reference, I would consider a 5/5 for a McDonald’s to be on par with a 2/5 for any half decent restaurant so if I could rate this experience as lower than 1/5 I would.

    I'm aware that the expectations for fast food should be lower than a restaurant but how hard is it for these employees to actually do their job? Several times - and again today - I ordered a few burgers, only ketchup. Probably the simplest thing you can make but they add mustard onto it almost each time (and sometimes onion and pickles too). I also ordered fries and the past few times they have been soggy and undercooked. Their job is to take the order correctly and then make it correctly. Obviously, they don't know that since they screw up the simplest orders. Awful food and useless service.

    I do not know how I should explain my frustration and words can not describe it. You always order something and you get another thing. These happened many time: I ordered my breakfast sandwich without bacon and they added bacon on it. I ordered cream cheese on bagel and they give me buttered bagel. I ordered Coffee with two cream and I got black tea. I ordered Egg BLT and I got Egg and Ham on English Muffin. I always use the drive through and talked to the manager a few times but not only no one apologized but the response is simply we are busy. I think the solution is to open the bag when you receive the order, taste the drink, even open your sandwich to make sure they did not missed an egg or tomato or anything else.

    I am so unimpressed with this place. The manager is absolutely irresponsible and is completely 100% responsible for my friends allergic reaction that is happening right now and won’t even pick up the phone so we can find out what exactly it is that he accidentally put as a sauce on a big Mac besides big Mac sauce that is causing her face to go red and her lips to swell and I think I’m going to have to take her to the hospital. Why is nobody picking up the phone

    Every time I order here things are wrong. Last time over a month ago I had to go back and I to the store because the entire order was wrong. Today once again order wrong. Nothing out of the ordinary just missing items and cold food. Wait twenty minutes for “fast food” to find out of course WORNG. There way of “making the customer happy” is put the customer out again with no help. Excuse after excuse. If you have any other options take them. Asked what would make me happy to justify the wrong. I tell the manager how he can make it and I get the well no we can’t/won’t do that. Great customer serves guys. Clearly management here needs to be changed. Once again useless service. But wrong food is better then cold food because there isn’t a closer location. That heart attack burger is apparently my 10 nuggets. Talk to any of the management at this location and they are all door matts which is clearly shown by the staff as well as the lack of professionalism ensuring orders go out proper. At least someone benefits because the nuggets will be far better than this thing.

    The staff here in the drive-through are so rude. They try to finish your order without letting you talk when you stay at the kiosk and you’re trying to get their attention because they cut you off and completed your order. They snap on you and tell you to please hold but they’re the ones that just cut me off and completed my order without me even finishing my order, I get people are busy and fast food environments are stressful, but it’s not fair to do that to customers. And to make everything better if they would’ve just waited to let me finish my order without trying to complete it for me, when I got to the window to pay, they told me that the things that I would’ve liked to order are not even available since they’re out of stock.

    Went through the drive thru. Service at the kiosk and window were amazing. Got home to notice my fries tasted funky almost as if they were fried in old oil. Not a location I will be going back to.

    This McDonald’s is a relatively new building in a good location. I go to this McDonald’s loads and usually it is just your average McDonald’s but some days the younger staff especially the young females can be extremely rude especially in the drive through. I have gone more then once and had to deal with rude young teens that seemed more interested in ending the night then serving the guests. I have also heard that the Walmart that was in the same parking lot closed because condos are going in so maybe this McDonald’s will go too? I don’t know but hopefully whatever happens they work on their staff and customer service.

    If I could rate lower I would worst sandwich ever. Where did they find this "fish" from? Heat lamp days? Was like jerky. And no napkins. Never again.

    I'm lovin' it! Whoever was on Big Mac Duty tonight was on POINT. This was the nicest looking big Mac I've seen in at least 6 years. Keep it mc-goin mc-morbers!

    The staff were so friendly. They went above and beyond - used very kind words and made us feel welcome. They were quick to wipe down our table and have good conversation! The atmosphere was great too - the play place and table set up here is great to watch the kiddos play! Probably one if the best McDonald's I've been to.

    Great experience in terms of the food and cleanliness of the establishment. I didn't have to wait too long, which something occurred when you order using the kiosk. I had no complaints on that day

    This location is my favorite mcd's in Oshawa to go to. Staff are always having fun, cleaning almost constantly, and the other customers are good company. Both fast and efficient, proportions on burgers are 👌and the only time I've waited for more than 5 minutes was because they were dropping fresh fries between orders. 9/10 recommended for those too tired to cook and need a late night bite.

    First visit..8 minutes for a simple coffee. Second visit....ice cream machine not operational. It was a hot day in June and no one bothered to defrost the equipment in the morning. This is the fault of management and no one else These are not isolated incidents..

    This location almost always gets my order wrong! Would not recommend mobile ordering and waiting in a parking spot. One time waited for half an hour only to go in and realize my order had been sitting there ready and not taken out for God knows how long lol

    This McDonald’s used to be great but everytime my family has gone over the past year there always seems to be an issue. This time they didn’t even fill up the fries properly.

    Worst location I’ve ever been too. Food is never ready. Every time I order here I have to wait 20 minutes for them to bring my food and it’s usually wrong or missing items. Horrible management. Horrible staff and customer service. This location should be shut down or taken over by new management.

    The wait times here are crazy. I've lost count of the number of times I've been asked to pull out and wait from the drive through, I'm currently waiting on a burger, McNuggets and a med. Fry... ... Its been 30+ minutes and multiple cars that definitely ordered after me, have already been served and driven off

    This is the WORST McDonald's I have been to. I have had multiple poor experiences at this location. The service here is incredibly slow and inefficient. I was sitting at the speaker in the drive-thru for several minutes shortly after 9 pm tonight. Another car pulled up and had their ordered taken before mine. I became tired of waiting, so I parked and went into the store. There were about 10 people working, none of them doing anything of importance, one girl was drinking Tim Horton's... and it still took about 10 minutes for me to receive my order and I was the only person standing at the counter. The staff here need to be retrained. McDonald's has a history of being one of the best employers and this one is just not indicative of that, at all.

    They struggled to understand one car could have two orders. They slammed the window on us as we were retelling our order to them after they asked us what we ordered. And now we just found a hair in our fries. Ugh.

    Who trains these numb skulls??? Found out when we got home they forgot my gf’s McDouble, and when we went back to get it they made it like this! Waste of our money horrible establishment

    manager shonta was INCREDIBLY rude to me on the phone when i asked about an uber eats order (i waited almost 2 HOURS for it) and she was snappy, condescending and uncooperative. disappointed, this locations staff used to be good

    I took my family of 4 little ones to McDonald's today For lunch. My little 5 You're old son. Touched some balloons they have standing in the corner of Where children can reach. One of the male managers. Decided to scream at my son.!!!! Very angrily It was out of line. Then proceeded to verbally abuse me.!!! And tell me it was all my fault. That my son is touching balloons. The bedside manner of this man was out of line. This is not the first time this McDonald's has been confrontational and very aggressive. Bedside manner is in the toilet.!!!
