Why doesn't my burger look as nice as anyone else's picture? I got a mouthful of salt in one bite of the burger which was a little unexpected on a veggie burger, the rest was okay but the person who ordered asked for pickles and lettuce and the toppings weren't proportional to the burger. I mean even Wendy's little burgers have 4 slices of pickles for far less money so I can't understand why the toppings were so stingy. I took these two photos right after unwrapping it. Can't even see the lettuce in the photo. In all honesty I can't recommend this place for the price I feel like we got ripped off. Service time was brutal too for a $30 order.

I had seen another food blogger share a photo of the utility sandwich and knew I had to try one. I decided what the heck, I might as well go all in and get the added toppings. I added on Grilled Onions, Grilled Mushrooms and Beef Bacon. I also purchased a Juicy Lucy on fire which is a hamburger stuffed with cheese and jalapenos. Both dishes had all the normal toppings including the very tasty Factory sauce. Both dishes were very flavorful. The meat was extremely tender, especially on the Utility Sandwich. Both were also overflowing with toppings; The provided napkins were a must . Solid meal.

This place is amazing , I have tried Cheesy Lucy , Juicy Lucy , The machine & the Cheese Burger .. Cheesy Lucy would be my favorite burger as it's patty is juicy fresh and the melting cheese makes it awesome and with a wide variety of toppings these burgers could be customized as the consumer pleases, Milkshakes are pleasant . The staff is extremely good for instance I always dine alone and one of the staff members comes over and talks to me so I get a little bit of company . The burger joint is extremely clean and hygienic as the staff members clean the tables right after a person is finished dining . Last but not least this place offers (Great Food) !!!!

Great place for a quick bite ! I dined in and had their cheesy Lucy burger with fries. The burger was properly seasoned and cooked, had a great overall mouth watering taste ! I ended up getting 2 more ! Highly recommend.

A Quick and efficient guy named Akef took my order and prepared my meal which was so so good. Tried the jucy Lucy burger and a fried chicken sandwich, both of which was perfectly cooked and the fries were of good quantity as well. Overall a treat and definitely worth the visit!

One of the most awesome places for eating and outing in oshawa. I'm visiting for fourth time in one month, must try funnel cake, chicken ut and never leave without trying strawberry shake.

A nice clean place. Staff were friendly and smiling. We ordered the machine burger and a cheeseburger in a combo. It was delicious and filling, we even got a student discount.

Ingredients and taste were great overall. I had the Juicy Lucy which was good, but the name didn't really speak to the experience. Also had the funnel cake (take out) which for some reason was provided on a plate. My wife had the Philly Cheese Steak which she said had too much salt and pepper. Presentation wasn't very good either.

Burger Factory is the ideal burger fast food place. They have really unique items that don’t look or taste like anything you’ve seen before. The burgers are REALLY filling and pretty cheap (especially with a student discount). The Juicy Lucy is pictured and it’s just a solid burger. On the other hand their funnel cakes, aren’t the best. Pictured is a regular funnel cake with the ice cream topping. The funnel cake was cold and tasted like pure sugar. I think you would have to add a couple more toppings (not just ice cream) for a good tasting funnel cake. The funnel cake is ideal for sharing. The Oreo Milkshake absolutely hit all the spots an Oreo Milkshake should hit. No complaints there.

I was so pleased how the manager and employees confirmed the source of meat when I asked for hand slaughtered halal. No doubt the food was amazing, my kids loved it. We tried Jalapeño poppers, Mac N Cheese bites, Cheesy Lucy, Cheese Burger, The Utility steak sandwich and Oreo funnel cake. 10/10 for food and service. Definitely going back.

This is a late post!!: We had been here on the starting week f this month around 9pm. Service was excellent and the girl at the counter suggested us Juicy Lucy and utility burgers. Tbh, those were the best!!! Burgers were juicy and the quantity was excellent as well! They got student offers!!

Burgers are juicy full of flavour. Can't go wrong with this place. I always get to go because the atmosphere isn't for me and there aren't enough tables, but again the food is delicious! I gave 4 stars due to me ordering sweet potato fries a few times and they come too burnt. Burgers are 5 stars, tho! Have and will continue to recommend this burger joint.

Good food and friendly staff. Enjoyed eating here yesterday. I found the Juicy Lucy to be a bit bland flavour wise but still not too bad. The chicken tenders and fries were pretty decent. The funnel cake was nice and crispy. I just wish they also had juice choices for drinks instead of just pop and Gatorade.
