Unbelievable!! I called instead of ordering online and told Mach I needed something special for my anniversary coming up... and she delivered. Mach had created a fantastic bouquet for my 10th anniversary... my wife was blown away and floored at the selection of flowers, style and creative way they were put together. By far the best flower shop in the area. Guys... do yourselves a favor and order your flowers from here.

I was very pleased with the service offered by the owner when I called to request a bouquet of flowers for our 93 year old aunt. The owner was very honest that the previous days had been busy and so wouldn't be able to produce some of the arrangements that appeared on the website. However, she assured me that she could create a beautiful arrangement with what was available. Our cousin was delighted with the spectacular bouquet that arrived within a few hours and was particularly pleased with the addition of a little origami bird. We will definitely go back to this florist in future.

I believe fate brought me to Machiko's shop for my wedding flowers as I randomly chose Ottawa Blooms and was over the moon with the results. My boutonnieres were unique and elegant, my bridal bouquets just gorgeous, and my bouquet - well I just couldn't stop holding it and waving it around! Exceptional design, quality and service. I just took delivery of the most beautiful flower arrangement I have ever received. I have never seen such an assortment of flowers put together in such a way to draw me in and invite me to look at them over and over again. And the little origami crane discreetly tucked into the arrangement, so important to the Japanese culture, is a lovely and thoughtful touch. Simply WOW!!!! I know who my ‘go to’ florist will be from now on. It should be yours too!

I can't say enough about Ottawa Blooms. Called in the morning to have a sympathy arrangement delivered. We spoke of colours, price etc and 3 hours later the arrangement was delivered, and it was the most beautiful arrangement. You could tell a lot of heart and care was put in to putting it together. I highly recommend this wonderful local business.

I have been going to Machiko for years now for both small and larger arrangements. I will go nowhere else, EVER. The exceptional quality of flowers, artistry and love that goes into each design is astounding. She is one of a kind - a ray of phenomenally talented sunshine. To quote Mach "these calla lilies bloom for only two weeks a year and are harvested out of crocodile infested waters". You can not find better. <3

My first experience with Ottawa Blooms was when our neighbours gave us a beautiful arrangement following the birth of our son. It was truly the most stunning arrangement I’ve ever received. When I wanted to buy an arrangement for a friend, I didn’t want to go anywhere else, and I was not disappointed. Machiko made a beautiful set— the flowers and artistry were fresh and lovely.

When I called on June 15th to arrange flowers for my Mother’s funeral service on the 19th, I was informed the colour I wanted was not available but the florist said: “leave it to me. I’ll make them very nice for you!”. Being from out of town and never buying flowers there before I was nervous but decided to trust her and WOW did she ever make them nice! The vase of flowers and the beautiful spray that she arranged were SO gorgeous! She did an amazing job! Thank you very much!
